Staying here felt just like home, with thoughtful service and every request met. I'm a bit of a clean freak, and even though the hotel's main color scheme is off-white, it was impeccably clean, which I really appreciated! The hotel is located in Pengfeng Village, right outside there are breakfast spots and restaurants, super convenient. But it's not right on the main road, so it's very quiet, which I loved. The owner is incredibly nice and even drives guests to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area in the morning, which is a huge plus. They are very generous; there are complimentary bottled waters right by the elevator, and over ten different travel amenities like personal care kits available for guests to take as needed. The attention to detail is impressive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit and highly recommend it to my friends.

Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you visit Jiuzhaigou. The receptionist was incredibly thoughtful and attentive; upon check-in, she gave us a detailed map of the scenic area, carefully explaining which major lakes to visit, how to take the shuttle buses, and what time to return—all with endless patience. I hadn't figured out my itinerary beforehand despite looking at guides, but she explained everything clearly. Moreover, the room was clean and spacious, with the heater already turned on to keep it warm upon arrival, showing great attention to detail. They even provided a complimentary welcome fruit platter!

Hygiene: The room is very clean, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The room is equipped with projection and floor heating. The public sanitation is very clean, parking is available inside and outside the park, and there are new energy charging piles. The owner is warm and considerate. I recommend everyone to stay in this inn.

I'm not a shill, this is a genuine review. The guesthouse has a great location. If you take the Jiuzhai tour bus, you can get off at Zangwang Station and it's a two-minute walk from there. The surrounding area is bustling with amenities like KFC and Starbucks. It's also very close to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, about a 15-minute walk. The room was clean and tidy, with complimentary snacks and fruit, and disposable bath towels and face towels. There's a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak or foot bath after exploring the scenic area. The bed and duvet were very comfortable. The staff were warm and polite.

The room was great, and the bathroom lighting was perfect for makeup. Best of all, it's super close to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou National Park, within walking distance. There are also a good variety of shops nearby. The lady at the front desk was especially nice; she even gave us a fridge magnet and water.

Absolutely fantastic! We stayed for two nights. It seems newly renovated and has a much better ambiance than other B&Bs nearby – felt like a real steal! I don't think there's an elevator, which is why we chose a first-floor room. We could easily get shuttled to and from the scenic area both morning and evening. It was very quiet at night, and there's a delicious beef noodle restaurant nearby. Super satisfied!

This stay was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give it a thumbs-up! 👍 The owner was incredibly kind! Not only did he proactively take care of our transportation, but he also introduced us to local delicacies and must-see attractions along the way, practically acting like a ”personal tour guide.” What touched me most was that he promptly resolved any issues we encountered, completely eliminating our worries and making the entire trip worry-free and secure. The room was also clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the value for money was exceptional. I highly recommend it and will stay here again next time!

This was my first time staying in a hostel, and I was a bit worried at first, but it turned out to be surprisingly good. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean. The interior design of the hostel was very tasteful. Right outside, there's a river, and a short walk along it leads directly to the entrance of the scenic area.

I had a wonderful stay at Tea Horse Ancient Road Hotel in Jiuzhaigou. The location is excellent—only a 5–10 minute walk to Jiuzhaigou National Park, making it very convenient for visiting the scenic area. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel has an elevator, which is a big plus, especially if you are traveling with luggage. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including bath gel, shampoo, disposable toothbrushes, disposable bath and face towels, and slippers. What made the stay even better was the owner, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. They were always willing to assist and made me feel at home. Overall, this is a great hotel with an unbeatable location, excellent amenities, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

The room's cleanliness was so-so. The shower was extremely wet, almost up to my ankles. The floor drain was leaking very slowly, likely due to a clogged drain or sewer. The water in the washbasin was also cloudy and dirty. Downstairs is Bianbian Street with many restaurants and convenience stores. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area Visitor Center, so the location is okay. However, the room's cleanliness and facilities were poor. There was no air conditioning, only a small fan, and even at its highest setting, the airflow was weak. The price was also a bit high. Overall, it wasn't good value for money!
