If you do not receive the check-in process message on the day of check-in, please call the boss at the door to assist you or join the official LINE and GOOGLE map messaging functions 2. Please use indoor mops when entering. 3. Eating and drinking is prohibited in the dormitory area 4. You need to bring your own bath towel and toothbrush. We provide a hair dryer and a two-in-one shower gel imported from France. 5. Please use the locker key corresponding to the bed number. There is a sensor buckle on it that can directly sense the door opening. 6. Check-in time is 15:00-22:00; check-out time is 11:00 the next day. Beds are on a first-come, first-served basis. Unless you have mobility issues, it is difficult to reserve a bed! 7. Insert the key back into the locker when checking out. If the locker key fob is lost, a production fee will be charged. "Got some hiccups during self check-in. I provided my honest opinions yet apparently they weren't appreciated. Since then I got no or whatsoever responses from the staff.
Overall the location was okay. About 15min walk to the train/bus station. 5-10 mins more to the night market (on the opposite side of the train station). It was clean though there was a damp smell when I first opened the door to my windowless shared room. There were only three guests including me (2 were placed next to me) so it was quiet. But I can imagine how hectic it can be if it gets full, with only two showers and 2 toilets. Good you can put food in the fridge and there is also a washing machine. Just a note for all visitors. CCTVs can be found in all public places."

"Highly recommended for families with children; they have everything children need. The biggest problem is that kids play so much they don't want to sleep. Overall, it's a good experience, but it's a bit crowded outside the children's play area. Since there were four adults and one child, they thoughtfully provided an extra set of bedding for us."

"We were surprised that the apartment was actually on the other side of the road, opposite of the building of reception. A bit troublesome to pull all the luggage across the street. But the night view of the room was good. Mattress was too soft, not comfortable for me. Kids like the loft design and enjoyed playing upstairs"

"The location is very close to Luodong Night Market. There's also a partnered parking lot nearby. The staff were very attentive in their introduction. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, equipped with an air conditioner that provides both heating and cooling. The bathroom has a bidet toilet and a hot and cold water exchange system, so you can warm up the bathroom before showering, making it not cold even in winter. Highly recommended!"

"Room was spacious and clean, toilet has bidet, very good and lift available for disabled. Free self-service laundry but dryer needs NT$30 for 30 mins which I think it’s fair. Location is good for food at night market. However, it would be quite inconvenient for big bus or van to come into the narrow road…. I will reconsider this place next time."

"This time I traveled to Yilan and felt the full human touch and leisure atmosphere. The natural scenery of Yilan is relaxing, like the tranquility of the Dongshan River, the magnificent forest of Taiping Mountain, and the mysterious atmosphere of Guishan Island are impressive. There is also a traditional art center to experience local culture, and you can taste local snacks when you walk into the old street. Compared with the busy city, Yilan's pace is much slower, so that people can really calm down and enjoy the moment. The whole journey is not only beautiful food, but also a healing of the soul."

SSH.twYou can park at the door, the overall environment is comfortable and clean, the boss and the proprietress are very kind, there are welcome afternoon teas and unlimited bottled drinks 👍 The location of the homestay is also very close to the Dongshan Night Market, quiet and not noisy at night.
The small disadvantage is that the curtains in the room are not shaded, they will be awakened in the morning, and the mirror only has a sink. It is a bit inconvenient to make up when the lighting is insufficient. Others really don't have to be picky 👍👍

GGuest UserA European-style wooden house is located in the rice field, the environment is beautiful, no mosquito bites. We drive and google routes are very easy to find. We stay in the 4-person room on the 2nd floor. There is a small corner hall. We can Girl talk at night. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower equipment and dry and wet separation. The cleaning supplies are sufficient.
The house has breakfast included. The owner of the hotel prepares a rich Chinese and Western breakfast for the guests in the restaurant on the first floor. Several side dishes are delicious. The home-made soy milk is very rich, the lemonade is very fresh, the coffee is ordinary, and the overall is very satisfied.

LLike to travel~The hardware is complete, but the software is lacking. We had communicated our arrival time via email in advance, but when we arrived on the first day, we couldn't see the receptionist at all. We called the two phone numbers given by the B&B for more than half an hour before anyone answered, and then we were told how to check in via phone. I couldn't see the housekeeper for three nights. During this period, I had to communicate via email if I had any inquiries.

GGuest UserWhen I first saw the website description, it seemed very convenient. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I found it was located on a country road with fields on both sides, not directly next to a main road. Driving at night was a bit dangerous.
The room was quite clean and tidy, like a private guesthouse. You had to take off your shoes before entering, but the soundproofing was very poor. Around 4 AM, I could hear loud noise and laughter outside the room, easily waking me up.
Breakfast consisted of individual small set meals, which I initially thought were for one person, but it turned out to be shared by two, and the portion was rather small. The self-service breakfast bar only had toast for toasting; there were no other dishes. The coffee machine's coffee was a bit sour and not hot enough. I had expected to see fields, but it was just a bare area, and overall, there weren't many facilities available. Considering the price, the value for money wasn't very high.
I would probably consider it again next time, but I won't give this evaluation. Thank you.

GGuest UserThe minsu was clean and comfy. The decor was on point with Pokémon which was why I booked the room in the first place. The living areas is shared with some toys to occupy the kiddos during their meals.
Take note that location is a bit isolated so you definitely need a car to reach. Otherwise the distance from minsu to all major attractions in yilan takes about 20-30mins which is reasonable.
Can’t rate much for services as it’s mainly self service. The owner was kind enough to come by and ensure we are settled down when we first arrive. There are no breakfast venues nearby so you gotta just order from the owner. It’s local breakfast so food is not too bad!

TTim BorschHighlight is definitely the common room, very comfy and set up in a way which is ideal for playing games together and getting to know new people.
Beds are comfy with curtains and showers and bathrooms are clean.
Bicycles are also available, really convenient way to grab a quick snack, since the hostel is admittedly not in super short walking distance to many things.
Great place to stay in Yilan.

GGuest UserThe location is right across from Luodong Train Station and very close to Luodong Night Market. Parking and breakfast are provided, making it convenient for family outings. I could smell cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom exhaust duct while sleeping at night.

BBobpetersHappy to have had the hotel save me from cycling another 2 hours through the dark. Easy to find, many rooms available. Nice receipt from the owner and happy they had cloths washing and drying fascilities. Stored my bicycle in the room which wasn’t appreciated by the owner as he was worried for making his bed sheets dirty. As he couldn’t reach out to me he switched off the A/C. That’s a complete no-go and totally against any hospitality rules. I stay 209+ days a year in hotels and never ever have I had such a treatment. Anyways, was dissolved quickly but hope the owner can change his attitude to other travellers. Apart from that the bed is hard and the A/C works good. Loads of blouse form the neighbour on the next morning.
