"設施：有免費的地下停車場，停車很方便。公共廚房餐具餐桌一應俱全，煮飯加熱都很方便。還有洗衣機，小童趕海工具，小童玩具（兒子玩着工程車都不願意走） 衞生：新裝修的房子，很乾凈很衞生 環境：離海邊很近，步行幾百米就到了，可惜這兩天日照海邊很多滸苔，都沒法下 服務：老闆服務超級超級超級好，到達酒店後，老闆立馬上來幫忙卸行李，然後親自帶着去地下車庫停車，帶着我走上樓的路線。停好車後準備去海邊玩，發現我的露營車忘帶布兜了，老闆熱心地幫我找了一塊板子放車上應付了一下。當天晚上，我的小孩非吵着喝白米粥（河南人的特色晚飯），但是周邊全是海鮮。苦覓無果，求助於房東，房東説晚飯都是海鮮，想喝白米粥的話，來我家煮吧，就非常感動…… 第二天在巧克力漁家點的套餐，可能是家人不習慣吃海鮮，剩了好多打包了，晚上又用廚房加熱，很方便。 第三天走的時候，房東又是幫忙裝行李又是送水讓路上喝，真的像是家人一樣親，推薦推薦！"

The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Rizhao World Sailing Championships Base, Rizhao Guoji Bolan Center and Rizhao Grand Theater. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"The hotel's location is pretty good, just about a 13-minute walk from Wanpingkou, and there's a direct bus to Rizhao Coastal Forest Park. The front desk service was excellent; they even upgraded my room for free. The room was quite spacious and well-insulated, so I slept very soundly. The hygiene was also top-notch. Overall, I felt it was great value for money (under 100 RMB, which is really good!). Friends visiting Rizhao should definitely consider this place. If I had to pick a downside, it would be that there isn't much of a view outside the window. Wishing the hotel great success!"

"My friends and I came to Rizhao for a week during the May holidays. We found a decent apartment. It was quite clean, had a balcony, a small bathroom with a shower, and two rooms with beds. The location was convenient, 10-15 minutes from the sea by scooter, and it took the same amount of time to get to the nearby shopping mall. We were a bit lost at first, but the hosts contacted us, gave us a ride, and told us about the city and its main attractions. They were very nice people; they kept in touch with us and brought us supplies if we needed them. They were very friendly and sociable. A great experience, a great city, especially during the holidays (it turned out to be quite laid-back and calm). We hope to come back again!"

第一次住民宿，覺得撿到寶了，很驚喜！像回到家裡一樣舒適温馨，老闆很細心貼心熱情負責，還提醒整月的趕海時間和趕海地圖。最讓我滿意的是各個房間衞生乾淨，空間敞亮，房間設施齊全。不僅位置好找周圍吃喝遊玩方便，而且細節滿滿考慮到孩子需要注意防撞細節，三個空調還考慮到長者怕吹空調準備兩個風扇，家庭旅遊，絕對推薦，性價比超值！

It is very close to the sea. The homestay can rent an electric car, which is much cheaper than a taxi. You can ride far and far. It is very convenient to go anywhere. There are University City Night Market, Wanda, Vientiane Hui nearby. I live on the third floor, there is monitoring outside, it looks safe, downstairs is the boss's store, basically everything, the room layout is very good, the decoration is very new, very clean, the most important thing is quiet, the bed is very soft to sleep! The sister and uncle of the hotel are very enthusiastic, and I feel that the tour is superb after staying for two days! I didn't take pictures, I made up a few photos of the food I ate nearby! Rizhao is really comfortable, the weather is good, and the people are good!

The countertop of the sink is super wide, and the cosmetics are more than enough to spread out. The corridor is very quiet, and the sound of opening and closing the door next door cannot be heard in the house at all. The security guard is serious and responsible, and the parking is very professional. All details are done in place, and I will come often in the future.

Give this hotel a big thumbs up! There is nothing to say about the hotel's environment. The decoration is exquisite and the room is clean. You only need to shout to close the curtains. Every detail is attentive. Parking at the hotel is convenient and free. The front desk service is good. They offered to change us to a larger room. The interior is hygienic and clean.

The Rooms were too small, Bathroom are not clean and have the mirror wall through outside person can have your image while bathing, No Amenities available towel, shampo, shower gel etc... Although it's in good location, most of the scenic spots are in the surroundings.
