"The location of the hotel is very good. It takes2-3 minutes to walk to the Chixi Traffic Distribution Center. There is a food street nearby. And it is very convenient to take the direct bus from Changchun to the Jilin Province scenic spot, just on the roadside near the end. The suite is two relatively separate rooms, large in size, and both rooms have doors to the bathroom, suitable for families with elders and children. Hotel facilities are quite new, clean and tidy, there is a laundry room, breakfast starts at 7 o'clock, the variety is rich. Service attitude is good, the time to catch the high-speed rail is tight on the return trip, call the front desk in advance, and help send the stored luggage to the hotel entrance."

"Our stay was very satisfying; we stayed for five days. My companion and I drove here, planning to go snow-hunting in Changbai Mountain, and chose this hotel. The owner helped us spontaneously arrange a snow-hunting tour by off-road vehicle, which was an excellent experience. The 24-hour front desk staff always greeted us warmly when we came and went, and introduced us to local customs and culture. The hygiene was impeccable, and the room was very warm. If you're coming by off-road vehicle, Changbaishan Tianhe Holiday Hotel should definitely be your first choice."

"I was worried about not being able to get a taxi at night, so the hotel arranged a driver for us. Although we had to pay for it ourselves, it was great to have someone pick us up once we provided our flight details. Seeing that we were two adults and one child, they upgraded us to a triple room. The decor was nice, and it even had an 'Xiao Du' smart voice control system. The breakfast across the street was also delicious, offering good value for money. This is the closest hotel to Changbaishan West Station. Thumbs up!"

The nearby breakfast shop is also introduced by the store manager, affordable! Facilities: Newly renovated basic hardware is good 👍! Hygiene: We stayed for four days and the aunt came to clean every morning! Environment: The room has a balcony on the fourth floor. The air quality there is really good. The hotel is not noisy near the roadside. Free parking is very convenient! Service: The service has nothing to say, the service is very thoughtful, the things are left in the hotel, after the phone confirmation and help me express to home, thank you very much 🙏!"

"I really liked the large heated bed. The train station is across the street. The hostess was very friendly. She told me right away how to buy a ticket to the volcano. You can take a taxi to the bus stop to Valkan. The city itself is not touristy at all, nothing to see. She offered me a bottle of water, saying it was from the volcano. A towel, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and a toothbrush are provided. I liked it."

This hotel is in an excellent location, just a few hundred meters from the Wanda Resort, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, and beautiful scenery. The owner is incredibly welcoming, always smiling with a warm, honest expression. Their travel itinerary suggestions are exceptionally professional; they planned our three-day trip perfectly, ensuring we saw everything without feeling rushed or tired. It truly felt like coming home, and it significantly improved my impression of Northeast China. Definitely a full-mark recommendation!

The owner was super nice; they even gave us local specialties, Changbai Mountain ginseng, upon check-in! The room was clean with no strange smells, and the bedding was comfortable. Downstairs, there's a snack street, and it's super convenient to walk to the attractions – just a two-minute walk to the ticket booth. My experience was perfect, especially lucky to see the stunning Heavenly Lake. Highly recommend!

There were seven of us in total – six adults and one child – and we had a great stay. The place was clean, the furnishings were new, and it was super convenient for getting around. It was also very close to the transfer center, just across the street. Unfortunately, we couldn't go up the mountain as it was closed for several days. We thought we were lucky to grab tickets, but then the official account announced the day before that the mountain would remain closed until August 2nd. What a shame! However, the guesthouse itself was excellent. Even though we missed out on the mountain this time, we'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to make up for it.

The owner is really nice and welcoming, the service is very attentive, and the price is great, offering excellent value for money. The inn's location is perfect, right across from Changbaishan West Station, less than a 5-minute walk away, making it super convenient for getting around. There are several supermarkets nearby, so it's easy to pick up anything you need. Plus, there are BBQ restaurants and breakfast spots right next to the inn. The Line 1 bus to Chixi Transportation Hub is also nearby, and getting a taxi in the area is very easy.

Our group of 11 carefully selected this hotel after much deliberation. Since it was very close to the ticket gate, we didn't expect anything special. However, the staff at the front desk were incredibly attentive and welcoming upon check-in, quickly assigning us room numbers. When we entered the room, we were all astonished by its spaciousness, smart toilet, and enormous smart bathroom. The bed was exceptionally white and felt luxurious to lie on. Air conditioning and a TV were all functional, not just for show. For this price, everything here was incredibly affordable. The front desk staff and owner explained the attractions and suggested alternative places to visit and eat. We tried them out, and they were indeed excellent. One of my companions even lost her phone at a foot massage parlor in the city, and the owner helped her find it – a truly heartwarming gesture. Having traveled independently for years, I never leave positive or negative reviews; everything comes and goes naturally. But after staying at Jintang, I couldn't help but write something. In short, for hotels in the Changbai Mountain West Scenic Area tourist distribution center, Jintang is definitely the top choice.

I forgot to take pictures of the room but I love how huge it is, perfect for groups and families to stay. The host is also very responsive and helpful. He picked up and dropped me off from and to the Railway station, just tell him what you need and he does his best to comply to the requests. The foods are also very local and tasty. The hotel is just few minutes of walk from Wanda Ski Resort. You can also take a taxi from the hotel to Wanda for more or less than 10rmb. The hotel is just near from several restaurants and stores. I even rented my ski suit from the store just near the hotel for only 80rmb/day with a deposit (refundable) of 300rmb which is way cheaper than renting ski suits from Wanda. The hotel is in Guosongcun and the place is perfect for those who want peace and quiet, away from too much crowd. Overall, my stay was absolutely pleasant and if I come back to Changbaishanxi again, I will definitely book the same hotel 👍👍👍❤️

The room was clean and the location was excellent, just a 10-minute drive from the airport. While the exterior might seem unassuming, the interior was very clean. The owner and hostess were friendly and attentive, and the airport pick-up was prompt. The breakfast was also very satisfying.

Excellent hotel. The receptionist is very kind and helpful. The location couldn't be better, as it's just 2 meters from the entrance to the site. The khan rooms are amazing because they're so warm. Depending on the season, the area around the hotel may be closed, but there's always a supermarket a 5-minute walk away and plenty of open restaurants. The mountain is magnificent, and the Koreans are very funny. The price is still quite ”expensive” for China (210 yuan for the west side and 310 for the north). If I come back to see the mountain, I'll definitely stay here again.

The service attitude is very good and the landlady is also very kind. She helps with the preparation of ski tickets and rents snow clothes. Everything is very complete, including toiletries, sockets, TVs, clothes hangers, curtains, etc. Toothbrushes and toothpastes are very environmentally friendly and hygienic and are disposable. The lights also have soft lights and lighting. The towels and bath towels are also very clean, and the safety measures are also in place. Each room is equipped with safety measures and air conditioning. I am afraid of the heat in winter and the cold in summer, so I feel very comfortable here. The room is in a community, there is a security guard at the door, the community is also very quiet, and the small forest next door is very beautiful. The landlord is very enthusiastic, helped answer many many questions, and recommended many local food, drink and fun strategies. My mobile phone accidentally dropped in the scenic spot, and the landlord was also very enthusiastic to give the address and help receive it back to me.
