"We are so glad to spent one night in Blue Clouds Homestay for our Hoi An experience. Our room is huge and clean. The place is so welcoming, peaceful and quiet. They have free complimentary bottled water. Bathroom is huge with hot and cold water and toiletries and towels. Aircon is cold, room also have a wall fan and mini fridge. Our room has a balcony. We fall in love with their dog, Ric, she so cute and sweet.
I highly recommend this homestay when you're going to Hoi An. It's just 12mins away from Ancient Old Town.
Also, it is near RawCoco Restaurant which offers affordable but delicious food and coffee."

"The place is perfect to stay one night when you’re about to spend the whole day out - exact thing I am long for one day trip or last day at the place I stayed for long. Place is hosted by lovely family: the host is super friendly and sunny lady.
Also, they have great bike for free - I approximate lovely lady gave my one to explore around.
One thing I didn’t get - is the blanket without any case on it, so I slept under my towel like a homeless cause I had no power to come down and ask for case after shower 🤣 I really recommend to get new duvet cover and use it for blanket otherwise it’s very very very not hygienic 🙏🏻"

"The room is clean, no weird smell. Good lighting. Has hot water whole day.
Service is very good, reception helped on my every request. In midnight /early morning reception may have no people, may need to message them if needed.
Location is good as it can walk to the beach within 10 minutes. Nearby has 24/7 convenient stores, cafes & local good restaurants.
Some constructions is going on nearby during day time.
The neighborhood has dogs that they often barked at night. It is not a big concern for me."

"The location of the Homestay is perfect. It is only 2 minutes by foot to the night market and then you can go across tthe bridge to the Ancient town. The host was lovely and he offered some information on when the lanterns start at night, the night market etc. The room was big and everything was clean. The bedsheet however was rather thin but I am sure you can ask for a thicker blanket. There was a refrigerator and the aircon worked as well. All in all I had a great stay and it was also really quiet. I would recommend this for everyone who wants to stay at a good location for exploring Hoi An and its surrounding areas!"

"We spent about 2 weeks at this hotel and were very satisfied. I booked this stay through a recommendation from know.travel, and everything was exactly as described on the site:
Room Amenities: A major highlight was the kitchenette with all the necessary dishes—it was perfect for making our own breakfasts. The room also featured a balcony and a washing machine, which made doing laundry and drying clothes incredibly convenient.
Facilities: There is a beautiful small pool on the ground floor, a great spot to relax.
Service: Housekeeping and towel changes were provided daily, which we really appreciated."

"Run by a nice friendly family. It is a new place, the room is small but cozy, practical & perfect for a few days stay. The owner received my feedback well enough to make the room not overally sprayed with strong air freshiner. Thank you!They also use a strong detergent to wash the bed linens & towels which wasn't comfortable for my sleep & use of the towels. They need to replace the window blinds with darker curtains to make sleeping better. Too much early morning sunlight can be an issue. The hard bed can be a bothersome for some, but it worked for me fine, but not for more than a week. Overall, it is a nice place & friendly people. Thank you for helping to book my day trip to the mountains!"

LLainapHonestly one of the best places I've stayed at while backpacking over the last month!
The family running the place is so generous and lovely. We arrived at bam and our room was ready at 10:55 despite check in only being available from 2pm and the lady gave us local snacks and tea while we waited. They were super helpful in telling us about the area around the hotel, showing us the activities we could book through them with a discount and the services they provided (e.g., laundry).
Couldn't recommend this place enough. Everything was clean, room is spacious and they provide shower gel and shampoo.
The location is also quite good with lots of places to eat around and a walking distance from the market and river.

Breakfast included, optional, the location is also good, quiet in the noisy, the room is clean and big. Our room has a small balcony, and it is very comfortable to sit on the balcony at night...I am generally satisfied.

BBobby DilliganReally good hostel. Stylish lobby, calm and quiet атмосhere, easy to relax. The beds are comfortable, you get a towel and a locker for your stuff, which is always a plus. The shower is actually nice too, feels good to be there, not one of those sketchy setups.
The girl at the reception was friendly and helpful. Honestly, everything here just works. No real downsides, nothing to complain about. Would definitely recommend.

GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the beach, about a 5-minute walk away. The rooms aren't very big but they're clean and the beds are comfortable. The price is reasonable considering the location. The staff are friendly and helpful when needed.

EEvgenii KolginI’ll say right away that I didn’t enjoy my stay here; everything just went wrong from the start. I didn’t like my spot in the dorm, I expected a bed with a door like on pictures, but it only had a curtain, and realizing I had booked for a week, I asked to cancel the reservation. The receptionist had to check everything with the manager, and honestly, I didn’t understand anything. In the end, they told me they couldn’t cancel because they already had some system in place, and basically, they just didn’t care. They said it was too late—well, how’s that supposed to work? Was I supposed to come a week earlier just to check the hotel? They mentioned some Trip.com rules, even though I submitted the request through the website. Calling support didn’t help either—it was just a bot. Thanks for the “support.”
Then somehow another bed was found. In the room, the air conditioner was set to 21°C—it was freezing, I got sick, and not just me, almost everyone in the room was coughing. The remote was with the administrator, who kept turning it on and off so the AC could “rest.” It was ridiculous—sometimes you’re sweating, sometimes you’re freezing. Eventually, after everyone complained, they set it to 25°C.
The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, very unstable. I saw a cockroach in the room, right in my “capsule,” and a huge one in the shower. The café upstairs is overpriced, probably just for the ”view”. Maybe other rooms have different conditions, but everything I’m describing applies to the first floor.
The only positive thing was the cleaning ladies — they were always cheerful, chatting, changing towels, and bringing water. The rest of the staff, unfortunately, were not helpful.
Overall, I had an unpleasant experience with both the hotel and Trip.com support. After this, I’ll never book for more than a couple of days.

