The hotel itself is next to the subway station. It is super convenient to go where you want to travel. It is only three to five minutes drive from Changzhou Dinosaur Park. The location is very good. Speaking of the hotel itself, the decoration is really distinctive, the restaurant downstairs is also very exquisite, very American retro style, the cleaning sister is proper and polite, the front desk lady is a bit busy, it is recommended to recruit more to reduce the burden.

I absolutely loved the stay, i have stayed in multiple hotels all around China including Shanghai, Chengdu, Beijing, Chongqing and etc, but by far this hotel had the MOST comfiest bed. It felt like laying on a cloud. I actually booked a queen room with the bathtub in the picture and when I checked in, they told me that after renovation they only have a bathtub in the family room. We were okay with it but in a few minutes a staff came and showed us to our new room with a bathtub. They were very friendly, accommodating and understanding. Not to mention the room being super spacious, having a huge mirror, having a tv and an electronic toilet. The amenities were amazing. Likewise, the interior of the room was beautiful. The location is also amazing, there are many malls just outside including huge malls with international brands. The location is prime. This is by far my favourite hotel I have stayed in China and will stay there again!! Cant wait to go back

Very good location and plenty of places to eat. There is a big self service restaurant opposite the hotel offers good quality food and good price. Very helpful and friendly staff. I don't speak good Chinese but we managed to work it out for places to go and which bus to catch. My room was good and clean but very noisy when the window is open. Bathroom is ok. This place do not offer food. Great price for a low budget people.

I was traveling solo and looking for convenience, but the hotel hosts many budget tour groups. One group checked out at 4 AM, and they were openly talking, showering, and packing their luggage with their doors open, waking me up in the middle of the night. It was a really bad experience. The hotel apologized and handled the situation the next day, and I understand that tour groups' behavior isn't something the hotel can fully control. However, the fact remains that I didn't get a good night's sleep. I guess when traveling alone, you shouldn't just look for convenience or cheap prices; it's better to book a slightly more expensive hotel to avoid the kind of crowd you don't want to encounter.

My experience at the Qingmu Hotel in Jiaze Town is as follows: 1. Compared to the West Taihu Lake area, Jiaze Town has a more vibrant atmosphere, and the ancient architectural street where the hotel is located adds to its charm. However, this also becomes a drawback of the hotel buildings themselves. The windows in the rooms are generally high, which can create a feeling of confinement. Even in rooms with balconies, you can't see outside. 2. The room facilities are average, to be precise, not up to the standards of a Qingmu Select hotel. I must mention the towels; they hadn't been changed in a long time and were filthy. I didn't dare use them. I hope the hotel will replace them soon. 3. Most of the hotel staff, to be precise, lacked service awareness. Early in the morning, a staff member was arguing with the cafeteria staff. 4. The only bright spot was the receptionist, Ms. Yao. She was kind and friendly, enthusiastically showing me the room first. Sensing my dissatisfaction with the room, she proactively upgraded me, compensating for the discrepancy between the online and offline experience. On the second day, after other colleagues issued the wrong invoice type, she proactively and diligently addressed the issue, demonstrating remarkable patience and responsiveness throughout. A reminder to the hotel management: cherish employees like her; at least in my eyes, she's the only reason I'd stay here again. This is an objective evaluation after careful consideration. The hotel is newly opened, very clean and tidy inside, the whole house is intelligent, you can control the air conditioner, TV, curtains, lights by calling Xiaodu Xiaodu, it is very modern, and there is also a smart toilet, which is very surprising. The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic, and she also helped me make an appointment for free airport transfer. The front desk lady said that free pick-up and drop-off are available 24 hours a day. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

The hygiene on the sofa and by the sink is a bit worrying. The decoration started to smash the wall at 8 o'clock in the morning, and the noise was very loud, intermittently lasting until four or five o'clock in the evening.
