In general, this hotel was great. i stayed collyer room for 3 nights. Location was good. Room condition was good. Big enough for 3 with kid. We can use 19f pool and living room. Pool is accessible for kids along with adult. Not much things to eat in living room but coffee and hot milk with a few snack were good enough. View was fine as we can see marinabay partially though laser show area was blocked by another building in front. One thing not good was about noise from roads outside at night.

Very nice hotel overall. We stayed at the Bayview corner room and the view from the balcony is amazing. It's really relaxing to spend your time on that spot during a sunny day. Will definitely stay there again during future visit!

Duration of stay : 2D1N Price : Around 290 SGD (w/o breakfast) via this app *** was upgraded by hotel since I payed for So Urban Room but they were informed I booked the So Cozy Room Location : near Lau Pa Sat (if you prefer to dine-out); need to note that pick-up or drop-off area is at Boon Tat * Pre-arrival : no email is sent by hotel (compared to Sofitel City) * Registration : friendly staff; my room registration took some time because of a miscomm in my room type. I paid for So Urban (with bathtub) but my stay was confirmed for So Cosy only (no bathtub). At the end, my room was upgraded. * Room (not sure if I was upgraded to Studio or Loft): very spacious; have several outlets for charging; have separate office space and seating area; includes care pack (mask, sanitizer, etc); very comfy bed; lights and tv are controlled by an ipad - which is very convenient! * Bathroom : so big!!!! there is separate area for shower room, toilet and bathtub; the bathtub is the biggest I’ve seen among all hotels I stayed so far; there are his & hers amenities which include sewing kit, hair ties and hair clip (which is not very usual - in my experience… another luxury hotel I stayed in provided the hair tie/band but no hair clip) * In-room dining : limited selection; although I tried their club sandwich which is delicious! * Facilities : Cannot book online. Some hotels I’ve been to have this feature already. Cleanliness is rated as such because I found the curtain in the bathroom quite dirty. It is understandable that curtains are not replaced everyday so I just gave feedback to the hotel during my check-out so they can make sure it is cleaned before the next guest. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed my “me time” in this hotel and I will definitely will be back for a longer period.

Strategically located next to Lau Pa Sat and SGX building, the legacy of F.G. Lundon from 1927 stands elegantly among the Singapore skyscrapers. The newly-renovated building itself offers a clean and cozy feeling with perfect conditioning among the heat of Singapore. I also felt like home with all the services that they offer to me and I was constantly in awe with the architecture and interior. The hotel applied pre check in form that was sent to my phone, so I could fill all the details and straight to the reception to receive my room key. However, due to their system change, they gave me separate key for lift and the room (they say it should be temporary and I hope it will be fixed as soon as possible). The room was awesome with high tech and can be operated through their iPad. You can put a timer to open curtain and turn the lamp on. However, I found a small details for the cleaning service where I found a used head cap left below the toilet, and I found it weird as I thought the room was completely cleaned. Apart from that, the aircon in the room that I stayed also got weird noises during the night. After I filed complaint to the reception on the next day, they swiftly change my room and the experience completely changed 180 degree towards a positive side. the new room was flawless and nice. I was surprised with their sound-proof mechanism, as I could hear nothing from outside despite lau pa sat was really crowded + huge thunderstorm. The rooftop pool was also amazing and I could swim freely as it wasn't crowded. However, I just feel that the hotel need to put a prominent sign on towel's location as it took me 10 minutes to find the towel while the pool was unattended at 9am. I was also admire the warmth of the service where all staffs were really nice to me. They directly greet me in Indonesian as they realize I'm from Indonesia, and we had a great talk (shout out to Izzat and Ismail as they were really nice to me, and also all reception officers who helped me). They also helped me a lot for my checkout process and it was very smooth as well. The Hotel Telegraph offers an undeniable status as a boutique small luxury hotel with an amazing services. Yet, I really wish that the small details can be improved to ensure guest can truly feels the perfection of the 5 stars boutique small luxury hotel.

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

First time trying this hotel for a staycation with my gf.. the location is great with alot of nice food choices around and while room in itself is pretty big and nice, my main issue is that the aircon seems to be stuck at 24.5 degrees the whole night and cannot be adjusted which made the whole stay rather uncomfortable and pretty hot. The pillows are also not really that comfortable as well. If the aircon issue was better and the room wasn't as hot the whole night, it would have been alot better. as it stand, there are probably better choices for this price range so I probably wouldn't be keen to come back again which is kinda a bummer cos the location is good and the room is pretty nice at the end..

One of our favorite hotel stays (relative to price point) in Singapore! The room was huge and clean and neat, the housekeeping staff were clearly professionals and took pride in their work. The check in and check out processes were a breeze. (The hotel staff didn't mention it during our check-in, but we suspect they upgraded us to a bigger room!) There were also a lot of amenities at the hotel, from the waterfall lounge (drinks with a view) to a quaint cafe (wildseed) to a furniture store (crane living). The hotel is also in a good location albeit a short distance away from Havelock mrt. Easy access to orchard/clarke quay/chinatown. Amenities do not come with bottled water and bedroom slippers. 10/10 would come back here to stay again.

