"Δεν ξέρω από πού να ξεκινήσω! Αυτό το γοητευτικό ξενοδοχείο είναι εξαιρετικό, αν αγαπάς όμορφα πράγματα και ένα λίγο περίεργο βίμπο, αυτό είναι το μέρος για σένα! Αν θέλετε σύγχρονα μοντέρνα κουστούμια, πολυτελή μπάνιο και γυαλισμένο θέαμα, τότε σας προτείνω να μείνετε κάπου αλλού! Η επικοινωνία από την Γκουίλια ήταν πρώτης τάξης, μας επαφή πριν καν φτάσουμε μέσω WhatsApp και να επικοινωνούμε όλη την ώρα με πληροφορίες σχετικά με την παραμονή μας. Οι κήποι είναι όμορφες και έχουν μια ύπαιθρο αισθάνεται απίστευτο το γεγονός ότι βρίσκεται σε μια πόλη. Η τοπική περιοχή είναι πολύ προσβάσιμη και τα τοπικά εστιατόρια είναι καλά επισκεπτόμενα. Καθώς κοιτάζαμε γύρω μας, συγκρούστηκαν με τον ιδιοκτήτη του ξενοδοχείου ο οποίος, αν και δεν μιλούσε με περηφάνια αγγλικά, μας έδειξε γύρω μας και καταφέραμε να καταλάβουμε τα περισσότερα από όσα μας μίλησε. Μας έδειξε το έργο του που διακοσμεί τους τοίχους, είναι ένας πολύ ταλαντούχος καλλιτέχνης και μας έδειξε όλα τα όμορφα πράγματα που είχε συλλέξει από όλο τον κόσμο, που διακοσμούν το ξενοδοχείο, υπάρχουν μερικά κομψά κομμάτια και ήταν χαρά να κοιτάξουμε γύρω. Το πρωτότυπο Εκκλησία στο αγρόκτημα των Ελιβών ήταν μια πραγματική εστία και πέρασα μια ήσυχη ώρα σ' αυτό το όμορφο δωμάτιο. Το πρωινό ήταν υπέροχο και μου άρεσε ιδιαίτερα ο τρόπος που το πρωινό παρουσιάζεται σε μια ξεχωριστή θήκη, με σταμάτησε να παραπονιέμαι όπως πάντα στο μπουφέ του ξενοδοχείου και ήταν νόστιμο!"

"This is a review of the Faldo course. In summary, it has not been maintained, areas around the course are very poor. The greens are inconsistent, bunkers average and for the money not worth the drive from Vilamoura. If I am honest 15 of the holes were no better than Pestana Silves at 2/3rd of the price. The staff in the clubhouse were rude. We arrived at 1030 and were rudely chased from downstairs ti upstairs for coffee. There we were rudely told it wasn't open. After the game apart from one guy taking orders, the other 3 were too busy watching the Champions league final."

"I was excited when we first arrived as it looked lovely however there is so much room for improvement. Staff are not all the friendliest and some could do with customer service training. Was all inclusive but a few times at lunch and dinner we were not offered any drinks, we eventual found where they kept bottles of water so helped ourselves. They really need a bar area in the corner with a few designated staff and put water on the tables before opening the restaurant. Staff in the snack bar should be reminded about cleaning tables and keeping the water and coffee machine topped up. I did feel sometimes if we had been Portugese it would have been a different story. Rooms are nice but not cleaned until nearly 5pm, so if you want to relax before dinner you need to wait for a bit! All in all a mixed review, but we won't return to this hotel."
