"We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The room was very clean, spacious, carpeted, and quiet. The bedding was neat, and there was even a round table, perfect for situations like mine where I had to work overtime. The view was excellent, and we slept very well at night. They even provided a children's toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers – a thoughtful touch. The room overlooked the city park, and the hotel's location was superb, surrounded by Wanda Plaza, museums, and art galleries. It was conveniently located within walking distance. The breakfast was also extremely satisfying – a plentiful and delicious buffet with both Chinese and American options. Our child didn't want to stay longer and insisted on checking out until the very last minute. The value for money was unbeatable. Both adults and children were very satisfied with our trip to Taicang. We will definitely come back when the weather cools down. No one asked for a good review; the hotel's cleanliness, service, sleep quality, and location were all impeccable. A good review is a must, and it truly deserves it. I hope the hotel continues to improve, and I will definitely stay here again next time."

"The room was spacious and very clean. From the window, I had a lovely view of Tianjing Lake. The TV offered a wide selection of international channels, including CCTV. As a guest, I had complimentary access to the gym and pool, with extra towels provided at the pool. I swam twice and went for a run during my stay. It wasn't crowded, and the lifeguard was always on duty, making for a very enjoyable swim! The package I booked included a complimentary mini-bar refill and a double buffet dinner. The buffet dinner that night had a fantastic Southeast Asian theme, with most dishes being from Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand – a really creative buffet experience. Tianjing Lake is just across the road from the hotel, and there's a shopping mall and restaurants right next door, so all the amenities for entertainment and dining are very convenient. After having lunch with my mother at the mall, we went to Tianjing Lake and tried out a tandem kayak, which was reasonably priced and a lot of fun. Overall, staying at Pullman offers excellent value for money. Even if you're not going skiing at Alpine World, the nearby facilities provide plenty of options for food, drink, and entertainment!"

"As other online reviews mentioned, don't expect much from the service here. 1. Usually, hotels have a butler escort you to your room and explain things, or at least wait at the door. On our check-in day, we arrived at our room to find the door open. A staff member in plain clothes suddenly emerged from the room, startling us. But that's a minor detail. 2. The public hot spring (gongtang) operating hours are 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM. However, when we went at 9:30 PM, after showering, ready to soak, we were told the 'golden' spring (jintang) was already being cleaned and we couldn't use it. Why couldn't anyone warn us when we entered or while we were showering? They started cleaning a full hour before closing, and there were 3-4 other guests in the women's bath at the time; everyone just looked at each other in disbelief. 3. On Tuesday, before checking out, I wanted to have one last soak, so I woke up early. But when I entered the women's changing room, all the lights were off (the locker access card still worked, so the access control wasn't off, and there were no 'closed' signs at the entrance). I had to call the front desk myself to find out it was closed on Tuesdays. No one mentioned this to us during check-in or at any other time, and it wasn't in the check-in guide. So, we woke up early for nothing. The front desk said it was mentioned on Ctrip (it was, but in tiny font about seven or eight pages down). There were also no compensation measures. When we checked out, there were even other guests who had driven over specifically for the hot springs, only to be told it was closed that day. They also made a wasted trip, so the unclear signage is definitely not an isolated incident. Other than that, the value for money is quite good, and the private hot spring (sitang) fees are reasonable, though the private springs only offer the 'silver' spring (yintang)."

"We visited here with our family, including elderly and children, during the Dragon Boat Festival and had a delightful two-day stay. This estate truly offers enough activities to keep three generations entertained for two days. We booked karaoke and an indoor golf experience; the song selection for karaoke was a bit outdated, but everything else was good. We also tried the travel photography service and were so pleased with the photos that we bought them all. The scenery on the estate is beautiful; strolling and taking pictures in the afternoon was pleasant and not tiring. The electric shuttle service around the estate was very convenient. The swimming pool was also fantastic, with two warm pools perfect for playing. The basketball court was nice too. We had the hot pot set meal, which was excellent, and everyone was very full. The Western set meal, however, was just okay; there were too many chicken popcorns that we couldn't finish, and it would have been better to have more variety. But overall, it was a really great experience, and I've already recommended it to my friends."