Our stay at Parkroyal was a breeze. Checking in was smooth. Requested for 2 single bed but didn't got it, wasn't any issue. Cleanliness is perfect 👍 Breakfast spread was superb as well. The kids enjoyed picking up food by themselves (with supervision as the plates & drinking glasses were made from ceramic which was quite heavy for the little ones) Housekeeping were great as well. Checking out was smooth too as there was no queue. Great location! Bus stop is conviniently just right outside the hotel. Definitely a good staycation for the whole family 😌

The decoration is very old and has some smell. You need to let the smell go in every day; the hygiene is quite clean; the sound of the air conditioner is a window machine, and the sound is relatively loud: the quilt is a layer of cloth, and there is a separate thin blanket; the location is in a pedestrian street, taxi It’s not very convenient. Many drivers don’t know it. There are subways and buses nearby. Definitely the best hotel/service apartment! We had a great and wonderful experience in this marvelous hotel. Our family of 4 booked the 2 bedroom and stayed from Oct 2022 to Feb 2023 (about 4,5 months) 2 bedroom come with washing machine, fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator and microwave👍 The hotel also provide alternate days housekeeping service (depending on the room number) we would like to extend our deepest and grateful thanks to all the housekeeping staff (Especially to those who service our room -1301) during our stay! On level 9, there’s also a group of very dedicated, friendly front office staff, please extend our appreciation to all of them, they’re always so cheerful and smiley everyday 👏👍 thank you FO team! There’s a Launderette , working space, Gym, swimming pool at level 9, We love to use these facilities. The location of this hotel is 100% perfect! It’s near to Raffles Place MRT station, cafes, hawker center and restaurants are all within the area. Lots of tourist spot (Merlion, Boat Quay, Singapore Flyer) are within walking distance. This hotel provide daily (Weekday except PH) breakfast at level 1, their choice are limited (around 5-6 to chose and it’s the same throughout our 4.5 months stay) therefore after a few weeks we got tired with the breakfast. Overall we love this hotel and will definitely come back again! 🥰

The overall service of the hotel was excellent. They welcome us with complimentary chocolates when we told them we were there to have an early birthday celebration for my wife. They sent their staff to help us when we could not connect our mobile phone to the TV. Not forgetting the excellent views from infinity swimming pool and room. They made the stay pleasant for us. However, they could improve on telling guests how to get to the Skypark. The staff of the club were not too friendly when we lost our way and asked for directions.

We had a great time staying at the Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore during Christmas this year. We were warmly welcome by the staff during checkin. The staff was very friendly and even gave my baby a teddy bear as a welcoming gift. We stayed at the two bedrooms suite which was perfect for our family. We could prepare food for the baby in the kitchen and enjoyed dinner at the dinning room altogether. The location of the hotel is really convenience. It’s walkable distance to the infamous maxwell food center, the Chinatown and MRT station. The pick up spot for grab just right downstairs. We highly recommended this hotel. The buffet in the morning was really good. We stayed for 4 nights and the food were different almost everyday.

The room & toilet is very clean. The hostel is well organize and provided very local breakfast during the stay. The hostel location is great. Nearby 2 MRT stations and there are plenty of local food at the surrounding area. I like the building itself which is a renovated hostel in an old building. Recommend travelers to stay here if you do wants to enjoy solo trip.

it's my 4th/5th visit to Clan hotel , decided to treat myself hence chose to return to Clan Hotel despite having a previous unpleasant counter 🙂 not too sure if the welcome ”routine” changed , didn't get the tea ceremony this time but not a big issue . got a corner room , the room didnt fail us . everything is great about the room , comfort & cleanliness is good . booked w breakfast , i kind of miss the previous set menu options over the current buffet breakfast .. not too much variety . not too sure if i came late around 9ish , the staffs are less attentive and more concern about the closing time . was assigned to a table , however after upon taking my food my table was taken by another person 😕 not too sure what went wrong , did the staff forgot that table was already assigned or the other person just sat there ? if i'm not wrong we will be assigned to tables but not free seating .. and the staff served our drinks to that table should have noticed why is 2 cups of drinks ordered for 1 pax 😅 i had to ask the staff to reassign me to another table ? 9.30 - 10.30 staffs are more anxious to close the breakfast . food are not replenished as often , recommend to go early for breakfast if you are able to wake up

It has a great location for a tourist. Walking distance from the metro station. Plenty of restaurants around. The space is really tiny. I got a single room and I had to jump on the table to access the bed. The boy kindly changed my room to an easier bed access. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom average. There is no ventilation, I felt lack of oxigen. You can hear any conversation as if they were in your room. The bathroom was in another floor...Well, I guess Singapore accommodation is hell expensive and this is what I get for this money.

The apartment is in an excellent location. It is between two subway stations on the blue line. It is convenient for eating. Nearby are Nanyang Old Coffee, Ya Kun, Songfa Bak Kut Teh, Toast Workshop, Coconut, and basic internet celebrity shops. The kitchen can also be used for cooking. For food, there is a supermarket in Tangchengfang nearby to buy food. The only bad thing is that the front desk staff are foreigners. Their English is not standard and they don’t know Chinese at all. They often rely on translation software to communicate. In addition, after 8 p.m. The emergencies that occurred were not solved in time. For example, one night after we washed and dried our hair, the hair dryer suddenly caught fire🔥. Because the front desk was off work, we could only call the boss to communicate, and the hair dryer could only be brought the next day. , the two children slept with wet hair that night, and caught a cold the next day. This can be improved.
