I booked a suite room and arrived late in the evening due to traffic. The check-in was smooth and we settled down quickly and found that both TV sets were not properly functional. Quickly they reacted to send a tech and then decided to switch a room for us after the tech failed to fix the problem (eventually I found a solution to fix it and it is actually because of the telecom but not their TV properties).
