"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Jagalchi Fish Market, just a one-minute walk away. It's about a 10-minute bus ride to Songdo Cable Car. Getting to Haeundae is quite far, costing around 20,000 Korean Won by taxi, or over an hour by public transport. A taxi to Busan KTX Station is about 7,000 Korean Won. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and they provided a full range of toiletries, including toothbrushes. The front desk service was excellent. Next door is a traditional Korean spa, and guests staying one night can get a free voucher from the front desk to use it. This Korean spa is similar to a large Japanese bathhouse in terms of facilities, but the overall atmosphere is different. It has several large pools and saunas. I only went once. The area around the hotel is a bit chaotic since it's next to a market. Overall, it's a very good hotel."

"This stay was for an important business trip, and I was very satisfied with the convenience and efficiency I received, which are essential for a business trip. "The room was generally clean and tidy, and the accommodation environment was comfortable. The location is a bit of a walk from the subway station, but still within an acceptable range, so transportation is quite convenient. The hotel has a sauna available, and there are popsicles outside the sauna for guests to enjoy. The only downside was encountering an older female front desk staff member during my stay whose service attitude was not very friendly (especially towards foreign guests, but she was quite pleasant with Koreans), which left a bad impression. Aside from that, the overall stay was decent."

"Much better than I expected! The window view was great and the room was spacious. I suspect the hotel information is incorrect; it felt much larger than 18 square meters. The twin room actually came with two double beds, making it feel more like a quad room. They provided four slippers, four towels, and four bottles of water. It was very roomy for two people, though it might be a bit tight for four. The facilities were good, but the bathroom sink didn't have any space for toiletries – a clear case of cutting corners where they could and spending where they had to. The location is excellent, right across from the Canned Food Market. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but acceptable. The front desk wouldn't provide extra bottled water; there was only a water dispenser available. I only stayed one night, and the cleanliness was decent."

"This hotel did not restock our tea bags, they did not provide big enough towels, only hand towels, they also did not want to allow our guest to even enter our room for some reason he had to wait downstairs when we went to put our bags away. Rediculous. Also they have weird rules about the spa and gym you cant use them seperately you have to use it together and you can't leave otherwise you have to pay again! So useless."

"I booked it because of the reasonable price and the interior design, and it was exactly as I saw in the photos. My only regret was that the comforter wasn't in good condition. I mentioned this to the front desk the next day, and they were even more attentive and cleaned it thoroughly. The location was also great, near Yongdusan Park and Gukje Market. I'd love to stay here again next time I'm in Busan."

AAnonymous UserThe room was soooo beautiful! Right infront of the gwangalli beach and central to other shop/cafes. Olive young just downstairs which make it easy for the girls to shop! Totally worth it. The room was so clean and the toilet even got bidet.
Totally recommended to couples as they even got jacuzzi which you can use at night, overlooking the beautiful gwangalli bridge view.
Would definitely stay here if i come to busan again.

其其丫A small guesthouse with the cleanliness and design of a boutique hotel. The service felt very warm, and the girls at the front desk were all lovely. Thank you for your service! Gwangalli is also a great location. I'd love to stay again next time. The simple breakfast was also quite substantial. It was my first time trying abalone porridge, and I finally got to taste the porridge Rain made on TV for breakfast. It turns out to be quite light, and I ate it with pickled radish for four days straight without getting tired of it.

MMeiduocao【Park Hyatt Busan】Stayed in the 'sailboat' of Haeundae, where the floor-to-ceiling windows framed Gwangandaegyo Bridge and the entire ocean. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea breeze and the city lights, experiencing both relaxation and luxury.
Environment: The hotel's location is relatively quiet with fantastic views. There's a supermarket downstairs, and a noodle shop and two great cafes very close by, which was quite convenient for a tourist.
Facilities: Very new, especially the stunning view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. I didn't even want to close the curtains at night!
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Service: Excellent.

