"Overall, the room was spacious enough for a one-night stay, and the facilities were new and clean. However, the stated check-in time (3:00 pm) did not reflect the actual situation, as we were told to return at 3:30 pm to check in. We understand that hotel staff in Taiwan may not be as flexible as their counterparts in countries like China and Malaysia, where tourists are often allowed to check in earlier if their reserved room is already ready, even before the official check-in time. Travelers are usually quite tired when they arrive at their hotel and often hope to check in and rest before heading out again. Being a little more considerate in such situations would give international guests a warmer impression."

"Great stay at Yilan Inspiration hostel. Stayed in a 4 person dorm, and it had it's own attached bathroom, and the room was clean. People at the front were also very nice. They checked in with us before we arrived to check when we would arrive, and provided instructions for the car. They don't provide towels for use. They do have some coffee and lots of books available. Thank you!"

"Check-in and check-out were both self-service, and the staff called to ask me to add them on their official Line account beforehand. The messages and signage at the counter were very clear, so the process was quite smooth. I changed into indoor slippers on the first floor. The space was small but very comfortable, and there were no strange smells in the room. Because of its location on the bustling Jiaoxi Road, you inevitably experience traffic, and other guests can be heard talking quite loudly 😅 If you're not a light sleeper and like to explore during the day, I would highly recommend this place: besides attractions and popular restaurants, there are convenience stores and drugstores nearby, so you can easily stock up on necessities; for those who don't drive or cycle, there are bus stops where you can take a bus or coach to walk a bit further and then come back in the evening to relax in the hot springs. The only minor complaint is that on the day of my check-in, there was a lot of hair from previous guests on the bathroom floor 🥲, and the water temperature was a bit low on the second night (the first night was truly a hot spring, amazing!)."

"The location of hotel cannot be better, as it is right across the front of Luodong train station. We arrived by Kamalan 1917 bus from Taipei Main Station to Luodong transfer bus station which is around 8 mins walk away from the train station. Reception is located at Level 9 of the hotel, with complimentary drinks and seats for hotel guests. We left our bags at reception as we arrived before check in time of 3pm. Room is very spacious and good for 4 ppl. We were given a room at Level 12 which had a nice view of the train station. Toilet is rather dated. We also received breakfast vouchers NT100 per person, which gave us options to get breakfast from 3 merchants. Overall, a good stay and highly recommended for its location!"

"The exterior features a pond and church-style landscaping with fish in it. There was no special service; the staff at the counter were indifferent and unfriendly, quickly explaining the situation and handing over the room key without going into detail. Neither the receptionist nor the housekeeping staff were enthusiastic; they weren't suited to be at the counter. There were no activities, and the breakfast was very perfunctory, essentially just going with the flow from an outside breakfast shop. The children's meal consisted of fried chicken nuggets, fries, and a strawberry toast – I personally found it very unhealthy and lacking in attention to detail. Those who value a buffet breakfast should think twice before choosing this place. The surrounding countryside is certainly relaxing."

"Based on the charge, the overall standard is acceptable. The environment is bright and clean, but the sound insulation is not good, and the noise outside the room can be heard clearly. The toilet and shower room are separated by a wall outside, and if someone is using them, the sound can be heard."

"The room was in an apartment building, which initially gave me a bad impression, but after staying for two days, I felt the price and room layout were acceptable. The hot spring water was also extremely satisfying. The location is super convenient, right on the main shopping street. For us, traveling by car, the parking lot is right downstairs, which is very handy. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Jiaoxi."

"The homestay is located by the rice field, and the environment is quiet and relaxing. Two recommendations: 1. Please do not put the spare parts in the closet. The guests do not know, and the bath towels taste very heavy after taking them out. 2. Please provide paper cups as mouthwash cups, and the plastic cups used repeatedly are not in line with the health principles."

"The self-check-in was really convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious. The surroundings were quiet, like a country lane. Surprisingly, even in cold weather, it wasn't damp or chilly. I really enjoyed my stay."
