"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially the room. It was clean, comfortable, and I slept very well. The bed was soft and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was nice. I particularly liked the automatic toilet. The staff were friendly and provided good service. I also appreciated that the hotel allowed me to leave my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient. There is a free amenities area where guests can help themselves to items such as tea, coffee, toner, lotion etc. There is one bottle of water for each day for the single room. There is also a water refill station at the lobby where you can refill your own bottle, which is a nice and convenient feature. For guests staying in a single room, the hotel provides one bottle of drinking water per day. If you do not need room cleaning, you can simply hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. The hotel will still leave fresh towels and a bottle of water in a bag outside your room, which I found very convenient. The hotel provides breakfast every day. The food was good overall, but I would recommend adding English labels to the dishes so international guests can easily know what each menu item is. The location is very convenient because the hotel is directly connected to Bupyeong Station. However, for first-time visitors, finding the way out of the station can be quite confusing. Bupyeong is a very large station with many shops and shopping areas underground, so it is easy to get lost before finding the correct exit. Clearer signs to the exits would be very helpful for first-time visitors. Another nice point is that Bupyeong Park is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. It is very convenient for guests who enjoy going for a morning walk or run. One thing that could be improved is the elevator system. The elevators are divided by floors, and only 2 out of 4 elevators serve the rooms on the 15th floor and below, so you may have to wait a little longer during busy hours. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful, and the location was convenient."

"Had a wonderful night's stay here before my flight from Incheon the next afternoon. The room had all the amenities I needed, it's very close to the airport, and there are tons of great food options nearby. A taxi from the airport only cost about 60, which was super convenient. Plus, I found some amazing wines at the convenience store!"

"It's difficult to find a hotel location because it is a complicated way to reach a hotel, but the good thing they give customers our toiletry gift set. When to depart from the hotel, there are a few taxi in that area. Room layout is good"

"After an overnight flight, we decided to stay near the airport. It's about a 15-minute bus ride away. We arrived at 8 AM and checked in via the terminal, which was simple and straightforward. Our room was on the third floor with a balcony, overlooking a neighboring building and the coastline. There was hardly any noise from the street or other guests. I liked the room; the appliances were new, and the bedding was crisp! The bathroom had shampoo, soap, cream, and slippers. There were two bathrobes, but it's a shame they weren't cotton and were a bit old. The hotel itself is very pleasant and minimalistic, and I loved the frog logo everywhere. We bought all our food from the shop opposite, which had a great selection. Overall, I definitely recommend it!"

"I had a major headache checking in. I was very early and despite the accrued advertised 24/7 reception.. nobody was around to ask.. 1) Could I leave my bag there. 2) what is the earliest I could check in. This resulted in me having an online chat for an hour with trip.com who were trying to get a Korean speaker to discuss with the owner. The whole time I was stood at reception with my bags. There is nowhere to sit! I was offered a discounted 3hr 'stay' which wouldn't have even gone up to the check in time. Or. Leaving my bags there.. (I guess he meant at the reception area.. in everybody's way) I found a nice coffee shop and waited there all day.. The location is very close to Dongam Station and all the shops nearby.. The room was okay. And I did really enjoy a hot soak in the bathtub. (even if I had to clean it first.) I slept okay here. The AC was fine. Room was dark and quiet. Room had a kettle..TV with netflix.."

"The hotel is within walking distance from Bupyeong Station and has several convenience stores nearby, making our stay very comfortable. Thank you for the polite service with luggage storage and check-in. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit this area!"

"This hotel is very new and clean. The room is spacious and well-designed, with a large TV and a great view. However, there's occasionally a drain smell, which is why there are air fresheners in the room. The front desk staff were polite, but their English communication wasn't very strong. I requested daily trash removal and towel changes, but neither happened throughout my stay. I only found out from other reviews that the public areas are actually free to use. The shower stall glass only covers half the area, so water splashes everywhere when you shower, making the bathroom wet. I personally found this design a bit inconvenient. Overall, though, it was a good experience! 👍🏼"

"The environment requirements are not high, the air conditioning is relatively weak, but the surrounding food streets are still very attractive, with fried chicken, pig's trotters, food stalls, barbecue and everything else, and the prices are very affordable."