Ambiance: Excellent. We stayed in a new building with a balcony room. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the sound of the waves, gazing at the sea, and sipping coffee was incredibly relaxing.
Service: The front desk staff who handled our check-in and check-out were very warm, thoughtful, and professional.
Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean and hygienic overall. However, one day, we left in the morning after tidying the bed ourselves, but when we returned in the evening, the bed was very messy. I immediately wondered if housekeeping hadn't cleaned that day. I also questioned why the bed was so messy. So, I checked the trash can, and it had been emptied. Does that mean housekeeping doesn't make the beds??? I then looked closer at the bed and noticed that a small part of the duvet inside the duvet cover was exposed. When we left, the bed was tidied, so why was it so messy when we returned, with part of the duvet exposed? Upon closer inspection, there were bloodstains, which made me feel very uneasy. What could be the reason for this? I even wondered if housekeeping, while tidying the bed, tried to change the sheets, discovered bloodstains on the duvet, and then didn't replace it promptly, or forgot to, or something else? I was very upset at the time and immediately called the front desk to explain the situation. But after waiting a while, no one came up. So I went down to the front desk to explain the situation in person. The front desk staff was very helpful and said that the housekeeper had already gone up to tidy and bring clean linens to the room for replacement, and suggested we go up and check. I went up again and found that the housekeeper had only tidied the bed and hadn't changed anything. I immediately asked the housekeeper, in front of her, ”Didn't the front desk explain the reason clearly to you? Didn't you see that the exposed duvet core was dirty with bloodstains?” I immediately pointed out the spot to her, and she then apologized and said she would immediately bring clean replacements. Sigh.....
Overall, the hotel's location, ambiance, and service are all good, and the issue was resolved. Sigh......

Let's start with the pros:
1. **Excellent location:** It has its own private beach right outside.
2. **Comprehensive facilities:** Everything you need is here – pool, hot springs, sauna, restaurant, cafe, and even a bookstore. No need to leave the property at all.
3. **Spacious and quiet rooms:** The bedding is super comfortable, and I slept really well.
4. **Great breakfast:** Served at the blue-label restaurant, it's very diverse and delicious.
Now for the cons:
1. **Lack of luggage assistance:** Staff didn't help with bags; I had to carry everything myself.
2. **Outdated toilet:** The toilet in the bathroom was old and not smart (most places in Korea have smart toilets now).
Overall, it's a solid 9/10! I really want to come back and stay for a longer period next time to truly relax.

GGuest UserFor solo travelers looking for a clean and affordable stay in the Haeundae area, this hotel is a strong contender. The facility itself is new, and both the hotel and the capsule rooms were very clean, which made for a high satisfaction given the price point.
The large public bath was a welcome bonus; it was great to be able to relax and soak after a long day of walking. However, the sauna was quite lukewarm, so personally, it wasn't really a place to 'enjoy a sauna'.
One minor issue I encountered was that the capsule number and locker number provided during check-in didn't match, seeming like a setup error. Luckily, after trying a few different lockers, I found one that opened, so it wasn't a major problem. But it might be a bit confusing for first-timers.
Also, it's a bit of a walk to Haeundae Beach, so if you're expecting a beachfront location, you might find it a bit far. While that's a drawback, overall, considering the price, cleanliness, and facilities, it's a highly recommendable hotel for solo travelers.

마마갱All rooms have ocean views. I made a reservation in a hurry because I was taking a break during the holiday, but it was good value for money. The free breakfast was attractive (but I never ate it).
Songjeong Station on the Beach Train is within 5 minutes on foot.
The train passes right in front of the hotel, so you can see it from 9:30.
When I went from the night of the 28th to 3/1, the motorcycle noise was loud outside, so I couldn't sleep (it's not the hotel's fault..).
The bed was hard, but the room was clean. It was good to stay with my child.
It's about a 15-minute walk to Songjeong Beach,
but it was quiet, so it was nice. There are raw fish restaurants and grilled clam restaurants on the beach side,
and there are many restaurants and cafes in the direction of Gudeokpo.
It's far from the city center, but I highly recommend it to those who want quiet.
If you're planning to go to Lotte World with your child, I highly recommend it (within 10 minutes by car).

The location is very convenient and it just a short walk from Busan Station with plenty of food and shops nearby. The staff at reception were not that friendly, but it did not really affect the overall experience. A nice feature is the heated floors at night, which made the room cozy.
