"Parking is super worry-free! The hotel has its own parking lot, plenty of parking spaces, easy access, no need to worry about finding a parking space. The front desk lady is warm and professional, the check-in efficiency is very high, and she also takes the initiative to remind parking precautions. "I stayed at the Lanou Hotel in Kuqa, so I booked again, but I was a bit disappointed. The hotel entrance was imposing, the lobby was quite luxurious, and the rooms were new—the facilities were excellent, but the service was cold. I initially thought the front desk staff didn't want to talk to me because it was late, but it wasn't until the next day when the breakfast restaurant staff seemed even less inclined to work that I realized the hotel group's management and training might be inadequate, with employees exhibiting a complete lack of engagement. Upon check-in, the two front desk staff barely paid any attention to me, simply giving me my room key and meal vouchers and that was it. They didn't point out the elevator being far away, and they didn't say a word about the restaurants being hard to find. I checked in at 9:30 AM—were they just tired? Breakfast the next day was also unpleasant. While the menu was indeed extensive and plentiful, the service remained terrible. Breakfast ended at 10:30, and when we arrived at 10:00, the two ladies at the noodle station were chatting and didn't seem inclined to cook for customers. I ordered a bowl, and they were very impatient. The egg-frying station next door even put out the flame! Even more outrageous, after we finished eating around 10:30, a few guys who had arrived just in time for breakfast found the hotel had turned off all the restaurant lights. These guys were eating in the dark! Haha, unbelievable!"

"This hotel, formerly a high-end business hotel, is a bit dated now, showing its age, but it still retains its former grandeur. There's parking available at the entrance; it used to be free but now costs 10 yuan at most. They offer airport transfer service. The bedding is very comfortable, the room is clean, and the housekeeping staff on my floor were very friendly. The food on the third floor is delicious, and the breakfast is abundant, with free shoe-shining service provided during breakfast. Even the security guards are very welcoming. The hotel is a bit old, but still suitable for business travelers. However, there's an older woman at the front desk, with noticeably narrow, 'triangular' eyes (Han ethnicity), who acts as if everyone owes her money. Communicating with her is very unpleasant, and it's not the first or second time this has happened."

We chose an airport hotel because we thought it would offer 24-hour service, but we ended up having to take a taxi. Breakfast isn't served until 8:00 AM, as Xinjiang's time differs significantly from mainland China. Airport hotels should be more accommodating to guests from outside Xinjiang. We had an 8:50 AM flight, so we didn't have breakfast or even take the shuttle. Other than these two points, the stay was acceptable."

Combined with excellent soundproofing, I could barely hear any outside noise at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom features a well-designed wet and dry separation, with ample and stable hot water. The toiletries have a familiar herbal scent, which is reassuring. The room is also well-equipped, with convenient smart voice control for the air conditioning and curtains. The tea set allows guests to enjoy a hot cup of tea during their trip, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast selection is plentiful and clean, including hot porridge, steamed pastries, whole grains, and fruit, all kept at the perfect temperature – a simple bite is all it takes to start your day with energy. The hotel's 24-hour laundry room and gym are also very practical. The laundry room even allows you to check the machine's status via TV, which is incredibly convenient for long-distance travelers. Upon check-out, the front desk even gave us a small gift and thoughtfully asked if we needed any bottled water, further enhancing our positive experience. Overall, the cleanliness, service, and facilities at Ji Hotel maintained a consistently high standard throughout the trip. There were no disappointments, making it suitable for both business and leisure travel. I've already added this hotel to my must-stay list and will definitely choose it again next time!"
