"Traveling during the summer vacation, I'm finally getting around to writing this review now, during the National Day holiday, and for that I apologize. I was traveling with my mother, and we were incredibly fortunate to have booked a stay at Jiuyue Homestay. The owners, a husband and wife, gave us such a warm welcome and took such good care of us that five stars just don't feel like enough – it deserves a perfect ten! The cleanliness, environment, and facilities were, of course, excellent, but the service was truly exceptional. The owner not only proactively picked us up from the train station and enthusiastically introduced us to the travel routes and attractions of Hengdaohezi, but after we finished our visit to the Siberian Tiger Park, he thoughtfully brought our luggage to meet us there and then dropped us off at the high-speed rail station, saving my elderly mother from unnecessary back-and-forth travel. Moreover, when an unexpected situation arose during our stay, the staff actively helped us resolve it. Through our conversations with the owner, we sensed that he is a person with big dreams, genuinely wanting to make his homestay succeed and grow. I highly recommend everyone choose Jiuyue; you are guaranteed to have the best experience."

"I miss Northeast China so much! Just scrolling through my social media feed, I realized I haven't reviewed this place yet. This place is right near the town center, next to a river covered in snow. It's absolutely stunning! The view from the B&B window is stunning too, and I woke up at 5:30 to experience the blues moment! The floor heating in the B&B was so good, I even felt a little overheated and sweaty during the night! The hostess was also very kind and helped us with our luggage. I heard the scenery was also beautiful during the National Day holiday. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance!"

"It was my first time in this town, and I was completely captivated by the owner's hospitality. We called him right after we got off the high-speed rail station, and he drove over to pick us up. ✨Environment: The courtyard is very atmospheric, with two photo-op walls inside and outside, perfect for young people. There are several rooms, swings, and a gazebo. That night, the owner even set up a bonfire and fireworks 🎆, and even played karaoke. The evening breeze, the swings, the fireworks, the bonfire, and the karaoke left a lasting impression on me...it was completely different from the bonfires of thousands of people in Inner Mongolia. Since it's on the first floor, spiders and bugs are unavoidable, but the bathroom was very clean, which is another key aspect of my stay. The hot water was always available. I heard the entire town shuts off its water at 10 PM, but theirs didn't! 👍🏻 A thumbs-up for that! ✨Service: The owner was incredibly kind. He always provided us with daily necessities, including disposable towels, if we asked for them after we used them. The next morning, we went to the Siberian Tiger Park, and the owner drove us there! A wonderful surprise! ❤️ ✨Travel: It seems there's no online taxi service in the area. Taxis in Hulin Park are a flat 20 yuan, and they're sorted by order, so it's quite orderly. ✨The owner is also expanding several B&Bs. I wish him good luck! Several people have already asked me for travel tips and accommodations. Hahaha, I highly recommend it. ❤️"

"I wanted to experience the big kang room and stayed there for one night. The landlady was very welcoming. It was raining heavily when I arrived and she even gave me food and cantaloupe. It's only a 5-minute walk from the old train station. The exterior is still under renovation in the summer, so it should be nice to visit in the winter. The big kang is really hard, so people who are not used to it need to consider it. The environment is just like an ordinary B&B."

Excellent! The room was very clean, and the owner was incredibly kind. Picking us up and dropping us off at the high-speed rail station was the bare minimum. There's also a free bonfire and fireworks every day; they even waited for us to set off the fireworks since we arrived late. When we wanted to buy extra fireworks, the owner even drove us there. The emotional value they provided was immense, and we had a wonderful time! My friends and I even made a promise to come back here next Chinese New Year!

The service was excellent, and a convenient shuttle service is also available. The rooms were clean. It's located right by a small river, and the town is full of Russian charm. The hostel is near the village, just some hundreds meters walking. The room is big and has floor heating. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They helped us a lot and also served me free breakfast. The only minus thing is they did not clean room every day but if you request they will provide amenities.

I would like to give special mention to Amway. This B&B is one of the best in the entire Hengdaohezi. You can feel the dedication in building B&Bs from many details. This time our two children took their children to watch the snow, which completely exceeded our expectations. The children can enjoy it in the garden. After a whole day of playing, every detail in the park was carefully designed. Even the huge polar bear had entered the park on the day we left. The facilities in the room were simple but clean. The temperature and humidity were more comfortable than any star-rated hotel I had booked in Harbin. The cloth was Although the grass is not very high-end, fortunately, it is all concentrated in the city and can be changed and washed. This is very important! The food may have just started operating. It tastes good but the style needs to be updated. I look forward to booking a few more nights next year to experience the beauty of China’s snow!

Choosing the right guesthouse in Hengdaohezi is absolutely key for a great trip, and this one made our vacation incredibly happy! The owner was super thoughtful; they communicated with us in advance about our pickup time and were waiting for us at the station, immediately helping with our luggage – it instantly warmed us up in the winter chill. The guesthouse room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the snow view outside the window was incredibly calming. The biggest surprise was the extra activities: they provided free snow tubes, so we could enjoy the thrill of sliding in the snow right in the yard – both adults and kids had a blast. In the evening, the owner organized a bonfire party; everyone gathered around the fire, chatting and laughing, creating a lively and wonderful atmosphere. The owner also enthusiastically shared local travel tips and food recommendations, being completely genuine and transparent throughout. Whether it was the service, environment, or activities, everything was impeccable. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hengdaohezi, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a snow trip!

We chose this guesthouse based on the room type, and it was a pleasant surprise – my mom loved it! The room was a standard two-bedroom apartment, perfect for a family trip. They even converted the smaller room into a shower and toilet, which was great. They also provided disposable towels, bath towels, slippers, and a toilet seat cover – such thoughtful details! It was very quiet, not on the main street, but only a seven or eight-minute walk to the shopping street, very convenient. The town isn't big, so there's plenty of room to explore. It's run by a husband and wife team; they were very welcoming and kind – truly wonderful! 👍 We'd definitely stay here again next time we come.

I saw on Xiaohongshu that the hygiene was great, and the boss’s service attitude was very good. The most consequential thing was that I didn’t step on thunder. We are not familiar with the route boss and carefully divided the route for us, where we need to pay attention.
