Excellent location: It's within walking distance of key attractions like Sanfang Qixiang and Shangxiahang. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the Yonghui supermarket across the street often has discounts on fruit and salmon in the evenings, which is very convenient for stocking up on supplies during your trip. Well-equipped facilities: The room was spacious, with a separate wet and dry area plus an independent bathtub. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great view of the city nightscape. The pool was uncrowded with comfortable water temperature, and the gym had sufficient equipment and a quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was a highlight: There was a wide variety, including fruits, whole grains, pastries, stir-fries, and local Fuzhou snacks. There were plenty of window seats available, making for a very pleasant dining experience. Excellent service: Staff proactively helped with luggage upon arrival. The front desk was knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues. Customer service calls were answered immediately and handled with patience and attention to detail. I truly felt well-cared for."

"Great location within walking distance of the famous Love Tree (爱心树), with many restaurants and food options nearby. The area is very convenient and easy to get around. My child especially loved the smart robot that could control the room lights and TV, which made the stay even more fun. The laundry service was excellent as well. "Kempinski is a must-stay in Fuzhou! The location is unbeatable; right downstairs is Dong Er Huan Taihe, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The service is warm and attentive; from the moment they opened the car door when we arrived to check-in, everything was delightful, and Cassie was especially thoughtful and enthusiastic. The interior design incorporates many Fuzhou jasmine elements, giving it a subtle yet elegant feel. Even though it's a high-end hotel, considering the member benefits and off-season pricing, the value for money is absolutely fantastic."

The cleanliness was top-notch; not a speck of dust even in the corners. The bathroom counter had plenty of space, making it easy to do our makeup. Tina, one of the staff members, was incredibly friendly and promptly brought extra towels when we asked. The hotel's surroundings are fantastic too, with bubble tea shops and hotpot restaurants everywhere, and it's super convenient for shopping. The soundproofing was excellent, so our late-night chats didn't disturb anyone. Definitely the top choice for a girls' trip!"

"The hotel is quite new and boasts an excellent location. You can enjoy views of the Minjiang River right from your room, and Minjiang Park is just a short stroll away. We brought our child to experience Fuzhou's local culture and delicious food during the typhoon season, as it was cooler. The hotel was very thoughtful, calling us in advance to remind us about the typhoon weather and even upgraded us to a family room. The service was absolutely superb. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Fuzhou!"

"A hotel definitely worth a second visit! We were proactively upgraded to a river view room, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the river. The bathtub was generously sized, and they even provided a complimentary bath sachet, making for a very comfortable soak. The bedding was exceptional, perfectly balanced between soft and firm, which was ideal for my back. Complimentary drinking water was a refreshing touch, especially welcome in the summer heat. The service was impeccable. We ordered takeout and realized we didn't have crab crackers; a staff member promptly brought them to our room. The doorman was incredibly warm and attentive, always there to open and close doors, and assist with luggage – truly professional service. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including many authentic Fuzhou local specialties like Guobian (rice cake soup), Banmian (mixed noodles), Youtiao (fried dough sticks), Xiasu (shrimp fritters), and Rouyan (meat swallows), perfect for visitors to experience local cuisine. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is open for all three meals, offering set menus that are excellent value for money. Just across the street from the hotel, you'll find the riverside, a lovely spot for a relaxing stroll. A 10-minute walk to the right will take you to Rongqiao Bund No. 1, an excellent evening destination offering food, river views, and live music. Public transport is convenient, with bus route 79 nearby and the Jinxiang Road Metro Station just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The hotel is located next to Jinshan Bridge, and popular attractions like Yantai Mountain, Shangxiahang Historical and Cultural Block, Sanfang Qixiang (Three Lanes and Seven Alleys), and Suning Plaza are all just a convenient 10-15 minute taxi ride away. Food delivery services are readily available to the hotel, with options for either self-pickup in the lobby or convenient robot delivery to your room. For shopping at Aegean Sea Mall or Cangshan Wanda Plaza, a taxi is the most convenient option, costing around 10 RMB.
