Hotel Indigo SPOKANE DOWNTOWN by IHG

"Better than expected"

Best Western Plus City Center

"The hotel is in a good location in the city center, but there are some travelers across the street. The hotel should have security and feel more at ease. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was simple and delicious."

The Madison Inn

"Stayed here after a late flight before heading west. It was comfortable. The only issue is, it's right across the street from the hospital, so the helicopter is flying in and out all night."

Spokane Boutique Hotel by IHG

"We paid in advance for the room. On the hotel check in policy the hotel on fine print stated that we can check in latest by 6 am the following day. At 3:15 the hotel tagged us as a no show contrary to their contract with us. We were turned out into the street in Spokane even if they had already received our funds in advance. They have declined to give us a full refund for what was their fault. We spent 10000 usd on trip.com per month and would caution other business travels to be aware that their actual actions are different from stated and wanted to share our experience of being put out in the street. We don’t want other people to go through the same. I’ll do we did not use the room at 3:15 AM after almost 20 hour journey from Houston to Seattle by train from Seattle to Spokane arriving to get into the hotel to rest and shower denied. I don’t want anything else to go through the same experience it was terrible."

"At first, the room the hotel gave us was next to the deafening integrated outdoor unit, and we couldn't rest! Later, we coordinated with the hotel to change it, and the breakfast was good. I personally think that such a room should not be allocated to guests, but should be used as a storage room."

Hampton Inn & Suites Spokane Downtown South

Hilton Garden Inn Spokane Airport

Best Western Plus Spokane North

"It's an old hotel but it's every clean and high quality services. Onlyt one thing I didn't like was the noisy"
