Arnor de Luxe Hotel & Spa

This was our first holiday to Turkey as a family of 3. We'd originally booked another hotel but after reading reviews decided to pay alittle extra to Stay at Arnor De Luxe. We're so glad we did! Arrived late at night, greeted with a warm welcome from the start. Room was just as pictured! Fresh water and drinks in our fridge and slippers were a lovely touch! Plenty of towels and cleaned to a good standard. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all pleasant experiences with plenty of choice. Staff were actively busy and very friendly and attentive. Being able to get a cup of tea was a bonus Hotel grounds were immaculate! Air con throughout and plenty of places to sit and drink. Snack bar had tasty food and good choice. Pools were fresh water and always clean. Slides were great and children's areas all seemed safe and tastefully decorated. The hotels facilities were great! I especially loved the Spa. Treatments I had were amazing and value for money. Plenty to do outside hotel and Side Old Town was 20 mins walk or 10 min taxi ride. This is a must! It's beautiful with lots of opportunities to shop! I'd definitely recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Side!

Stayed here 15-22 November! Hotel lovely and clean rooms are clean and daily house keeping restocking fridge most days. Food always found something but did get a bit repetitive in main restaurant. Beach snack bar was better than snack bar at the hotel . Al la cart was lovely I had the chicken main mea,l friend had the beef for sure the chicken was a better choice.. Drinks were good although some cocktails were hit and miss the prosecco was also included in the all inclusive. Staff were friendly guest relations lady was lovely as was Ali from entertainment he's only 18 and what a lovely boy and for sure a credit to the hotel we gave Ali some things we had left over he was so appreciated What I really liked about the hotel was they had tip boxes so you can give tips and the tips are shared between all the staff! Also would ask the guest if they go down to beach if they can keep there left overs for the dogs and cats there so friendly and a shame they're not feed the leftovers as you can see there ribs . All in all we enjoyed our holiday and would go back! Myself and my friend share the same name so everyone called us The 2 Julie's Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Best resort in turkey! Really enjoyed the time and the rooms are clean. Will visit again deffo! Recommend it! Food was great, drinks available anytime. Nice view to the sea and the pool from the balcony. Cant wait to visit again sometime next year!

I went here with my 2 children.we stayed for 2 weeks.we booked via loveholidays.the shuttle transfers were on time.upon arrival at the hotel we were received very well and gently.out baggages were taken to our rooms.the food was amazing not forgetting the endless trail of desserts..the staff are extremely friends and service with alot of diligence and respect.the spa was one NOT to miss.we loved the entertainment sessions..the decorations for the new year celebrations and those who celebrate Christmas were excellent..the cleaners,the receptionists,the waiters and waitresses were very polite and humble..always ready to help..we felt like home..we will definitely return.

Never going back - This hotel isnt meant for UK Nationals. The staff do not speak good English and i can honestly say i have never experienced such a unwelcoming place. If you aren't the most confident Brit you will defintiely struggle in this hotel! Avoid at all costs. Food was nice but choice wasn't great for children. I do love food but even i struggled with some of the dishes available. There is definitely nicer food available in Turkey as we have been many times and this was food was the worst we have had. Restaurant staff - a couple of the waiters were lovely but some were just simply rude! To the point i was brought to tears and had to complain about a waiter that treated us asbysmally while doing fist bumps to the couple on the table at the side of us! Absolutely shocking! Restaurant was always busy and hard to find a table if we waited until later on in the evening for a table and you were still eating they would turn the lights off on you no matter how many tables were occupied! You couldn't help yourself to soft fizzy drinks like coke or fanta or alcohol in the retaurants you had to order these from the waiters so often we would eat our meals without a drink because the waiters are too busy and often didn't even acknowledge you. The pool - Beds were very close to the edge of the pool and they were rammed in. If the kids were splashing about as they do in a pool we had to be vigilant to keep the kids away from certain areas as there was some very miserable people that would take the same beds at the very edge of the pool and complain everytime they were splashed! There were some families that felt they had a right to take other peoples beds (these tended to be Turkish families holidaying locally) so they would just approach the pool staff and they would just come along and remove peoples towels. This happened regualrly and there was many pool side arguments over this. Pool entertainment was a bit adhoc wasn't great by any means. We enjoyed watching the pool water polo but this was so agressive our kids could not join in. The people that make the cocktails by the pool were lovely and the cocktails were amazing! The pool was nice and big. The room was cleaned often. The beds were okay. The bathrooms were modern looking but they were dark. Our shower tray kept over flowing and would leak under the shower door into the bedroom. We were on the top floor of the hotel and this floor was so hot you had to prepare yourself for opening the door. The air conditioning was okay could have been better but it did the job once it got going. Spa - The spa experience was amazing and the staff were really accomodating they did a great job i would definitely recommend. But again i got a feeling being a sales person myself that once you had paid your money to them unless you were buying another experience they just weren't interested in talking to you! The Arnor is a modern and stylish hotel. This year they were open for Xmas so we visited between 16-26/12. The rooms are lovely and clean, good sized. The beds are very comfortable. Staff are excellent and a shout out especially to Ali in the lower bar and Umut from the entertainment team. Great guys, they helped make sure we had everything we needed. We had 6 glorious days of sunshine then some very extreme rainfall and thunderstorms which were highly unusual. The hotel leaked everywhere and the staff did what they could to manage the situation. The buffet was either excellent or average, sometimes the food wasn’t hot enough. They really need at least one more indoor a la carte to break it up in winter. Given the snack bar, Grill a la carte (and pizza oven) were closed for winter, that left only the main buffet and one restaurant that opens twice a week. However I would highly recommend the Italian, one of the best meals during our stay. Sometimes it felt like the UK palate isn’t catered for as well as some others. Gala dinner was beautifully done, lovely setting but the menu and service could have been better. An option without seafood would have been welcome. A children’s option would have helped avoid small children screaming at tentacles on their plates on Xmas eve! Overall we had a lot of fun despite the weather and the Arnor is doing its best to cater for everyone. Ali you are a superstar! Umut, just keep doing you, it was fun to listen to your stories and the entertainment was often very good for hotel fare!
