First and foremost, a huge shout-out to the front desk service! ✨ When checking in, the receptionist readily agreed to my request for a late check-out, which I thought would be a hassle. ✌︎˶╹ꇴ╹˶✌︎ The room was bright and airy, with a cozy yet practical layout. The soft, large bed made me never want to get out, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom area was spotless and tidy, with all necessary toiletries provided. The glass partitions offered both openness and privacy, and the floors and corners were impeccably clean, demonstrating the housekeeping staff's dedication. The vanity area was also thoughtfully arranged, with a mirror and soft lighting for easy grooming, and ample storage space for personal belongings. The public areas were equally clean and refreshing, with neatly arranged slippers and a quiet, uncluttered atmosphere, completely free of the unpleasant odors and clutter often found in hotels. From the attentive front desk service and the convenient late check-out to the clean and comfortable rooms, every detail reflects the hotel's dedication and sincerity. Whether for business or leisure travel, this is an excellent choice! I've already added this hotel to my must-stay list, and I'll definitely choose it again next time. I chose this place for its proximity to a park. My 8th floor room opened onto the roof top terrace, which I appreciated. There is a handy grocery shop next door, that sells chilled beer. Ruili is too big and over developed for me now, and the bus station has moved from the town centre. Here's photos of the bus routes and timetables.

The room was comfortable as wide 々. The toilet and shower are partitioned and easy to use. The room cleaning is polite every day. It is helpful to tell you the highlights and meal information of Zuili through your smartphone. The windows need a knack, and if you don't do it well, it won't close. It's convenient to have a free washing machine, but there's only one, so you have to wait quite a bit depending on the timing. Especially the dryer takes time, so people with limited time need to be careful. Zuili has a lot of insects due to its climate, so long sleeves and long pants and insect repellent are essential. There's a cockroach in the room. It's not the hotel's fault, because the cockroaches are everywhere in the world. I sprayed pesticides to defend myself and killed many of them every day. The front desk staff at the hotel seems to be not very accustomed to the response of foreigners. I can't buy a bus ticket online because I don't have a Chinese phone number. When I asked the hotel staff what to do, they answered, ”Call the bus company and ask yourself” or ”If the bus doesn't work, go by taxi.”

Great hotel, really clean, coffee machine in foyer, the owner is really helpful and booked taxis for me to get around. At the other end of the street (5 minute walk) is a restaurant stall area with lots of choices of places to eat. Definitely recommend staying here if in Ruili.
