A very nice complex, with a clean pool and a delicious, varied breakfast. The rooms are comfortable. We were upgraded for free because there were plenty of available bungalows, but it was off-season (April). The beach is a 2-minute walk away. The local landmark, the ancient city, is also within walking distance.

Компактный, стильный и очень гостеприимный отель. Радушное приветствие и работа персонала на высоте от официантов до высшего персонала. Вот прямо стараются от души. Питание отличное…. без засилия салатов ненужных как в обычных 5 звезд. Небольшой и отличный выбор блюд. Нет очередей, чистый/новый зал. Территория небольшая, но современная и ухоженная. В барах коктейли и вино, пиво в бутылках, но особо не пользовались. Пляж небольшой с пирса, лежаков достаточно и всё свежее. Отель для любителей компактности, отсутствия анимации и минимум детей. Шумно от соседних отелей, но можно попросить дальние номера. Безупречный персонал сглаживает все нюансы. Цена/качество очень соответствует.

We strongly recommend the Golden Lotus we had such a lovely relaxing time we even stayed an extra day the food was delicious all though the day so much choice and cold and hot drinks available all day all the staff were very attentive. We stayed at the end of August. We were greeted warmly at reception, despite a conflict with guests we witnessed. It's worth noting that the hotel staff always strives to resolve any issues that arise promptly. The hotel was fully booked, yet we were unexpectedly upgraded to a Deluxe room. The room was excellent, clean, spacious, with a comfortable mattress and crisp, crisp white linens. We had a wonderful night's sleep. The only mystery we couldn't solve during our stay was the window connecting the room and the bathroom. The bathroom, by the way, has a shower, Jacuzzi, and toilet. All of this is perfectly visible from the bed in the room. Privacy was unheard of here, so we can only guess what the designers were thinking. The hotel grounds are lush with greenery, and the centuries-old pine trees create a special charm. Walking around the grounds is a pleasure. The pools are excellent, and the sea is gorgeous. There were no issues finding sun loungers during our entire stay. The beach lifeguards are very responsible and great. With them, no matter the weather, it was safe. I'd like to especially mention the spa and thank Said, Ardoni, and Tip for a wonderful massage and a wonderful stay. The only thing that could be improved is the food. You won't go hungry, but you won't enjoy the food either. But again, that's a matter of taste. Overall, the hotel is excellent for the price, and I recommend it.

We were at the hotel at the end of April 2023. We arrived for the weekend for 2 days. In its price category, the hotel is just 🔥🔥🔥. We were a lot where we were. Girls on the resepschen clever. In the hotel cleanliness and order, food is just excellent meat, chicken, boilers, fish red on grill, creamy sauce, etc. It is on the first shore, the beach is good. In general, I advise, every day in the hotel there is animation and day and evening. Of course, if you go here for 10 days I don't know, somebody might seem bored, but people have rested a full hotel and everyone is happy. In Sneak bar a very delicious pizza, guisele, nagits, fries, shaurma. Beer, cocktails, drinks, etc. all day for a flight. Ice cream is qualitative and delicious. We will come again when possible 🤞🏼

This hotel is really 'tired' and the rooms are run down. The photos on the website do not match reality. 1. The elevator is tiny and we always waited a long time. It was hard to squeeze in with a stroller, so I had to carry the stroller up and down to the second floor myself! 2. The restaurant is small, and the food is mediocre BUT FRESH, which is a plus. THERE IS NO KIDS' MENU! Even though 'children's meals' were advertised in the description. 3. The high chairs for kids were not cleaned after use. On the second day, the chair was just dirty (photo attached), so I had to clean it myself! 4. The coffee machine was dirty. The coffee and tea cups were dirty. 5. Everything in the rooms had a film on it – the shower, the shower cabin – it was disgusting to touch anything. Even the mirror was hung crookedly, which was the final straw! Upon check-in, there were someone else's black hairs in the closet and disposable slippers under the bed. The safe was broken and wouldn't lock. 6. The children's pool was ice cold. I had to bathe my one-year-old child in the adult pool! 7. When I ordered wine, they just gave it to me in an old plastic cup! The chairs in the hotel are plastic. Honestly, I cannot recommend this hotel. It barely scrapes by as a 3-star. My impressions are very mixed and sad. All that was good was the friendly and polite staff, the responsive entertainers, and the entertainment manager. The hotel is very small, boring, and run-down.

A wonderful hotel for those who don't want entertainment, discos, or other hustle and bustle. The beach is a 1.5 km walk away, or a 2-minute shuttle ride. The mountains are nearby, with incredibly beautiful hiking trails, but be sure to research where to go first. Some trails are challenging, while others are ”for everyone.” Bring water and wear good shoes. You'll be howling in flip-flops. It's clean and tidy, cleaned daily, the staff is friendly, always helpful, and speaks all languages. The food is decent and varied, you definitely won't go hungry. The bar is open, and the beer is delicious. Overall, we were very pleased, thank you so much!

The hotel was booked for several nights via Trip.com, and several nights via the outside aggregator. When settled, the hotel referred to overbuking and made the cancellation of the booking and refund of payment through the third party unit demanding repayment of the accommodation on the spot. Only the voucher from trip.com was not cancelled by the hotel. We were quietly placed at the previously paid value. Thank you TRIP.com!

WE WILL BE STAYING AT THE HOTEL FROM NOVEMBER 7TH TO 10TH, 2025. Pros: - Clean, spacious room. - Recently renovated, no mold in the bathroom. - Sauna and hammam available. - Location on the second line. The beach is across the street. - Food is monotonous, livable. - Private beach and toilet facilities on the beach. - Small swimming pool on the premises. Cons: - The room wasn't cleaned even once in 3 days. - Internet is paid, and this is a 4-star hotel. Free internet is available in 2-star hotels, but here it's paid and quite expensive. - Beach bar is paid. - Didn't see any entertainment. Apparently, there never was any. - Food is monotonous: eggs in the morning, cutlets and side dishes at lunch and in the evening, sometimes with fish or fried meat. - Only instant coffee from vending machines. There's no grain. - The sauna is a complete dump. The boards on the walls, ceiling, and shelves are black, and it's a maximum of 50 degrees inside. Complaints about the sauna being too cool go unheeded. The shelves are broken, there are holes in them—it's impossible to sit, and the lighting is faulty. I didn't use the hammam—it's a useless room. OVERALL, THE HOTEL IS NOT BAD. For a reasonable price (it cost me 5,000 rubles a night during my stay), it's a decent option, without any frills. It's definitely worth the money. I'd like to see the sauna and room cleaning service improved.