Let me start by saying this: I have traveled all over Southeast Asia, and I have NEVER found a better value for my money than at Orchide'es Ocean Hotel. Paying only $7 per night, my expectations were low, but I was blown away from the moment I walked in.
First Impression:
The lobby is small but modern and sparkling clean. The staff greeted me with huge smiles and were so helpful, even at 11 AM for my early check-in. They instantly made me feel welcome.
The Room: SPOTLESS!
This is the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in for ANY price, let alone $7. The floors shine, the bathroom is immaculate, the bedsheets are crisp and white, and there isn't a speck of dust anywhere. It’s clear the management takes immense pride in their property. The air conditioning is powerful and cold—a lifesaver in the Da Nang heat. The Wi-Fi is also super fast and reliable.
Location & Amenities:
You are just a short walk from the famous My Khe Beach! Waking up and walking to the sand for sunrise was a daily ritual. They also have a really nice swimming pool on the rooftop or in a courtyard (depending on the building) that is perfect for a refreshing dip. For the price, having a pool feels like an incredible luxury.
The Bottom Line:
If you are looking for a budget-friendly place to stay in Da Nang that DOES NOT feel budget, STOP LOOKING AND BOOK HERE. You will save so much money on your accommodation that you can treat yourself to more amazing food, tours, and experiences.
I ended up extending my stay twice because it was just too good to leave. This isn't just a hotel; it's the discovery of a lifetime for any smart traveler.
Would I recommend it? A thousand times, YES! Thank you, Orchide'es Ocean Hotel, for an amazing stay. I will be telling all my friends about you and I can't wait to come back!

MmmmiloWe had a wonderful stay at this villa. This booking was a gamble since we barely got any picture of the room we're bout to stay in. However, both the interior and exterior looks splendid and beyond what I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful thorough the whole trip, esp the lady at the counter. Will be seeing them soon in the future when I have the chance to come back to Hoi An. This is definitely one of my favorite accomodation I've ever been to, a total 10/10 no flaw.
P/S: The bath tub was too big that it took me at least 15 mins to fill up XD Very relaxing to be submerged with water.
Mình có chuyến đi chơi rất là tuyệt ở đây. Chị lễ tân rất tận tình, kể cả bác bảo vệ cũng thiết đãi tụi mình rất nhẹ nhàng tình cảm. Thật sự chưa ở đâu mà cho mình cảm giác như ở nhà như vậy. Không gian là một điểm cộng lớn (cho dù lúc mình book phòng mình chỉ xem được 1 bức ảnh minh họa). Rất là may khi cọc phòng trước và khi đến nhận phòng thì thực sự quá ok vượt sức tưởng tượng của mình. Dù vị trí villa không nằm cùng phía với chợ Hội An những vẫn rất gần những điểm đi chơi, tiện lợi cho việc du lịch của mọi người. Rất là recommend villa này cho cả nhà ạ! (Trên hình mình có để bữa sáng đi kèm, ngày thứ hai mệt quá mình ăn lun khỏi chụp choẹt gì)

CCarys’sFirstly I would like to say the staff here are really wonderful, particularly the receptionist with the glasses who checked us in and out 21/01-24/01. He was so friendly, polite and helpful - cannot fault him at all 10/10.
Having a TV with Netflix on was great, as was having a lamp on the side table.
However, cleanliness was not great - stains on the pillowcases and bedding and the bed generally did not feel clean. The bed was also very low and mattress pretty hard. Also an old mattress in the hallway right outside our room.
The wall cabinet under the TV looked like it was about to fall out so we were too scared to put anything on it. Bad smell in wardrobe.
Everytime we left for the day and returned to the room, it would have a new, bad smell. Sometimes from the drains, or smoke, or damp. Mould on walls clearly painted over. Air con would just go on and off constantly.
40,000 per KG for laundry - very overpriced given the linens quality in the hotel (stains and smell etc).
The shower was TERRIBLE, hardly any water pressure at all. Really hard to even wash, although it was hot. The shampoo / shower gels bottles were dirty and broken. Towels also with stains. Dirty flip flops provided.
Whilst cheap, this is a very tired hotel with below standard cleanliness, with staff who are doing their best with what they’ve been given. Would not stay again or recommend.

ООльга ЛеляThe deluxe room with a balcony was excellent – spacious, with a soft bed (and surprisingly no moths, which is rare!), good internet, and in a very convenient location. They clean every day and bring fresh water. The staff is very friendly and quick to help if needed. On the downside, when I arrived, the room was very dirty and smelled of mold. However, after they cleaned it at my request and I aired it out, it was super. There's also less furniture than in the photos; I would have liked an additional armchair in the room and a chair and table on the balcony.
