"Extremely satisfied. The room was clean and tidy, the sheets and duvet covers were snow-white, and the latex mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The smart toilet was exceptionally clean, the showerhead had a strong water flow, making showering a pleasant experience. The large TV could project content, and the staff were very friendly. Two security guards helped us find a parking space. It's only a 5-minute walk to the Summer Palace. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengde."

"The young lady at the hotel was very enthusiastic; she even came out to help with our luggage, and her service attitude was excellent. The hotel room was spacious, looked clean and tidy, and all the disposable amenities were readily available. The hotel's location is great, right next to Jinlong Shopping Plaza, and very close to the Summer Resort, within walking distance. It's also not far from the Eight Outer Temples scenic area, about a 10 yuan taxi ride away. I had a wonderful stay this time, and I'll choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengde."

"Typical three star hotel. Staff have a good attitude, especially the floor managers and are willing to accommodate guests. Still, the hotel is a bit overpriced for its class , possibly because of the hot springs available to hotel guests. Hotel is close to the garden but it sits right on the tran track and the train whistle will surely wake you up at 4:30am. Some of the front desk staff are very young and apparently still in training (the receptionist took me to the room but let me carry my luggage). Breakfast is traditional , quite good."

"The hotel is directly opposite the Bifengmen parking lot, and it's about a 20-minute walk to Lizheng Gate of the Mountain Resort. The quad room with bunk beds was very family-friendly for our family with two children. While the hotel's facilities are fairly basic, I must particularly praise their excellent 9.9 Mountain Resort day tour and the front desk staff. First, regarding the Mountain Resort day tour: it lasted a full 5 hours, and our guide, Xiao Qi, didn't waste a single minute. He provided thorough explanations, meticulously planned our route, and there were absolutely no sales pitches or additional charges. For such an honest and dedicated guide, the hotel deserves a huge commendation! And then there's the front desk staff – every single person was beaming with smiles. They offered detailed information, provided attentive service, and went above and beyond to assist with any request. They even helped us cut a watermelon we bought, booked tickets for a show, and thoughtfully provided cushions for us as we were heading out. Truly heartwarming service! Hidden gem: Just down the stairs next to the hotel is the Temple of Confucius. Plus, there's a highly popular lamb soup spot nearby, serving delicious *shaobing* (sesame flatbreads)!"

The hotel isn't on the main street; it's located in a building a dozen meters away, which is nice and quiet. ① The rooms are spacious and clean. The facilities are also quite new. ② The location is good, only 500 meters away. I dined at the popular Xin Qianlong restaurant nearby both nights. ③ There are also many other restaurants and cafes on the street near the entrance.

Although it's a small matter, the improvement in comfort can only be known by comparison. There are not many guests in the B&B, it won't be noisy, and it's very quiet at night. The location of the B&B is very close to Ma Town, about half an hour's drive from the grassland sky road. The room is very large, very new, and very clean. There is also a small courtyard outside the room. It's very comfortable to be alone in a daze, look at the mountain view, and have a little drink. It's very enjoyable to watch a movie on the huge projection. After a day of play, taking a bath in the big bathtub at night can eliminate a day's fatigue. GGuest UserThis was the last stop on my road trip back to Beijing from Inner Mongolia. I stumbled upon this hotel on Ctrip the night before. It was very American-style, with a complimentary horse-riding service for the children. We also had a boat trip on the grass sea where we happened to see the sunset, which was truly beautiful. The hostess was very welcoming, and the food in the hotel's own restaurant was also very good. Since I ate too much meat in Inner Mongolia, I didn't try the grilled lamb chops here. I'll definitely try it next time I have the chance.

The atmosphere was very warm and homely, which made us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were always willing to help with any requests and made us feel well taken care of. Our room was the smallest one available, but it was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The property itself is quite spacious, with two lovely courtyards where guests can relax. Barbecue facilities are provided, and there are plenty of tables and chairs, making it a great place to spend time with family or friends. The swimming pool was a bit too cold for our liking, but that was not a big issue 😊 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others. 🇷🇺Мы отдыхали здесь три дня и остались очень довольны. GGuest UserI don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.
