It's all mechanical parking, and the lighting is terrible. A new driver like me almost blew out a tire! I ended up moving my car to a surface spot right by the entrance."

"房间干净，风景好，但服务、体验感、性价比一般。 This place is designed for the 'gram, not the 3000 RMB/night experience. The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved."

"Bed is extremely comfortable that enable me with quality sleep including good curtain for night effect even if day time. All towels are individual packed in the plastic and thus reduce dust collection. They have a laundry room free for all guests and the housekeeping staff will also assist to put the clothes for wash/ dry and delivery to room too. I am extremely impressed by the overall cleanliness! The location of the hotel is just besides their central area in Anji for food or shopping , where Starbucks and MacDonalds are just below the hotel with a facial beauty salon 5 mins walk away from hotel. The breakfast has a good sufficient spread and they also offer midnight porridge for the guests. I am already looking forward to stay in Atour hotel again with similar facilities."

"This guesthouse/hotel has a lot of character. The rooms and common areas are quite spacious. Parking and EV charging are very convenient. The owner even offered to drive us to and from skiing the next day. After checking out, the owner also gave us a lovely souvenir (a seasonal local snack from Anji)."

"The room was quite spacious, and both the afternoon tea and the sweet soup served in the evening were delightful. I had a last-minute trip for two days to recuperate because I wasn't feeling well. I hadn't done any research beforehand, so it was a bit of a 'mystery box' situation, and I was absolutely delighted by the experience. If I get the chance, I'll definitely return next summer. Regarding dinner, you just need to make a reservation via WeChat before 3 PM daily. On a side note, the portion sizes are genuinely quite large. On our first day, we ordered four dishes and one soup for three people, and we couldn't even finish half of it. I hope the restaurant could consider offering smaller portion options. This would be much more accommodating for families like ours who have average appetites but enjoy trying a greater variety of dishes."

"The room is clean and hygienic, the overall environment is good, and the service attitude is very good. I parked my car for two days and need to pay for parking. After reporting it to the front desk, it was immediately transferred to me. There is a river opposite the hotel. It is quite comfortable to walk along the river in the evening. Yes, the network is not very stable, I hope it can be improved."

"Choosing a guesthouse was a good option for our group of four friends. We happened to have a suite with a small loft. It was a family-run guesthouse; the owner seemed to live there himself. The most unique feature was Lulu, a sika deer. My friends especially loved her; she was very gentle and didn't smell much. Lulu was very clean, haha, but she was a bit greedy. Breakfast had a good variety of options, a typical Chinese family breakfast: porridge, fried noodles, steamed buns, eggs, corn, etc. Lulu especially loved the corn, haha. Driving is better for getting around. If you need a taxi, you'll have to call about 20 minutes in advance. If you're lucky, a driver will be available immediately after you book, but if no one is passing by, you'll have to wait a while. The guesthouse also had an automatic mahjong machine. We were the only ones playing that day, haha. The owner was very nice; he even reminded us when we were playing late. If you need any help, you can contact him directly via WeChat. The room was quite clean, and we slept well. The air was really fresh and comfortable. It was drizzling a little when we went, otherwise we could have sat on the lawn, had coffee, and chatted about the three lakes. Overall, we were very satisfied."

"The room was very clean and spacious, and it was quiet at night. Breakfast for two was included, and when our family of three arrived, the housekeeper immediately added another portion. There were four bottles of mineral water, plenty for our stay. After rafting, we washed our clothes, and the bathroom shower stall was very large, designed with a clothesline, so our swimsuits dried overnight. The design was very practical. The room had a desk where our child could do homework. The housekeeper also provided information on tourist attractions near Anji. The hotel service was exceptional."
