"The hotel's location is super convenient, with a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport! The room layout and facilities are efficient and well-designed, making for a comfortable stay. It was clean and tidy, and my overall experience was excellent!"

"Ctrip shows that it can provide currency exchange services, but it does not. The room is relatively large and the soundproofing is poor. I stayed for a week, and it is often noisy upstairs and outside the door. The breakfast is relatively simple and the service is average. When I first checked in, I said that there were slippers for free, but I didn’t give it to me at the time. Later, I said that every pair would cost more than ten dollars when I needed to use it. Generally speaking, it's so-so. There are good and bad."

"Good afternoon. We've always enjoyed staying at the Movich; however, this time we paid for a room for three (two adults and one child), and there was only one bed. The three of us had to sleep cramped together. Logically, there should have been two beds. There was only one roll of toilet paper and the Kleenex box only had five tissues left. Please, it's essential that you check this and at least provide two rolls of toilet paper. The sink faucet sprays water and dispenses very, very little."

"The hotel counter provides free hot water and free hot American coffee. The hotel counter staff is very good. They also help arrange the airport drop-off at 5:00am in the morning. The hotel is in a good location. There are many restaurants, shops, and laundry shops nearby (about 4 hours of washing and drying) and the price is not expensive. But we stayed in a triple room, the room was a bit small, no hair dryer."

"Excellent service, free airport pick-up and drop-off. The staff were reliable from the moment we arrived at the airport. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the rooms were excellent. The facilities definitely made me want to return – I was pleasantly surprised! Since we had an early flight to our final destination, they offered a tailored breakfast from 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM, and then another breakfast with different hours after that. I loved this thoughtful detail because we were able to have breakfast before heading to the airport. The staff were very attentive to details at all times. A very good experience 🤩 I would definitely stay again."

"Best airport hotel I've stayed at in Bogota. Breakfast is just phenomenal. The bar on the first floor is totally uncommon in Colombia for a hotel at this price point, so that was a nice plus. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It takes 10-15 minutes to get there but the shuttle van is new, comfortable, and spacious, so you don't have to worry about anything. Just make it to the hotels shuttles stop and a representative from the hotel will be there to assist you."

"I was very disappointed with the reception at this hotel. The woman at the front desk was unhelpful. The rooms are not soundproofed. If you want to rest between flights, this is not the right hotel; you can hear planes taking off and people talking in the hallway in the middle of the night. Breakfast is adequate, but the à la carte restaurant is not worth the price. Do not have lunch at the hotel."

"The arrival after 30 hours of travels made me scared; in a dark louche street the taxi stopped for a garage gate .... I asked the taxi driver immediately to wait until I was in, where was I arrived in the middle of the night? But when the door opened and I came to the lobby, everything was OK!!! Friendly (in English!) I was standing to speak. So the taxi was allowed to leave, I was arrived. Quickly to the room, to crumble in bed, because I was broken tired ... The room at the 1st floor was small, but sufficient. A (too) short bed, where my feet were over, did not make me, TV, WiFi and a clean shower and lakens. All you can wish ... The next morning breakfast, included. The girl was a little late, but I could live with it. At 10 a.m. a nice excavator and toast; accompanied by some (loud) water for the pills and a nice cup of coffee! An extra toast was also ordered with hands and feet and delivered quickly ... Service at top. Unfortunately, the boy of the night service speaking English was early departure... A taxi to the airport was fixed with hands and feet. For less than a quarter of the price of the evening before, I was clearly departured at the airport! Chapeau this additional service! Short to not get too fast on the first impression; the service and cleanness and equipment is simple but complete! A thick 9 out of 10 for this cheap, simple hotel!"

"Five stars based on Two star hotel! Hotel location was best that I could find. Its across Transmilenio Museo station which gave access to north of town as well as faster way to the Airport for 3200 pesos (Taxi about 40k). Station has ticket office in front. Right next to Parque de la Independencia, which was nice walking area that has Bull fighting arena and planetarium (which was visible from hotel (if your room is not face this side, there is a lounge in each floor that gives view to both Museo side as well as the park side)). It also is locate right next to Museo de Nacional de Colombia. Only two block walk to start the walking street (Carrera 7) of Santa Fe with various shops and restaurants (walk around the hotel to main street and go south). Only 15-20 min(1 mile) walk to gold museum, then another 5 min to Plaza Bolivia, walk another 15-20 min East to Monserrate. Room: Clean, for its size and price, enough space to put stuff, has safe, but no refrigerator nor coffee machine. its basic. Bed was double but actually like US king size, it was too hard for me. Temp control only has AC so even with AC turned off, the room (1501) was bit cold. Bathroom has hair dryer, simple yet enough space, has shower unit with hot shower (only rain fall option, no hand held). There is couple USB-A & power outlet right to the bed, our was not working. Also a power outlet by the desk area. Security was good, a guard at the main entrance, elevator needs room card for floor access. Front Desk: Surprisingly for an international brand, most didn't speak English, but they were friendly and accommodating. With my minimal Spanish and their minimal English, we didn't have any issue. Front desk also gave us early check in and high floor choice. Food: My room plan included breakfast, food was ample decent quality with meat/eggs, pastries, rice, soup, cold cuts/cheese, sometimes potatoes, about 10 diff kinds of fruits, 4 diff yogurts, couple juices and coffee. Juices were bit off as sometime you get real juice sometime water down to fruit drink. Breakfast is served in Qceveche, next to the lobby, place is not large, but has outdoor sitting area, also serve lunch, dinner and various drinks. We had dinner, food was good, bit pricy compare to outside but reasonable for hotel restaurant (we stayed in AC Marriot in Santa Marta where the food price was 50% higher than Qceveche.) Amenity: none, no GYM or Pool. Does offer bag hold. Has a desk by main door for taxi services (I made a reservation day earlier to go to Grand station for Tourista Tren to Salt Cathedral, driver promptly waited and price was less than expected/ typical taxi fare.) Overall it offer comfy clean room, good breakfast, GREAT location, good service. I will come back again."

"Breakfast is only meal available and it was very good. We particularly liked the staff and rated them as highest level. It's close to the airport, no fitness center and other things that usually only serve to drive up the price. We will come back!"
