"The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. The mahjong room also didn't have any strange odors, and when we needed to change the mahjong machine's mode, it was resolved promptly. Having two bathrooms was very convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come back to Kunshan."

"The room insulation is excellent, providing great privacy – unlike some hotels where you can hear conversations from next door. The hotel's location is superb, making travel, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient. It's also within 20 minutes of the high-speed rail station, and there's a commercial complex right downstairs. Even if you want a late-night drink or a snack, there are plenty of shops across the street and to the left. The front desk was very kind and granted my late check-out request. While most hotels offer late check-out until 2 PM, some, perhaps not wanting repeat customers, simply refuse, which is incredibly frustrating. Overall, it's an established five-star hotel with comfortable bedding and a tidy room. It's very close to the shopping district, and Lynne at the front desk provided polite and thoughtful service. My stay was very comfortable!"

"This is my second stay at the Crowne Plaza Kunshan, and it's fantastic! It offers incredible value for money, and the location is excellent. There's a direct corridor from the hotel to Jiufang City, which makes dining and shopping super convenient. The hotel staff are also very welcoming and friendly. I really like the decor style too. All in all, I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Kunshan."

"I stayed at the Shuxiang Fudi Hotel in Zhouzhuang, and overall, it was a great experience. What impressed me most was the service: as soon as we arrived at the parking lot, a staff member was already there to greet us. They then helped us get our entrance tickets and personally escorted us all the way to the hotel – it was incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast wasn't particularly elaborate, but it tasted good. At check-out, they even gave us a souvenir, which was a very nice touch. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Zhouzhuang."

"I cannot recommend this place enough, like living inside a magical fairytale! Zhouzhuang itself is one of the most beautiful places I've visited, and getting to live in a hotel that looks right out of history but with all modern comforts was such a special experience! The room was spacious and beautiful, with large, comfortable beds, and a nice, big clean bathroom. Outside it was a beautiful courtyard with a large osmanthus tree in full bloom, the scent perfuming the air whenever we left the door open. The owner, Fei, was super friendly and helpful - we communicated through the hotel's wechat beforehand and she came to meet us at the nearest gate to the ancient town to help guide us through getting tickets, and then helping us carry our luggage to the hotel. On the day we left it was raining, and not only did the hotel staff carry our luggage back outside the town, we were given umbrellas to keep so we wouldn't get wet while waiting for our didi ride. The hotel itself doesn't serve breakfast, but there are lots of restaurants and little snack shops and juice bars around, so finding delicious things to eat and drink is easy. We stayed here while heading over to Suzhou to visit the gardens, it's about an hour's taxi drive away. A very immersive cultural experience! A magical stay all around, I really hope I will be able to come back and visit again one day!"

"Not great value for money. I was driving through Kunshan and needed a place to stay for one night. I looked around and found Hualuxe (I'd stayed at one in Kunming and assumed it would be the same quality), so I booked it without hesitation. The underground parking felt a bit chaotic, and when I went upstairs to check in, the lobby was very noisy. There wasn't just one hotel reception desk; multiple hotels shared a single row. After finding the Hualuxe front desk and checking in, I went upstairs and noticed the elevators didn't require a key card to operate, which made me feel a bit uneasy about security. As I walked down the hallway, an unpleasant smell hit me. I thought it would be fine once I got into the room, but the room itself had a strong, musty, damp odor. The window was very high and blocked by a sofa, making it impossible to open. The biggest issue was that the duvet was completely damp (which is very unusual). Also, the swimming pool is shared with other hotels, so it was crowded, and the restrooms smelled terrible. On the plus side, the room was very spacious, the facilities were decent, and breakfast was quite extensive. The set meal for two at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was prepared with great care and tasted delicious."
