Had a fantastic stay! It's conveniently located near a theme park and attractions like Sun Island and Ice and Snow World. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the theme park, which is a huge plus. They have a good variety of room types, and the family rooms are quite popular. It's also pet-friendly, and the robot delivery service is quick and efficient. The hotel boasts a lovely back garden with beautiful lake views. Nancy was very enthusiastic, and overall, the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended!

Traveling to Harbin, I chose Aoluguya among many hotels. Although it's a bit far from the city's scenic spots, it's still acceptable, about fifteen to twenty minutes by car. The surroundings are quiet and more comfortable than staying in a tourist area; it's not noisy at all. Moreover, the hotel environment is truly excellent. The main thing is that the staff's attention to detail is outstanding. From the concierge at the door, to the lobby, the restaurant, and the room service staff, everyone is very attentive. They're proactive and on the ball. They specifically told me the welcome fruit would be delivered to the room later, but it never arrived during my three-day stay ☹️↔️ but that's alright. Check-in was handled by a handsome guy named Echo, who was very efficient and clearly explained all the hotel and room details in a short time. There was also a lady who walked around each check-in desk, constantly monitoring customer interactions. This level of detail is something I've only experienced in luxury diamond-rated hotels in other cities; many five-star hotels fall far short. And the gentleman with glasses at the entrance of the breakfast restaurant every day, who I assume is a manager (didn't catch his name), was always enthusiastic and thoughtful. The other restaurant staff, including the chefs at the food stations, also had a particularly pleasant attitude. It's truly impressive to maintain such a work ethic, especially during the peak National Day holiday season. Even when the breakfast area was crowded, it wasn't chaotic, and food was replenished very promptly. Noodles and dumplings were almost always available without waiting. The chefs at the stations were particularly good at explaining the dishes, unlike some hotels where staff get grumpy and act like the world owes them something if they get a little busy. I really can't fault this hotel on these points. If I had to mention a small flaw, it would be this: when I'm consulting or discussing something, I express my thoughts and needs very clearly. I then expect the other person to also communicate clearly with me, instead of just saying, ”This is hotel policy, we have rules.” Every hotel and every place has its own rules, which is normal. But every rule has a purpose and a rationale behind it. At the very least, you can explain what the rule is for and what its objective is. As a customer, I'm not unreasonable. I'm communicating with you politely and understandingly, and my requests aren't overly excessive. Even if it slightly deviates from your rules, you can explain why. Don't just keep saying ”rules, rules.” This kind of empty expression is completely unconvincing and only makes the customer uncomfortable. I've seen many disputes and arguments between hotel staff and customers that stem from this: the customer says something, and the staff just says ”rules,” but can't explain why the rules are there. Who can feel good about that? On this point, Echo at the front desk and the gentleman with glasses in the restaurant were excellent and very professional. In their communication, a single sentence would clarify the meaning of the rule, and your questions would naturally be resolved. Unlike some of the younger female staff who only say ”rules” without explaining anything else, leaving customers with questions and frustration, making them feel like they've committed a grave sin for not conforming to the ”rules.” These are just minor imperfections, and I hope everyone can continue to improve. Overall, the hotel is excellent, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin.

We upgraded to a panoramic river view room, and the river view was absolutely stunning! It was beautiful from the moment we woke up, and the sunset was also gorgeous. The scenery was great, the pool was excellent, and the service was wonderful. The price was also reasonable. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The hotel's drop-off area is well-designed; cars can pull directly under the awning, which is great for snowy days as you don't get wet. The concierge staff are clearly positioned and proactively approach each car as it arrives, opening doors, helping with luggage, and directing guests to the front desk. You don't have to lift a finger. The revolving entrance door is clean, with no water stains on the floor, and no slipping hazards even on snowy days. Manager Zhu, the customer manager, is often near the entrance, greeting guests with a natural smile and genuine warmth, making a great first impression. The lobby has a subtle fragrance, and the lounge sofas are spacious. The housekeeping staff clean very meticulously; there are no strange odors when you enter the room, the bedding is neat, there are no water stains in the bathroom corners, and even the trash cans are clean. The concierge and housekeeping teams coordinate well. Overall, the facilities are new, and the service is excellent, making for a worry-free stay.

When we arrived at the ski hall, the staff had already prepared all our gear, saving us a lot of time and effort. The restaurant on the first floor serves excellent food; we tried various dishes for three consecutive days. There's a QR code in the room for ordering food, so you don't even have to leave to get your meals delivered. A special shout-out to the front desk staff (Zheng Linchun, Sun Yuxin, Li Yan, Teng Yaoxuan); they were incredibly patient and helpful with all the questions my two kids had.
