The internet in the sea view room doesn't work, very slow. But the room is beautiful, the view is good, the staff are lovely.

Location is great just in front of the Otres Beach, easy to access to the beach just cross the street. Bed are comfort to sleep as we booked Family Ocean Suite, with the view of the sea from our balcony.
Buffet breakfast not good for foreigners, only local food provide and doesn’t have much food in the morning.

Friendly staffs and best location. I alway book this hotel i got to sihanoukvil . Breakfast is pretty good and best thing is u can catch crabs in front of hotel beach

Go to stay location is nearest to the beach. I booked on the app the room which is at the ground floor but when I arrived they choose my room on the 1st and 2nd floor.

Comfiest bed I’ve had - slept really well.

We stayed 3 nights with kids. All were correct. The rooms were nice with balcony and swing. Food was correct. It was close to the beach, just crossed the road and you were on the beach. I liked the swimming pool which was enough long for swimming (around 20 meters). The other hotels around had small swimming pool. Beach was almost clean.

Safety: I must warn all guests that this hotel has changed hands several times and we found it hard to find out who is the real owner is, as of today we still dont know as we dont get a straight answer: Major issue they do not hold public liability Insurance. The Stairs are not none slip so when there is water left on the stairs this is a major hazard. The hotel is what we expected and the photos are a true representation of what you will get. The Staff are great especially the lady manager. Food was ok at the restaurant but expensive. Rooms were clean, and the pool well maintained and clean. The representative of the hotel came to see me after I had a bad accident there due to water not being cleaned up on the stairs and it caused a slip hazard. It left me with 2 broken ribs and a contusion on the left Lung. Its hard to rate this hotel as on one hand the staff were great and the accomidation was adequate, on the other hand the owners did not care about the well being of its guests or staff. Now I have 12 weeks to repair, Please anyone booking here check to make sure they have the insurance in place and basic 3M none slip *****s on the stairs. if the owner addressed these items its a great place to stay
