"Beautiful hotel with meticulous design and furnishings. Impeccable cleanliness. Excellent location, just a short walk from the monastery. There are many places to eat nearby. Warm welcome from the staff. The owner not only speaks English but is also very helpful in giving directions and suggestions on what to do and see."

"The family was lovely and helpful. The room itself was nice and equipped with the amenities you need for a short stay. However it is the authentic ******* style and charm that made me book this homestay. Just coming in was impressive and felt like driving into ******* culture."

"As our journey around Gannan drew to a close in Xiahe, I found myself only concerned with cleanliness when choosing accommodations, which rarely met my expectations. However, this guesthouse, which I hadn't held out much hope for, exceeded my expectations in every way. It was spotless, the kettle looked brand new, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the room was completely odor-free. The service was also outstanding; they proactively upgraded our room, helped with our luggage, and even offered extra bottled water when they learned we were dining in the room. It was excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose this guesthouse again next time I visit Xiahe."

"2. Standard 80-character heart-to-heart model (commonly used on the platform) 1. The experience of this stay far exceeded expectations, the rooms were cleaned spotlessly, and there were no dusty hairs in the corners. The mattress is moderately hard and soft, the blackout curtains have excellent effect, and the night is very quiet. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is stable, and the supporting supplies are complete. Staff service is intimate, cost-effective, travel accommodation preferred. 2. The room is spacious and bright, the sanitary details are particularly in place, and the bedding is dry and odorless. The air conditioner is not noisy, the network speed is smooth, the sound insulation effect is excellent, and the rest is not disturbed. Daily cleaning and timely filling of supplies, the overall warmth and comfort, no matter the business trip is very suitable."

"Extremely charming Tibetan-style hotel. It was decorated very beautifully, with lovely wooden furniture and rugs, and corridors full of plants. We got the cheapest room, with a shared bathroom, but even this room was very spacious, and the shared bathroom was nearby. It was warm in the room, with the option to open the window to cool it down. The staff were very accommodating, and helped us book a taxi and answered our questions via Google translate. The hotel has a delicious restaurant, where we ate both breakfast and dinner, including lots of ******* food prepared freshly. The location is perfect for visiting Labrang monastery - they do English tours there even in March."

"Cute little accommodation which feels very homely ! Great communal area with used books and cute eatery. Staff super friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of standard and close to monastery."

"The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and there was a washing machine for guests to do laundry. Breakfast was prepared by the staff and delivered to the room; it included eggs and wonton-like dumplings, which tasted pretty good. 😄👍🏻👍🏻"

"The guesthouse is decorated in a strong ******* style, with complete facilities, cleanliness, and hygiene. They even provide traditional ******* clothing for guests to wear and take photos for free at the hotel. Most importantly, the owners are incredibly hospitable and provide exceptional service. They helped with our luggage upon arrival; when my child had an upset stomach in the middle of the night (around 2 AM), the owners drove us there and helped find a doctor, running around for over an hour; and when we returned home, our elderly relative suffered from severe altitude sickness, so they brought us local altitude sickness prevention food… We were so touched. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍"

"My stay at the Norbesor Hotel in Xiahe truly exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely fantastic, super close to Labrang Monastery. You can easily walk to see the temple's night view, and it's incredibly convenient for exploring and dining out. The area is also very peaceful. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I could see distant mountain views right from my window. The facilities were complete, and the Tibetan-style decor was very distinctive, making for a very comfortable and restful stay. The ******* food at the hotel was such a delightful surprise! Their signature hand-pulled lamb was tender and flavorful, and the dipping sauce was incredibly aromatic. The portions were generous, and the taste was authentic. Plus, there were cultural song and dance performances, allowing us to experience local culture while dining. The front desk and restaurant staff were all very warm and helpful, responding quickly to any issues. My entire stay was comfortable and worry-free. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit! Overall, the value for money is excellent. Friends visiting Xiahe should definitely consider this place!"
