"This was a fabulous stay, the guesthouse is very central to the main attractions of Pingtan. The owners give you free use of an electric scooter (big enough for two people). The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the WiFi and AC worked well. The room also had a large balcony with views of the sea. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend this place if you are coming to Pingtan island ! Will come again !"

Electric scooters can be rented from the shops right next door on both sides (I rented one from the flower shop on the right; after a round trip on the northern route, it still had 84% battery). There are plenty of dining options nearby. The beach is just over a 10-minute electric scooter ride away, making it convenient to return for a shower after a fun day.
