"Seriously, this is an outstanding hotel. It took me a while to choose this place, and while the price was on the higher side, it was absolutely worth every penny. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room environment was beautiful. The observation deck offers breathtaking views. It's located on a hill in Uchisar, a town that's delightfully removed from the hustle and bustle of Goreme. You can reach Uchisar Castle, the highest point in Cappadocia, with just a five-minute walk. The hotel breakfast was quite good, but the real highlight was enjoying it with such a magnificent view. The hotel can also help you book various local services. We booked a Turkish Night with dinner, as well as a taxi. Both were fantastic experiences – the Turkish Night was 2000 Lira per person, and the round-trip taxi was 850 Lira."

"Not up to Mariott standard. Room is quite new, clean, and spacious. However there were several problems with the room during our stays. 1) Room temp was too hot (around 24C) which is not comfortable to sleep during the night. The first night, technician came to fix but still need to wait for almost 4 hours (until midnight) then the tem was down too 22C. The next morning, we asked trip.com agent to tell the hotel to fix this by turn on the A/C in advance so that when we back around 6pm the temp will be 21-22C. But nothing was done accoridng to our request. We came back to hotel and need to wait for the temperature until midnight again. The next day we asked the hotel directly to turn on the A/C the whole day wthout turn it off. Then this was the only night that when we came back the room temp was ready at 21-22C. This A/C problem happened to 2 rooms (709 and 1105) 2) The amenity in the rooms were not well prepared. The tissue in the room was finished. The shower gel and hair shampoo also finished. We has to ask for it by ourselves. 3) At the first night, hot water in room 1105 had problem. Technician had to come fix it. So we wasted so much of our time at the hotel with fixing the room problem which was very disappointing and frustating. By the way, we asked for the “ICE”, the hotel said that we have to pay for it, which was quite strange because we could ask for the it during breakfast. Minor thing, but just thought that it would be great if it was free for hotel guest."

Estetiğin, konforun ve tarihin bu kadar zarifçe birleştiği çok az yer var bence. Bu otel sadece bir otel değil, adeta yaşayan bir sanat galerisi. Konakladığımız süre boyunca personelin profesyonelliğinden ve odaların o otantik yapısından, temizliğinden, kişisel ürünlerin kalitesinden çok etkilendik. Özellikle Lilith’te akşam yemeği yiyip o heybetli heykellerin arasında vakit geçirmek büyüleyiciydi. Kapadokya’nın ruhunu bu kadar klas bir şekilde yaşattığınız için teşekkürler. Her detayıyla kusursuz bir deneyimdi, mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz."

"Very accommodating front desk staff: early check in, swimming pool use on second day even though we had checked out and had all day tour (we were waiting for a night train), gluten free bread and lactose free breakfast options, terrace from which you can watch the morning baloons, and friendly local cats. The reasonably priced suite was extremely charming and comfortable. Only complaint is the lack of exercise room. The equipment was next to swimming pool by seemingly discarded. Would stay again."

"We traveled with a group of friends and booked a cave suite. The room was two-story, with the bedroom separate from the living area, offering ample space and kept clean and well-organized. The hotel also provides day-trip tours and hot air balloon booking services, which was very convenient. Overall, it's highly recommended."

Staff members kindly assisted with luggage, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made it easy to relax and fully enjoy the stay. The restaurant offers a daily changing menu with consistently high-quality food. The rooftop bar is a separate venue, featuring three distinct terraces. One terrace is enclosed with a transparent cover, allowing guests to enjoy the space comfortably even during the winter months. Thanks to the hotel’s elevated position, the rooftop bar provides stunning nighttime views over Göreme, while Sunset Point is also within easy walking distance. The hotel’s Turkish bath and spa facilities are elegant and well maintained, with professional and attentive staff delivering a relaxing experience. When an issue arose with a pre-booked horseback riding activity, the hotel team promptly assisted in reorganizing our plans. Rose redesigned a walking route covering the Göreme Open-Air Museum, Rose Valley, and Sword Valley, transforming a potential disappointment into a memorable highlight of our trip. On the day of departure for Istanbul, the hotel staff personally came out to see us off, a thoughtful gesture that left a lasting impression. Highly recommended, and I would be pleased to stay here again"

"The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. ^ ^ Amenities, a kettle, teacups, etc. were provided. ^ ^ All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful! ^ ^ It's conveniently within walking distance of downtown Goreme. "It's the best!!!! The hotel's exterior is stylish, it has a terrace, and it's perfect for photos. Best of all, the breakfast is absolutely gorgeous, and the people are so kind! 🥹♡ Even though I don't speak any English, they were always there to greet me with a smile and a comfortable distance! There was also a cute cat, which was soothing! 🐱♡ Amenities included towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, slippers, and a great hair dryer, so I had no problems! It was a comfortable stay, but I was bothered by a slight smell of sewerage or mold? ☺️ That's why I gave it a 4. But it was such a wonderful hotel that it didn't even bother me. ♡"
