"An indescribable hotel. The residential area is not very easy to find, but the small courtyard and the hall are very interesting and very quiet. There is no parking space of its own, but there is really no way to block two cars at the door in the courtyard. The scale is not big, but there are many customers, all full. "The room is very large, with a very high ceiling, which makes the room seem less warm. The room facilities are inadequate and unreasonable, and the tables, tea cups and sockets cannot be placed according to normal usage habits. The front desk was always empty. It took me a long time to find someone to check in and it took me a long time to show up. The same thing happened when I checked out. No one showed up after I called for a long time. There was nothing in the room but a deposit was required (most hotels have cancelled deposits now). There was a power outage in the morning and we had to wash and put on makeup in the dark. Breakfast was only from 7:30 to 8:00, the time was short and the front desk didn't inform us in advance. If the guests hadn't asked, we might have missed breakfast. In short, the hotel service was very unprofessional. The waiter was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions and requests."

"Objectively speaking, the hotel rooms are large and nicely decorated, very new, and spacious, with an indoor play area and a children's wading pool, making it great value for the price. However, the attitude of the front desk staff during check-in was extremely poor. We arrived after 8 PM on the first day, and the next morning, when we wanted to go to the zoo, they said children had to pay 19 yuan for admission after we swiped our wristbands. I explained that we were just staying there and wouldn't be going to the zoo, but they insisted that it wasn't acceptable, saying we were just staying at a bathhouse and shouldn't have to pay for the bathhouse if we didn't go in. Later, other guests arrived and received a discount. We extended our stay for another day, and when we returned that evening, we found the room hadn't been cleaned at all; the trash can was overflowing and hadn't been emptied. Not only was the room uncleaned, but they also asked for new toothbrushes. The hotel environment was decent, but the service was absolutely terrible."

【令人震驚的住宿經歷：輾轉三間房，竟無一間床單乾淨】
昨晚半夜入住貴酒店，疲憊不堪衹想盡快休息，沒想到卻開啟了一場“頭髮發現之旅”。
首先安排的房間，床單上赫然有一塊不明污漬。提出更換後，第二間房掀開床單，底下竟藏着好幾根短髮。第三次換房，我幾乎不抱希望地檢查——果然，床單下依然有頭髮！
連續三個房間，同樣的衞生問題反覆出現。實在不願再深夜折騰，最終衹能勉強入住。
作為一家對外營業的酒店，更換床單、基礎清潔本該是最低標準。連續多間客房出現同樣問題，這已不是“偶然疏忽”，而是系統性的管理失職。這樣的衞生狀況和居住體驗，完全無法接受。
此次入住徹底失望，不會再次選擇，也不建議對衞生有基本要求的客人入住。希望酒店認真反思整改，至少讓客人能睡得安心。
