The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown .Waseem at reception most helpful helped us alot. 02. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Hotel is very nice and Staff are very good. Really good hotel to stay super nice rooms we got the room with jaquaze without any upgradation charges .Everything was nice .me and my colleges would surely choose it again next time when we will visit srunagar again .Mr waseem at reception was super

Stayed at Dewan with a large group in April. The staff were polite and helpful, particularly Mr. Wasseem who assisted with our room situation. The initial room was small, but we were moved to a larger, clean one after request. The hotel was generally clean, and the food was satisfactory. The location of the dining room in the basement wasn't the most appealing. Overall, the stay at Dewan was adequate. The staff's assistance, particularly Mr. Wasseem's, is appreciated.

Lovely stay. It was very pleasant. The staff was amazing. The check in and check out at the reception was too quick and easy. Kudos to the entire team. The cleanliness in the room was very good. The room service was quick all the time. Dinner and breakfast were lovely

Friendly staff good guest rooms clean and unique lobby area. We had a good stay in this hotel everything was good food was fantastic would surely choose it againnext time next vist . Good location and nice people at reception . Mr waseem give us smooth checkin. Thank you

Situated in Srinagar Kashmir this hotel is near the lake and market. Their management is absolutely veryvgood . They have well maintained and furnished rooms and staff is absolutely brilliant. They have made sure of your needs and comforts. Food is also good as well receptionist all members very e y helpful namely ms Saba thanks for your services...

Good experience, wonderful hotel, good staff, I like the service net and hospitality of hotel. The front desk team is very cooperative . All are good. The hotel is having good location near the shalimaar garden. Good person Tanveer and sabrena.

Very Good and exercise we feel nice .the staff were friendly and the rooms were beyond comfortable we feel like we are I Ln a luxury hotel .Everything was good and we like the food .It was yummy and tasty . I will never forget tlmr Waseem sir he was always carring to us and helpfully.

We had a great experience in hotel dewan by royal naqash .the customer services was outstanding ant the food was excellent tasty .Room were clean and neat . Lobby area is mesmerizing and breathing. Recommend everyone to visit this hotel once . Special mention to Mr Waseem and Mrs sabreena .
