"I chose their 270-degree sea view room online because it was significantly cheaper than similar rooms. So, I gave up my original plan for a twin-bed room. When I got to the room and opened the curtains, I was pleasantly surprised! It looked exactly like the pictures on the platform – what you see is what you get. It would have been even more perfect if there wasn't a rooftop in front, haha! 😂 The room was very clean, and there was plenty of space for luggage. There's a mini-fridge, and they even provided complimentary iced Coke! They offer port pickup and drop-off, and the owner was already waiting for us when we disembarked. The guesthouse's location is also very convenient; it's perfect for strolling from one end of Mazu Temple towards Ewei. The guesthouse has small electric scooters available for rent, but we tried one, and my driving skills weren't great, and I accidentally broke a small flower pot belonging to the guesthouse. I offered to pay, but the landlady insisted on not taking any money... She helped us find a reasonably priced mini-scooter rental and even warned us about the risk of scrapes since the rental scooter wasn't insured. The service was exceptional! At night, we felt an earthquake due to the tremor in Taiwan. I went downstairs, and the owner told me their guesthouse foundation could withstand a magnitude 4-5 earthquake, which immediately put my mind at ease, haha. It was a really great stay, definitely worth the two days I spent carefully choosing it!"

"This hotel was recently renovated this year. The room was spacious and clean with no unpleasant odors. All the amenities inside were brand new and excellent. There's parking available right outside. While the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, there are plenty of small eateries right downstairs on the street, one after another. The front desk staff were all enthusiastic and always ready to help. It's a hotel with great value for money, highly recommended!"

However, the air conditioning unit in the room was incredibly noisy, probably due to its age, so it definitely needs replacing. Also, the bathroom needs a thorough cleaning; the floors were quite greasy. Otherwise, everything else was pretty good."

The boss's house includes car pick-up and drop-off, and the reception is very warm and easy to get along with. He is responsive to any requests and very heartwarming. The B&B looks very new and clean, with cozy details everywhere. The disposable toothbrush is a pleasant surprise and the selection is very good! The breakfast is very rich and varied. I highly recommend it. You can also use the kitchen to cook your own meals. The room facilities are also very new and cost-effective. I really think it's pretty good. I want to stay here again next time. The sea is right in front of you as soon as you go out. The room was clean and tidy. The uncles and aunties at the Ming Inn were especially nice! The shuttle service was excellent! The surrounding transportation was convenient and there were many restaurants. The hotel also had electric bikes for rent, which was very convenient. The mirror had a light, which was perfect for putting on makeup. The sofa was also very comfortable. I will book again next time I come.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel! The room was spotless, and the bathroom had no odor. As someone with a cleanliness obsession, I found it extremely comfortable. It's clear the owner has put a lot of effort into hygiene. There was also a projector for watching TV, a washing machine on the first floor, and a laundry and drying area behind the kitchen. The location is centrally situated on the island, making it convenient to go anywhere. Services included: electric scooter rentals at reasonable prices, sand-digging tools, and free pier shuttle service.

My stay at Best Wishes was absolutely wonderful—it’s hands down the cleanest hotel I’ve visited in China! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The attention to cleanliness was exceptional, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The views from the hotel were breathtaking— But what truly made my experience special was the staff. They were incredibly hands-on, friendly, and went out of their way to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Meizhou. Most importantly, I haven’t slept this well in a long time! The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything was just perfect for a restful night. If you’re looking for a clean, peaceful, and welcoming hotel with stunning views, [Hotel Name] is the place to stay. Location - next to Wanda Plaza Shopping malls. There is a bus stop in front of the building. Night market street food, a lot of food behind the building. Cleanliness - must request to clean up & no issues. Safety - unfortunately our unit on the 10th floor was clutter with thrown away old furniture at the lobby, there was even used paint & thinner (flammable) in the corridor as well as piles of rubbish at both side of our entrance making it a potential fire hazard. The Escape route ‘Exit’ staircase were blocked by these clutters. Look at photos taken. Hopefully MCST would look into this.

I recently stayed here and was very satisfied with my choice. The location is excellent, right next to Wanda Plaza, which makes it convenient for both leisure and business. The room was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and housekeeping took care of everything daily without reminders.
