"The temperature was below zero celsius and pipes were frozen, so no running water in toilet bowl. The builidng was poorly consturcted. Luckily there was warm water in shower and in toilet sink. The front agent was polite, helpful and professional.Perfect location."

The Heilan Group is so developed, but they don't even provide basic napkins and conditioner. The slippers are also of poor quality. Shouldn't a double bed in a hotel have four pillows? Why are there only two? I don't like to put towels on top of the toilet because I feel they will be infected with bacteria from sanitary napkins.

The only dissatisfaction is the laundry room. Such a large hotel can use a free washing machine. The other scan code to charge the washing machine is faulty and there is no prompt. After paying the clothes, they can’t open the door. Find the waiter to cut off the power before taking out the clothes. Tossing for a long time spent money or waiting for the free one, the experience is very poor.
