"Overall, it was pretty good. My room faced Yuelu Mountain, so I barely heard any outside noise. However, the soundproofing inside the hotel wasn't great; I could hear people watching TV or talking loudly in the next room. There's a breakfast buffet in the morning, and the noodles were decent. Housekeeping was also quite prompt. One downside, though, was the hairdryer – it was the old-fashioned kind that got hot very quickly. After just a minute of use, it became quite uncomfortable to hold."

We chose a hotel in the city center that was convenient for getting around yet quiet and comfortable (I had considered staying near Wuyi Square, but it's just too noisy there. Now I realize choosing Hampton by Hilton was such a smart decision ✌️). It's only a few hundred meters' walk to the nearest subway station, making it super easy to get to all the major attractions, usually just a few stops away. Plus, the Line 6 train to the airport is right there! Just a couple hundred meters downstairs, there's a street full of rice noodle shops and a Cha Yan Yue Se tea shop, so we grabbed a drink even before checking in, haha, it was incredibly convenient 😂. The front desk lady was absolutely wonderful. We arrived at the hotel around 11 AM, which was before check-in time, but she saw an available room and helped us check in right away, even giving us a complimentary room upgrade! 👍 The room was spacious enough, and the AC worked great. The slippers, toothbrushes, and other amenities perfectly matched the room's overall color scheme, showing excellent taste. Breakfast runs until 10 AM, which is perfect for travelers like us who aren't on a 'special forces' schedule! Sleeping in, then heading down for breakfast before getting ready to go out—you can't imagine how comfortable that was, haha 🤣. The noodle, rice noodle, and wonton stalls offered freshly made items, and there was also fruit, salad, yogurt, juice, etc. Overall, our stay was incredibly comfortable, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Changsha!"

The hotel is very close to the South High-Speed Railway Station, only a few minutes' walk, which is super convenient for early departures. The staff member 157 was very gentle. It's located right inside the train station, which was incredibly convenient – I've never stayed so close to one before! It's right next to the exit, making it super easy to get around. You can catch the metro Line 5 right outside the train station, and it's just a few stops, about ten minutes, to attractions like Yuelu Mountain and Orange Island Scenic Area. The location couldn't be more convenient, saving a lot of travel time. The room hygiene was also excellent, and there's a free gym and children's play area. For this price, it's definitely worth it! Highly recommend!!!"

It's right in Chaozong Street, truly achieving that perfect balance of being quiet yet central. Just a short walk downstairs and you're at Cha Yan Yue Se, and Wuyi Square is only a few minutes' walk away. IFS, Taiping Old Street, and Pozi Street are all easily accessible for exploring. In the evening, after your stroll, you can leisurely walk back – super convenient! 🛋️The lobby instantly wowed me upon arrival. The wooden aesthetic combined with Oriental elegance creates an incredibly sophisticated vibe. There's also a faint sandalwood scent, instantly making you feel relaxed. It's truly a fantastic spot for photos; every shot looks great! 📸 🏊♀️The rooftop pool on the 7th floor is a delightful surprise. Swim during the day and look up at the blue sky. In the evening, stand on the terrace and watch the city lights, enjoying a drink with the gentle breeze. The romantic atmosphere is simply incredible! 🌙 🌿The entire hotel feels like a garden oasis. Everywhere you look, there are floral arrangements, green plants, and thoughtful touches. Sunbathe on the top-floor terrace, or enjoy afternoon tea at the dome-shaped book bar. You feel completely rejuvenated. ☕ I stayed in a room with a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window. In the morning, the sunlight streams in, and the view is superb! At night, you can lie in bed and watch the Changsha nightscape – full marks for ambiance! 💯 The entire room features smart voice control with ”Hello Xiao Xi,” a dream come true for anyone who loves convenience. The bathroom also has a starry sky showerhead and a makeup mirror! ✨ 🎎Pleasant little details: The hotel offers exquisite Hanfu for free, which is perfect for photos and adds a wonderful touch. They even gave a small farewell gift when checking out – so thoughtful! 💝 You really have to go! Once you stay, you'll understand. I'd come back to Changsha just for this hotel! ❤️"

"This was my first time in Changsha, and I discovered this hotel through [App Name]. However, I didn't book through the cheaper options I saw on [another App - screenshot provided], as I also found this hotel on Trip.com. Although there was a price difference between the two platforms, I didn't hesitate and paid a higher price than what was listed on [App Name]. But I encountered some significant issues: 1. I felt that the staff were not very accommodating to out-of-town guests when assigning rooms. The hotel's promotions mentioned beautiful panoramic views, but my room actually faced a residential building and was on the shaded side. 2. The promised welcome fruit, coffee, and bottled water were completely missing. 3. When I booked, it stated that first-time users would receive a complimentary room upgrade. Yet, when I checked in, this was never even mentioned. Don't tell me all the rooms were full; I checked around 10 PM that day and saw all room types were available for booking. 4. I specifically requested a quiet room in my booking notes. Instead, they placed me opposite what seemed to be a staff lounge or staff room, where I could clearly hear them talking in the mornings. I'm not sure if your service approach to out-of-towners is one of neglect or intentional disregard, but my overall experience was very negative. You might say, 'If there's a problem, go to the front desk.' But I already made specific notes. Should I really have to communicate everything a second time? Good service isn't just about a sweet, gentle voice; it's about satisfying every detail a customer brings up. I can only say I probably won't be returning next time. This level of service, for over 600 yuan for two nights, is just not worth it."

The hotel exit is right by the subway station, making it super convenient to get to scenic spots and shopping areas! During my stay, there was also afternoon tea available. For laundry service, I just needed to book in advance, and someone would pick it up, wash it, fold it neatly, and return it. The front desk even provided taxi vouchers to the high-speed rail station, saving both hassle and money. Housekeeping service was always prompt (e.g., they immediately refilled the hand soap when it ran out). I stayed for two nights, and the room was spotlessly clean each day. With such attention to detail and value-added experiences, I'll definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit this city!"
