"Our stay was absolutely fantastic, on par with the excellent service we've come to expect from Shangri-La hotels in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Annie arranged our room inspection, and Jade called us a day in advance to ask about our needs, ensuring everything was perfectly prepared. As there were two adults and one child, we were delighted to find three sets of slippers and toiletries in our room – a really thoughtful touch. The welcome fruit and the nostalgic three-ring olives were a pleasant surprise. Peri provided a quick check-out and follow-up experience, making the entire stay very enjoyable. Even the housekeeping staff we met in the corridors were incredibly warm and genuine, always greeting us and exchanging pleasantries. When we requested an extra duvet, room service delivered it within just two minutes. The staff at the Horizon Club, especially a gentleman in a dark suit and a lady we met at breakfast, were exceptionally professional. The concierge team was also wonderful, always coming forward to open the car door for us whenever we arrived or departed. Our two-day stay at Shangri-La Fuzhou was simply perfect! "The hotel is located right next to Sanfang Qixiang, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around. Our room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The courtyard has a unique charm. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. For breakfast, one day it was delivered to our room on a cart, and the other day we went to the vegetarian restaurant on B1 downstairs. Overall, it was a really great stay. It's a different experience than staying in a business hotel, and I highly recommend it for families looking for a more relaxed and cozy atmosphere."

"This hotel is probably one of the older five-star establishments in the area. Its location by West Lake is fantastic, and it's also a short walk to Sanfang Qixiang, which makes it very convenient. The hotel facilities are as expected – clean and comfortable. We booked a lake-view room and the scenery outside the window was absolutely beautiful and delightful. The next morning, I even took my family for a walk in the park, all very convenient. I also want to commend the hotel's additional services, which I think deserve a special shout-out. First, the mini-bar: arriving at the hotel hot and tired, grabbing a cold drink from the room was pure bliss! Second, the '活力早餐包' (vibrant breakfast bag) in the morning: it's easy to carry and perfectly satisfied our basic breakfast needs. Third, the airport transfer service: booking was easy, the driver arrived early, and the vehicle was a brand-new, comfortable business van. The overall experience was top-notch! Details like these really build a brand, and I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Fuzhou."

"The room layout is comfortably designed with a very open bathroom area featuring double sinks. The mattress is soft, comfortable, and springy. They even provide disposable bathtub liners for soaking in the hot spring water, which really enhances the romantic atmosphere for couples. A special shout-out to Xiao Mi for her attentive and professional service; she was incredibly responsive to all our requests and proactively offered helpful services. She even kindly arranged for a late check-out to accommodate our travel plans. The room also has a separate, spacious walk-in closet, large enough for all our luggage. I highly recommend everyone to experience this place if you get the chance. Two thumbs up, very satisfied!"

"I booked two nights at the InterContinental at a great price since the peak season was over. The room was quite spacious and the facilities were decent. It's only about two kilometers from Sanfang Qixiang, and there are many good restaurants nearby. Most of the front desk staff were warm and provided excellent service (there was one slightly overweight male front desk agent who flat-out denied my request to borrow a computer to fill out a form, even though housekeeping on the phone said it was possible and another female front desk agent also confirmed I could use one from the lobby). Xiao Cheng from housekeeping was truly wonderful; she always met my requests with a smile. The young staff in the lobby were also very friendly and showed no impatience during the hour I spent filling out my form. The only minor downside was on the second morning when the cleaner knocked and called several times asking if I wanted service, even though the 'Do Not Disturb' sign was clearly on the door. I had also mentioned earlier that I would call if I needed cleaning. I eventually got quite frustrated. Aside from this small flaw, everything else was excellent! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Fuzhou!"

"Staying at the Hilton Fuzhou Sanfang was an extremely satisfying experience. The Sky Lobby on the 40th floor has a sophisticated ambiance, and the check-in process was smooth, with staff who were gentle and attentive. I stayed in a river-view room, which was spacious and well-maintained. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views of the Min River; as dusk fell and the city lights came on, the nighttime atmosphere was absolutely captivating. The bedding was just right, neither too soft nor too firm, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The bathroom was equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, and the toiletries were of high quality. The breakfast on the 39th floor offered a wide variety of choices, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes, including local Fuzhou specialties. The high-altitude dining experience was excellent. The heated infinity pool on the 41st floor provided breathtaking views, and the gym was well-equipped, making for a very comfortable place to relax. The hotel's location is superb, with comprehensive commercial facilities nearby, making travel very convenient. Whether for business or leisure, this is a highly recommended hotel in Fuzhou!"

"The most healing homestay in Fuzhou is located next to the historical and cultural district of Nangong River Estuary, adjacent to the South Park, hiding between the ancient Hesi, quiet in the middle of noisy, like breaking into a poetic secret place isolated from the world 🌿 24-hour butler service, the stay is very ritual, first choose the shower gel taste you like, three brands, both flower fragrance, but also wooden post-tuning, people are a little surprised, is my favorite brand. The whole room is very simple, but not out of style. Here I took a photo of my son with an 18-year-old salute. It is very interesting to come to Fuzhou this summer vacation. "I've been to Fuzhou several times, and the Xihu Park C&D Hotel is by far the most comfortable I've stayed in. The hotel is a rare gem located right next to Xihu Park in the city center. It's surrounded by greenery with an incredible ecological environment, boasting irreplaceable natural resources. You can walk directly from the back of the hotel to the West Lake trestle bridge. The hotel service is impeccable, professional, and enthusiastic. They even offered refreshing desserts upon check-in and complimentary late-night congee. The breakfast is good, and the Kaili Sour Soup Hotpot included in the package exceeded my expectations by a lot! 👍👍👍 The indoor heated pool is professional-grade and very well-maintained. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Sanfang Qixiang. I recommend taking Wohu Road, as there are many hidden gem old shops along the way that are worth exploring. What I loved most was the tranquility. It's as quiet as a mountain lodge at night, a definite must-stay for anyone who loves peace and quiet!!!"
