Staff very friendly, apartment was quite comfortable but already showing signs of agin even if just opened recently. Cleaning is pretty much absent. The location is not the best….near subway and many restaurants but not in what I would define “a fancy” neighborhood

Best location near futian st. Room was good view and clean . Staff are kind and polite. Next trip I just stay there .

Great for a quick stay! It can be difficult to find as it's part of a larger apartment complex, but you can phone or add the hotel reception on Wechat (number on Trip) and they can direct you. The staff were polite & helpful. I got automatically upgraded to a different room as I arrived, so I cannot comment on the one I booked. The one I stayed in was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The kitchen and toilet a bit small, but that wasn't a problem. Nicely located near the metro line, and lots of small shops and local diners around. 周围吃的也很多，住的也还挺舒服了003，满意满意

This service apartment is equipped with the necessarily appliances. The room is spacious. Was given an upgrade with a small addition cost. The ground floor has many eatery and convenience store is there.

I would to thank all the staff at this location! They went above and beyond !! This is the first time in more than 20 years of traveling that I feel the staff really cares about your stay, your needs.
The manager helped me to exchange USD on a Saturday afternoon himself.
As I don’t speak Chinese yet, they were very patience when I had a question.
Needless to say, I recommend everyone to stay here. It’s near to stores and there are many restaurants, banks. Even a Walmart around the corner. You have Yannan Metro Station very close as well.
Very comfortable beds and pillows. Water, toothpaste toothbrush, everything you need, you have it here.
Thanks again and I will come back here every time I visit Shenzhen!
