"My recent visit to this wellness resort was a blend of appreciation and frustration. While the property is undeniably beautiful and serene, the overall experience was hampered by poor communication, inadequate food arrangements, and a lack of sensitivity toward guest needs. Check-in Experience: My check-in was anything but smooth. I had booked through MakeMyTrip and, a day before arrival, emailed the resort to request a quiet room with good air conditioning. To my surprise, they had no record of my booking. They asked for the voucher and only then confirmed it. I'm glad I followed up in advance—otherwise, this confusion would have delayed our check-in and caused unnecessary stress. Attire Policy: One thing that caught my eye was the elegant white kurta-pyjama attire worn by guests and staff, which adds a unique charm to the experience. However, I was informed it’s only provided for stays of 3 nights or more—a condition that was nowhere mentioned in the booking details. I eventually managed to get it by insisting and agreeing to pay ₹500 per person per day, but this felt unnecessary and could have been communicated better upfront. Food – A Major Disappointment: This was the biggest letdown. Influencer videos online show grand thalis and elaborate satvik meals. The reality, unfortunately, was starkly different. The portion sizes were tiny—1 soup, 1 salad, 2 small vegetable servings (like tori), and 1 roti (which was smaller than a regular puri). When I asked for more, the waiter hesitated and said the "doctor has advised limited food." Both my partner and I have different body types, lifestyles, and nutrition needs—yet we were served same portions. What’s worse, this sentiment was echoed by other guests too, who shared their frustration at feeling hungry and being denied even a small sweet or an extra roti. On both nights, we had to step out and eat elsewhere just to avoid going to bed anxious and hungry. While I understand promoting mindful eating and a sattvic diet, it felt more like cost-cutting disguised as wellness advice—especially when applied so rigidly to short-term guests. Therapies & Wellness Sessions: No complaints here. The spa therapies were professional, deeply relaxing, and exceeded expectations. This was the highlight of our stay. Room: The room was well-designed with good air conditioning and peaceful interiors. Not having plug points near the bed was a conscious wellness decision (to discourage phone usage), which I appreciated. We ended up charging our phones in the bathroom. Property: The architecture and landscaping are exceptional—possibly even better than many 5-star resorts. From wooden elements to high-quality fittings and tasteful interiors, the attention to detail in construction is admirable. The greenery, garden, small pool, temple, and seating areas create a tranquil ambiance that’s perfect for unwinding. Though the size of the property is small like maybe a couple acres... "Απολαύσαμε τη διαμονή μας με ευρύχωρα δωμάτια και η καθαριότητα ήταν τέλεια. Αξία για χρήματα. Η τοποθεσία είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμη από την GT Road. Επίσης έχει γειτονικό καφέ και κινηματογράφο κοντά. Απολαύσαμε και θα το συστήσουμε για αξία για χρήματα. Το προσωπικό είναι επίσης φιλικό και η τοποθεσία είναι ειρηνική."
