"The guesthouse was newly renovated and very clean. The owners were very hospitable and kept telling us what we needed. They were a very kind family. There were no bath towels in the room, and when I called to ask for some, they actually asked me how many I needed! Did none of the people in our standard room not shower? For dinner, even though there was no one ahead of me when I ordered, I ended up waiting in line for almost an hour, probably because my order was cheap. They wouldn't give me an invoice even if it was a penny less, and by the time I left, they still hadn't issued it. I gave them the invoice and left it at that—no more! I didn't give it all one star for two reasons. First, the rooftop has a place to dry clothes, which is a nice touch; second, the chef was quite friendly during my last lunch. Also, I encountered a guest in the next room asking the landlady for bottled water, but she refused, saying that besides the two complimentary bottles in the room, additional bottles would require payment… Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the first one I've encountered, and I can't argue with that. If the hotel calls me to delete this review, I will add pictures; pictures don't lie."
