"The environment is great, it's near Lijiang High-speed Railway Station, about a 7-8 minute walk, but the surroundings are very quiet. The facilities are complete; it's a guesthouse run by a lovely 'popo' (a term of endearment for an older woman, often a grandmother or aunt), and they've installed an elevator, which makes going up and down very convenient. The room is spacious, and the window offers a mountain view – definitely great value for money! It's very clean. The service was exceptional; the 'popo' was incredibly kind, she even gave us some fresh plums she'd picked herself. Knowing we had an early 7 AM flight the next day, she woke up at 5 AM to help us with our luggage."

"The rooms are well-equipped with smart features that are easy to use, making for a very comfortable stay. The environment is absolutely stunning; opening the window reveals a continuous vista of snowy mountains, and it's wonderfully quiet, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Everything is meticulously cleaned and tidy, from the bedding to the bathroom. The staff are warm, attentive, and always happy to provide patient guidance for getting around and sightseeing. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied."

"This guesthouse is really great, offering excellent facilities for the price. It's very close to Baisha Ancient Town and also conveniently located near Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. On the way, you pass by some scenic spots perfect for photos. When we checked out, the owner even gave us flower cakes as a gift. We booked two rooms; one was a bit smaller, but perfectly fine for my dad traveling alone. The only slight drawbacks were a faint smell from the new renovation and only three wall-mounted hooks in the room, which made it a bit inconvenient to hang coats and such. Overall, it was a good value for money!"

"The owner is a really enthusiastic young man. The room is brand new, without any signs of aging, and the shower pressure is great, which is a big plus. It's also convenient that you can take a taxi right to the building entrance. When I left, the weather cleared up and I could directly see the snow-capped mountains."

"This is a wonderful hotel to stay in at Baisha ancient town, about 20 minutes from the centre of Lijiang. The room was enormous and very clean with a view of the mountains. The host was very generous and friendly, we had tea every night after I’d been out exploring every day. He even drove me in his own car to catch the tour bus to Yulong Snow Mountain. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a quieter experience yet only a few minutes walk to Baisha ancient town."

"Originally, I set a day, lived comfortably, stayed for three days, the bedding was just soft and hard, the toiletries were divided, the smell was good, and the disposable bath towels were safe to use. Parking is convenient, it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the ancient town, there is a square box of coffee around, you can walk there, take pictures, the botanical garden and the big Jingyu are also very close, the wind is particularly spectacular. Very good film, we took a taxi to the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in about 20 minutes, no traffic jams are very fast."

"We stayed 2 nights here, and we must say we are very happy to stay here, the room is clean and beautiful. The hotel owner is also friendly and kind. They helped us a lot in booking a tour to Yulong Snow Mountain and also booked us a taxi and even booked us the Chaggi milk tea. The hotel also has a top roof with a panorama view of Yulong Mountain summit, we can view the summit easily by telescope, wonderful. We will be back again!"

Had the most wonderful time in this amazing cabin. If you want to take time off from the big city and be immersed in a beautiful local village, then you have to stay at Huan Yibi’s cabin. The view is breathtaking and the area is quiet and immersed in nature. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. On top of that, the hosts were amazing: not only kind but also available to help. We could join them on a little trip up the mountain to pick up mushrooms and later on we all made Chinese dumplings together. Being foreigners in China, we felt very welcome and happy during our whole stay. In addition, the food was very delicious: it felt like a real experience of a local family life, we loved it. We hope to have the chance to return one day and re-do this experience again! 谢谢你们了🙏🏼🗻❤️

The service is very intimate, I will contact you in advance before check-in, the room is very clean, and fragrant, the TV is very big hahaha, I love to see if I know it, the lady is responsive, and I also sent me an oxygen tank, so grateful! Because in the village, you can see the snow-capped mountains from afar. I got up early the next day and went to the confused nest to see Rizhao Jinshan. It was very close. After I came back, I had breakfast. The corn was delicious. The small steamed buns were delicious and there were side dishes. It was so happy~

A sensational rural outlook which was so nice not only the view bur to be away from the hectic nature of baosha old town.  we did find noise travels through the  walls from adjoining rooms so this was the only downside. we stayed 4 nights so took advantage of the free taxi to the train atarion. owners were very friendly and liive in front so it was a homestay feeling

We drove along the Tiger Leaping Gorge all the way to Daju Township. We turned the wrong way on a small road in the fields and accidentally fell into a ditch. Thanks to the help of the owner, we were able to get the car out. The owner and his wife saw that I was alone and invited me to have dinner with them. The food was very homely and delicious. The environment of the B&B is very good. There is a large field of sunflowers in front of the door🌻, a large swimming pool in the yard, and you can sit and watch the snow-capped mountains. It is really a place to relax and unwind. Sitting quietly and watching the scenery will make you feel better. The only thing is that the water pressure and temperature of the shower in the room are not enough, and the drainage is not very good. I hope it can be improved.

