"The check in experience was great. 小徐was there to help as I reached 3 hours earlier but the room i booked was not ready so 小徐upgraded my room to 1 tier higher and enable me to checked in earlier. Very professional in her job. The breakfast was great with lots of variety. The 小姐姐(forgot her name) at the counter was always there to welcome us with a smile. Very good experience. Will recommend friends to stay here."

A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff – their thoughtful service was an absolutely huge plus! I highly recommend upgrading to a room with a night view; the scenery outside the window is truly amazing. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located close to Shenzhen University Yuehai Campus, Shenzhen University Metro Station, and Yuehaimen Metro Station, all within walking distance!"

"This hotel offers excellent value for money. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and its convenient location makes getting around incredibly easy. The environment is comfortable and elegant, and the hotel facilities are comprehensive. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and the beds are definitely worth staying for!"

"This is a landmark hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and arranged for an upgrade to a high-floor corner room. We had a great view of the New Territories of Hong Kong on one side and the Shenzhen cityscape on the other. Even the separate work area had a view, so the entire room offered a 270-degree panoramic view. The service butler was attentive, proactively bringing our luggage to the room and providing complimentary coffee, tea, and other drinks. They also offered robot delivery for takeout, which was convenient and quite fast. If you're driving, you park in the underground garage, then need to take an elevator to the first floor, switch to another elevator to the front desk, and then take yet another elevator to your room."

"Facilities: The lobby is on the 35th floor, and during weekdays, office workers from the entire building share the elevators, leading to long waits and overcrowding – it was torture! The girl at the reception on the first floor was excellent, which is why I didn't rate this aspect poorly! Hygiene: Acceptable. Environment: Not far from the subway station, but a bit circuitous. It was a hassle with luggage. Service: This was my first stay at Atour. I noted my room preferences, and the front desk informed me they'd upgraded my room type. But for some reason, I waited a long time in the lobby without being assigned a room, and no one offered me a glass of water! Most importantly, the tea station at the front desk was inexplicably oriented towards the staff's counter, making it inconvenient for me to pour myself a drink! Even at Hanting hotels, the front desk tea is self-service! What a baffling design! After a long wait for the room, I was finally assigned one directly opposite a utility room on the same floor! I was woken up by people in the hallway past 2 AM, and then by noise from next door around 5 AM… and I had to rush to an appointment at 6:30 AM! Even though I didn't get a good night's sleep, that's one thing, but my booking platform indicated a 4 PM check-out. Yet, around 1 PM, exhausted, I finally managed to get an elevator back to my room for a nap, only to find my room card had expired! I had to go all the way downstairs again to reactivate it…! The hotel explained they'd extended my check-out to 6 PM as an apology! The problem is, wasn't check-out originally 4 PM? Why couldn't I get into my room when I returned at 1 PM? The elevators are already slow…! Honestly, it was a truly frustrating stay. The hotel front desk apologized repeatedly upon my departure and even offered a small gift. Given that, I haven't given a completely negative review, but I will definitely not consider staying at any Atour hotel again! I've stayed in hotels ranging from 4-5k RMB a night to Hanting hotels at 4-500 RMB a night, and this is the most difficult-to-rate experience I've had, requiring the most words to explain – I gave it to Atour! I booked based on so many positive reviews, but the result was truly disappointing!"

"Right near MixC Mall, the room was very clean and tidy, and the bed was really comfortable. The front desk staff were also great—polite and patient. I accidentally missed their afternoon tea that day, and the staff even brought fruit to my room that evening. I was really impressed with the service. "The best thing about this hotel is its location. K11 is right next door, which was perfect since it rained a lot during the May Day holiday, making it inconvenient to go out. We spent most of our time at the mall, and when we got tired, we just popped back to the hotel for a rest. The breakfast was quite good too, especially the noodle soup and fresh orange juice. The front desk staff even gave my child an essential oil bracelet during check-in, which they absolutely loved. The hotel's exterior also looked pretty nice. One minor point: they advertise 'special features' like a mini-bar and coffee, but it's just two bottles of mineral water, two packets of soda crackers, and capsule espresso. Honestly, it's no different from the standard complimentary items you get at any hotel nowadays. I initially thought it would be a mini-bar like in the Maldives. It's not about the value of the items, but there's really no need to highlight it as a special feature. 😂"

Not only was I able to check in smoothly ahead of time, but I also received a complimentary upgrade to a seaview room, which was a pleasant surprise and truly showed their thoughtfulness. The room offered spectacular views; I could see the stunning Shenzhen Bay coastline, yacht marina, and even dragon boat training right from my window. In the evening, I was treated to a beautiful, soft full moon, which absolutely elevated the atmosphere. The hotel's design is incredibly thoughtful, with an impressive fish art wall and mirrored piano installation in the lobby. The outdoor pool beautifully complements the yacht marina, making every corner a perfect photo opportunity. The breakfast restaurant is bright and spacious, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The service was attentive and thorough, making me feel comfortable from check-in to dining. Whether for a relaxing getaway or a short city break, this place is an excellent choice. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Shenzhen!"
