Everything was so good here. The food was fantastic, the staff was superb and the entire vibe at this place is very relaxing. I don’t know how they got the vibe right but it really added to the experience. I am hoping I will be carrying some of the lifestyle changes forward with me. This place gave me a taste of what a healthy lifestyle can be like and no amount of words can describe the cleanse this place offers. Must try the aerial yoga sessions and the various massages they offer. If you come from Delhi, take the eastern highway, it only takes an hour on it.

Amazing experience that helped me connect with myself. The staff, services and hygiene were impressive and so was the food provided. The property though not huge is still a welcome respite from the hustle bustle of city life.

Top quality all through at this cozy yet professional wellness resort, hidden in an unexpected location. All you see around is carefully ***aged green foliage, all you hear around are birds chirping and all your senses are taken care by the exceptional vegetarian food, flutes playing classical melodies while well experienced therapists perform an orchestra of physical massages as prescribed by the in-house medical specialists. It is a lovely place to detox from stubborn habits of wrong eating, harmful activities, unhealthy routine and missing connection with your inner self. Highly recommend to those who travel between delhi and chandigarh to spend a few days here.

A completely relaxing and rejuvenating experience at Naad Wellness. This amazing wellness centre helped us connect better with ourselves and with nature. I went here with my dad and we had a memorable time at Naad wellness. Once you check in, you’re greeted with the traditional Indian aarti welcome. Check into your comfortable room and proceed for your doctor consultation. Coming to the room, we stayed at their Royal suite. The room was extremely spacious and cozy with a beautiful balcony overlooking the lush greenery. After our doctor consultation and BMI check, each of us were given a personalised itinerary with a meal, therapy and exercise plan customized to our own bodies. The soul satisfying, all vegetarian food at their gorgeous restaurant Ahara was healthy, filling and really delicious. Every meal was customized and I loved the fact that they heroed millets and fresh local produce. Coming to the therapies, we experienced both Ayurvedic and naturopathic therapies for healing our bodies and invigorating our minds. Some of my favourites that I really loved during our three day stay were Abhyanga, Foot reflexology, Turkish Hammam & Himalayan salt cave. Naad also has daily yoga + meditation sessions ***** with a lovely swimming pool that you could take a refreshing dip in. The service was impeccable. The staff was friendly and helpful and they escort you to your therapy from your room which is a great touch to add to the wonderful experience. On check out, you’re given a discharge card with a diet plan that you should definitely follow long term for best results. Naad wellness is highly recommended and you must visit for a completely rejuvenating & relaxing experience.

Very clean and neat place, very accommodating and helpful with the right kind of trea**ent, I was pregnant during the visit and they made me feel very good about myself and also treated us, me and my partner well. Food was delicious but we kept asking for more as I didn’t feel satiated (due to pregnancy) . Thanks Naad wellness team for the unforgettable experience. You are doing a great work.

We came here for a 3 days wellness experience which is meant more for relaxation. For the more advanced medical therapies, it’s advisable to come for 10-15 days. You start off with a doctor consultation post which they customise your meals, your therapies and your daily schedule specific to your body’s needs. I also got a chance to try aerial yoga and that literally set me flying. The massages were really professional. Overall, I feel like they have taken extra care for every small thing so you spend your time here just focusing on your wellness and can leave the rest to them.