The room was spacious and clean, equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, and an electric blanket. It's incredibly close to Baisha Ancient Town and the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain scenic area. The owner was absolutely wonderful. During our stay, the weather was fantastic, so even late risers like myself could enjoy the 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise' view right from the room. The rooftop offered an even more expansive view, which was very convenient. Throughout our stay, the owner and their family were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They even reminded us to take our masks when going out due to the strong UV rays and packed us a bag full of bottled water and fruit, saving us from buying expensive items at the scenic spots. On the day we visited Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, they noticed we were returning late. Later, we heard the cable cars had stopped due to strong winds that afternoon. The owner, worried we might be stranded, called to check if we had made it back and asked if we needed a ride from the scenic area, showing genuine concern for our safety. Upon our return, when they heard we were experiencing altitude sickness, they even offered oxygen from their own home – truly amazing, so kind it just warms your heart. I promised them I would write a good review, and though it's a bit late, I haven't forgotten. This trip taught me that beyond the beautiful scenery, the people of Yunnan make the province even more charming. It was fun, comfortable, and I'll definitely be back!

I love this homestay. I have stayed in this place for the third time. It’s a beautiful, well maintained guesthouse with a caring, lovely owner in one of the most pretty, tiny mountain villages that I have seen so far in China. But I need to issue a serious warning about the recent developments on the hiking trails that surround the village. It took the young people who are now massively flocking these trails, less than a year to completely trash the trails with plastic garbage. This is NOT OK. This insensitive behavior is devastating and upsetting. It is unacceptable! The principle that all hikers and trekkers should follow when they enter the mountains is “to leave no traces”. Every plastic bottle, every plastic bag, every plastic food wrap, every oxygen bottle, every plastic rain cape, every aluminum bin, everything, that someone takes into the mountains, he or she has to take out of the mountain and to properly discard in the village’s official garbage bins. The purity and peace of natural places like this is fragile and vulnerable. Don’t take it for granted. Don’t destroy it.

This was my second stay, and the new courtyard facilities are incredibly new. The shower was so comfortable I felt like I could take two a day! The hygiene was excellent and very pleasant. The courtyard itself is quite unique. The owner is very warm and chatty, and the service is fantastic. I didn't plan on writing a review, so I didn't take photos of the environment, just some shots of the courtyard view. Pictures four, five, and six are from the courtyard I stayed in when I visited in February.

Stay less than 24 hours there so my experience must not enough to describe fully the service. When I was arrive there the receptionist seems close already, I try contact via Trip.com but it linked to phone hotel which its difficult for me to call the owner as mostly thehy can't speak in English. I hope the owner makes initiative to answer guest that booking via third party like Agoda or Trip.com so it will be easier for me. The room I book not provided aircond and no showercap or basic toiletries given, usually hoteel.provide like tooth brush, tooth paste but nothing was there maybe they forgot to replenish I don't know as I also check in late around 9pm. Overall , its a strategic locstion for those who want to catch up train early morning because the hotel location just like 400m away from Ljiang railway station (high speed train)

Cozy hostel right in the middle of Baisha town. There was lots of information at the front desk about activities in mandarin (I couldn't read it) but the staff were able to help direct me via translator. Beds also had heating pads which made all the difference in the winter!! The only problem was the door to the girls dorm I stayed in had trouble closing which led to a lot of middle of the night slamming, or it being left open and the cold air gets in :/

The guesthouse in Baisha Ancient Town was the most affordable I've seen, and it's very close to the town. The environment is fantastic, with a huge courtyard and pear trees, perfect for an extended stay. Most importantly, the owner is incredibly kind and helpful, recommending delicious food and picking up our takeout orders from nearby tourist attractions. They're always there for us, making our trip to Lijiang so enjoyable. Next time I'm in Lijiang, I'll definitely choose a guesthouse like this one with its beautiful flower-filled courtyard. The owner is truly thoughtful! The room offers a view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, the bathroom is spacious, and the room is impeccably clean. It was a truly comfortable stay. A must-visit!
