Very clean, check-in smooth, breakfast yummy! All around great stay!!!!

I stayed for one night in mid September. Let me say the good thing first. Front desk is very friendly, the room is big, the bedsheet is clean. And the best is the hot water is abundant and strong, so I had a wonderful shower. However, the place is beat down. The service is completely barebone. One of the two elevators was broken during my stay. And it is highly secured. Cannot get in without card key 7/24. If you are a man or a group of men traveling rough, it is a place. The concern is that there are always a group of people hanging around in the front door, around the parking lot. And it seems some occupants are with little kids. Not sure if the motel is rented out for longer term under government programs. The surrounding areas have a number of government agencies. If you travel as a family, this definitely not your choice.

Very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent cleaning staff, especially the nice lady who was working in the wing I was staying. Recommended for the value assuredly

The shower could NOT GET WARM. Discovered the faucet had been put on incorrectly - arrow pointing to warm was cold water, etc. - but the hot water was still VERY cool and came out at diminished stream - a medium trickle. I ended up just washing my hair, bent over so it wouldn't freeze my body. I had a business meeting an hour later. Checking out, I was not offered any reduction in price, or even a free breakfast. IT WAS A HORRIBLE SITUATION!!! (Room was nice though, and very clean.)

We had a queen bed with a sofa pullout. The queen bed was uncomfortable & more like a full. The sofa bed appeared to be broken & we could not sleep on it. 2 of us got no sleep due to the sofa bed. Our phone in the room was also not working when we tried to contact the front desk. Very nice staff, but room was horrible.

There is breakfast, enough coffee and hot water in the lobby, free parking, coffee machine and microwave in the room, a hotel I like, chain. I lived in his shop three years ago.

I've been a Wyndham rewards member for many years, staying at Wyndham properties frequently when I travel. This time, I must say the stay was horrible. I was placed in room 232 which was on the opposite end of the hotel than the check in desk. When I got to the room, with bags in tow, the keys didn't work. I tried several times with both keys to no avail. The desk clerk was ambivalent. He didn't care! The TV didn't work, nor did the refrigerator. Upon waking the following morning there was no hot water. The front desk clerk didn't even know there was an issue. After sampling the lousy, cheap breakfast selections, I found the keys, once again didn't work requiring them to be reset. Returning late that night, you guessed it - the keys didn't work! A young lady at the front desk said, ”Oh, yeah, some of the guys don't know how to set up the keys properly.” Upon waking the following morning - you guessed it - there was no hot water Again! A call to the front desk said it would be fixed in half an hour. It was. When I reported the issues to a different person at the front desk, she (Nisha) said she would take care of it. She moved me to room 104 saying she was sorry for the difficulties I had experienced. Guess what - the door to room 104 was broken, requiring a heavy force to open and/or close it. I reported that to her upon leaving the building. It was repaired when I returned that evening. At least one employee cared! Two additional facts about this property. 1. The floors are laminate eliminating carpeting. That's great if they are cleaned! But they are not and you find yourself walking on a dusty, dirty floor. They need to be washed daily, not the occasional vacuuming they were getting. 2. The supposed breakfast area had an empty fridge, a lousy coffee machine, two cereal selections and a pancake machine (which did make good pancakes) That's not what I or other guests considered a reasonable breakfast. Wyndham needs to rethink that, considering the hotel next door had a full breakfast selection. The manager ”Graciously” gave me a discount due to the issues I experienced. That discount amounted to 10% of one night stay and the refund of the local taxes for that one night. This is not the first time my stay at a Wyndham property was less than stellar. My wife and I were attending a wedding in the area stayed at this hotel. When we arrived, there was only one person at the front desk so we had to wait in a long line to check in. Just as we got to the front of the line, another person (the front end supervisor) popped out of a backroom and started to help with the check in process. We were given keys to our room (which didn't work) went back down to the desk, waited in line again and were given replacement keys (which didn't work). When we returned to the front desk for the third time, we were given a different room. When we got into the room, we wanted to wash our hands and discovered that there was no soap. Again we went to the front desk and were told that they had no bar soap and that we would have to use the soap from the dispenser in the shower - not an easy thing to do when the shower floor is wet and there are mobility issues. We complained but were told that if we stayed at this hotel again, they would try to take better care of us, As a loyal Marriott customer, I am very disappointed in this hotel. A very bad job by the management.
