I have always enjoyed my stay at the Tiki. It is a little old in places, and like any old property, it has some small issues. The property managers do everything they can to stay on top of everything.
In the end, a great place to rest your head. Clean, simple, and inexpensive.

I have always enjoyed my stays at the Tiki. It's an old hotel. It's a cheap hotel. And the location isn't great.
The staff do their very best to keep the property safe, and they deal swiftly and strictly with those who break the rules.
If you need a quick pass through town, and a comfortable place to lay your head with a great price, then I'd highly recommend the Tiki Lodge.

Roaches, limited lighting. Staff was okay. Horrid all aroundm roaches climbing up the walls. Not okay at all.

It was dirty the people are sketchy yelling outside our window all hours of the night. A Lot of car hovering. The rooms are non smoking so I would go out to my car and there were 3 men surrounding my car. I felt unsafe for my family and myself. Then the security guard was more concerned with how many people were going into my room uh my man,my 2 daughters and myself so he reported to the front desk that he saw 6 people go into my room. Last time I counted my husband, myself, and 2 kids equal 4 but in his mind counting how many people that are in my family is more important than making sure their hotel feels comfortable and inviting. Oh and my daughter had bed bug bites all over her face.

The room could use a little updating. The bed was quite too firm almost hard. Although the bathroom was very clean

Loved this place. It was like, the cleanest & the staff was the nicest! Especially the lady who called me to confirm what time I’d be in.

This property appeared to be in a very dangerous part of Spokane. Sirens all night. Pretty sure we heard gunshots at one point. Parking lot/exterior of the facility was extremely dirty and rundown looking.

The clerk claimed that the room was cleaned just hours before, but the sheets had numberous black stains on them. There was no offer to change rooms or correct this. It was you paid for it and there's no refund, so talk it or leave it. We left it.

the girl at reception was friendly and efficient, but the rooms are in need of a full renovation. the carpets look like they haven't being changed in twenty years of heavy traffic ,the WC wasn't even fixed to the floor properly. on the plus side the shower had some power !
