The decor is elegant and comfortable, with fresh, modern colors and furnishings. Cleanliness is top-notch; the housekeeping is excellent, and all the linens are spotless. Overall, the ambiance feels refreshing and spacious. The facilities are cleverly designed to maximize space efficiency, which is a rare and impressive feat! Service is outstanding, always meeting guests' needs. There's also convenient on-site parking at the rear. While the breakfast is standard, its quality could definitely be improved. Nevertheless, it's undoubtedly the best choice when visiting Bama!"

"I stayed one night, and the next morning the toilet wouldn't flush. I told the cleaning staff about it before going out. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, the front desk hadn't said anything, so I assumed it was fixed and used the toilet, but it wasn't fixed at all. Apparently, the cleaning staff couldn't fix it themselves and just left it there without telling the front desk. I was furious, protested to the front desk, and got a room change. When things like this happen, I can't help but think that Chinese people are irresponsible. It was nice that orange juice and tea were available in the lobby for guests to drink anytime. There was also orange juice at breakfast, which was great since I don't drink milk. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including dessert."
