Sırma Hotel

We stayed in the Sirma hotel apartments. The hotel Manager Ali, is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is extremely well situated right near the beach front and just a very short walk to restaurants and shops. The apartment which is an upstairs apartment has two balconies and is serviced twice a week. It has everything needed to feel at home. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms, an oven, washing machine and good WiFi. I took my fire stick and we were able to watch Netflix on the tv. The apartment is set in gardens with orange trees and are well maintained. There is a grassy area before the seafront which has Sunbed’s. The beach is sandy and the sea slopes gently. There are more Sunbed’s belonging to Sirma on the beach. The hotel has a spa attached for massages, reflexology etc. I would definately recommend the Sirma hotel apartments for a very relaxing and comfortable holiday.

You always get what you pay for and this hotel is extremely good value for money. The staff are amazing, great selection of food, and limited drinks but bearable. The beach bar food was average so if you want a nice lunch head back to the hotel, which is only 300m from the beach! The pool on first impression looks narrow but actually most people headed to the beach beds because a lot cooler, and private beds , always clean. Rooms clean and entertainment fun. As I say, you get what you pay for. I would rate this as a very good 3 star hotel.

I can recommend the hotel, I stayed here from 29.7 to 7.8.2023. A short walk from the hotel is a beautiful sandy beach with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for free. The accommodation is clean, towels are changed daily. The room is spacious with air conditioning. The dining room is on the top floor with a beautiful view of the sea. The food is good and varied with a wide selection of fresh vegetables, fruit and desserts. I also used the spa services at the hotel. The hotel has friendly and helpful staff. I would be happy to return again in the future.

Went with the girls for a short trip, stayed few days just to relax. The room was clean and cosy with a good size. The food was suprisingly good. The hotel has a beach and is directy situated next to the heart of side, surrounded by barsak restaurants etc. Everything is in walking distance. The staff is also very kind and helpfull. Defenitly wurth going back!

Rude manager. Disgusting food. Dirty rooms. Broken bathroom fittings. Leaking toilet. A/C didn’t work properly. Metal and plastic found in our food. Smiling staff but totally unorganized. Drink orders often forgotten.Cocktails and water not included in the all inclusive deal. Beach and loungers well organized

I can only say, stay away from this hotel. It deserves maximum one star. The rooms are old, the A/C was out of order and we waited over an hour upon arriving to be fixed. The food is bad. room cleaning isprimitive. The furniture is old, and worst of all, the reception staff are not friendly at all. The only one positive thing is the position near to the see.

We stayed at sirma for 10 nights and I wish we hadn't, the location is great, first line on beach bit if you want to goo second line the hill is very steep anyone with slight mobility issues would definitely struggle...... on check nothing was explained regarding WiFi, beach towels, check out, etc We had a 2 bedroom apartment which are a good size but no air con in maim living area so they get extremely hot, bathroom has no window or ventilation which isnt good , toilet was filthy with cracked seat a bit of bleach would go a long way......hotel policy states no pets yet other sirma apartments had dogs which barked constantly, the apartment at first glance looks clean but the floor where filthy and don't think under the beds have ever been cleaned, You have a 2 ring hob for cooking but ni cooking utensils, no cutting knife infact it was the worst I've been to, kettle was broken. BEWARE there is a charge for WiFi which I purchased 14 euro for 10 nights but on checking out they stated this was oer device I was horrified as I had teenager's with me and I've never had this before. The hotel offers all inclusive which we didn't opt for and I'm glad we never pool bar was closed and no evening entertainment like all other nearby hotels. Swimming pool has very limited sunloungers and the paint inside the pool is peeling and all hanging off but we still used it. The younger gentleman at reception is in need of serious customer service training he's rude and arrogant unwilling to help with anything. It's such a shame as this hotel has potential to be amazing but I can only say poor management it's well below average, I would not recommend hotel sirma to anyone

Merhaba Antalya Side sevenler burada mı? Size harika bir önerim var Ağustos ayında Side de Sırma Hotelde tatil yaptım. Manzarası, yemekleri, kokteylleri, denize sıfır plajı, temizliği mükemmeldi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve kibardı. Fiyat anlamında ise hemen o bölgedeki diğer otellerle karşılaştırınca farkı göreceksiniz. Mutlaka gidin. Güzel bir tatilin tadını çıkarın

Es ist ein wirklich tolles Hotel. Wenn Sie an einen Urlaub mit der Familie denken, sollten Sie auf keinen Fall woanders suchen. Das Essen ist köstlich, die Zimmer sind sehr schön, das Restaurant befindet sich im 6. Stock, es ist fantastisch und bietet Meerblick . Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.
