"The hotel was very clean and hygienic, with smart toilets and comfortable bedding. The best part was the quiet surroundings; there was absolutely no noise at night, which made for a perfect sleep. I booked a room with breakfast, and after a simple meal, the hotel provided a shuttle to the Jiuzhaigou entrance (it's about a 20-minute walk otherwise), which was great. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is located on a small hill a few hundred meters from the main commercial street, so you have to climb a bit every time you go out, which can be quite breathless in a high-altitude area. But this minor issue doesn't overshadow the overall excellent experience, and I still highly recommend it."

"This hotel is excellent. First, the location is incredibly convenient. It's right in Zangwang Plaza, which is also where the Jiuyue shuttle bus stops. Just book your Jiuyue tickets in advance for the round trip; buses run every half hour. Right opposite the hotel is a stunning cliff – quite breathtaking to see for the first time. Second, the dining options are plentiful. There's a KFC downstairs, Starbucks and Luckin Coffee next door. For local specialties, I highly recommend Mima, which is right next door; it has an elegant atmosphere and surprisingly good dishes. Another great option is Yingtao, which has built quite a reputation. Third, the hotel itself lives up to the usual high standards of a Hanting Hotel. Having laundry and drying facilities is such a lifesaver for families traveling."

"The room was very clean and tidy! I felt completely at ease staying here. The room was also very spacious, and the service was excellent. Even though it's located on a mountain, there's a dedicated shuttle service for pick-ups and drop-offs, including for meals. You just need to contact them via WeChat. Every staff member was enthusiastic and friendly. I had a very comfortable stay!"

"This was my first solo trip and I was really happy with this guesthouse. I ordered takeout and had it delivered to where the bus dropped me off, and the owner came to pick me up. The owner was very kind and enthusiastic. The room was very clean and tidy. Jiuzhaigou's scenery is beautiful and definitely worth it! The only downside was how tiring the bus ride was. I've attached a few pictures of Jiuzhaigou's scenery for everyone."

"This hotel is perfectly located in Zao Yan Plaza. It's just a short walk from where the long-distance bus drops you off, and only about a 10-minute stroll to the scenic area's main entrance. The suite perfectly met our needs – it was spacious and clean. The hallway had a unique charm, and all the amenities were well-stocked. Downstairs, the breakfast was excellent too. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and they even contacted us in advance to confirm our details."

"This hotel offers incredible value for money and was by far the most comfortable stay I've had recently – highly recommended for anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou! They provide breakfast and a simple dinner. While the selection isn't huge, the food is delicious. It's super convenient to have meals on-site when you're tired from exploring and don't feel like going out. The hotel is pet-friendly, so bringing your furry friends is completely stress-free. There's even an adorable dog at the front desk! Free parking is available, though spaces can be a bit tight. They also offer a thoughtful service of morning transportation to the scenic area. Inside, you'll find a washer and dryer. During peak laundry times, the staff even helps retrieve dried clothes – a truly heartwarming detail. When checking out, the front desk attendant proactively offered us a souvenir and bottled water. The service was warm and attentive throughout. Overall, a perfect experience!"

"Service: The owner's service was excellent. We checked in past 4 AM, and they were still very accommodating. The next morning, they even provided free shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou. The hotel also offers free ******* costumes and windproof jackets (a consequence of heading straight from Chengdu without research – I didn't bring warm clothes 😞😞. So, a little tip for anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou or Mount Siguniang in May: do your homework and bring a warm jacket!). Environment: The hotel's environment was generally good (stayed for two days). There are good restaurants right outside the hotel, 😋 and it's just over three kilometers from the town, which has plenty of food and drink options. (Time was short, so I didn't get a chance to take photos of the room.)"

"Choosing this guesthouse for our self-drive trip to Jiuzhaigou was an absolute gem! The location is superb, very close to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. "Considering its location and facilities, this hotel offers great value for money. It's conveniently situated between the Moon Bay and Zangwang Yanwu shuttle stops, making it very easy to get around if you're using the direct bus. The room was spacious, and the appliances were quite new. They provided two options for towels – regular fabric and disposable ones, along with disposable toilet seat covers. The air conditioning was almost silent and heated up quickly. My only minor complaint is that the LCD panel is a bit bright at night after the lights are off, so you might want to cover it if that bothers you. It was very quiet at night, and the mattress was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, though the pillows were a bit too flat and soft for my liking. The hot water was excellent too. As for cleanliness, there were no major issues, just a bit of dust on the tissue box in the bathroom, which I hope the cleaning staff will pay attention to. The front desk lady was very polite and friendly, always smiling and speaking kindly. There was also a public display of the hotel's business license in the elevator. The breakfast was simple but quite tasty. The egg-fried rice and stir-fries were good, and the boiled corn was surprisingly better than what I buy at home. The soy milk was also delicious."

The staff here, both male and female, were incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us detailed recommendations for local attractions, how to best enjoy them, and even suggested nearby restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious, and despite the slight issue with soundproofing at the door, it didn't affect our sleep – the overall environment was quite quiet. They even left us some candies in the room! The rice noodles at this Ji Hotel's breakfast were delicious, and you could add tofu pudding and a fried egg to them – so good! 😍 Plus, there's a card and mahjong room, a gym, and a laundry room. The parking lot isn't huge, but the attendant was very responsible, helping us rearrange parking spots daily based on our travel plans. The only downside is that you have to enter the hotel parking lot by driving against traffic at the intersection, which always made me a little nervous 🤣

Extremely satisfied! They provided a lot of help with our pre-trip inquiries for our road trip and also assisted with booking a chartered car for airport/station transfers. On our last day, we checked out very early and they even packed us breakfast, heating up the milk for us – truly amazing! The room was also very clean. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou, I'll definitely stay here again.

This is my second stay here. My first visit was in 2023, and even then, the service, cleanliness, and overall environment left a great impression. This time was no different. Our high-speed train was scheduled late, and we wanted to freshen up before heading out, but ride-sharing options were scarce at that hour. The staff (a lovely young lady) actively helped us find a car, and in the morning, they even arranged a taxi to take us to the attractions. The hotel's restaurant is also fantastic! The lady who makes the butter tea there was incredibly kind. On our first day, we were too full to finish the butter tea and asked if we could take it to go the next day when we checked out. She readily agreed. Honestly, my experience at this hotel was exceptional and incredibly heartwarming. When issues arise, the staff genuinely considers your needs and goes above and beyond to resolve them. Plus, the rooms are clean, bright, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend considering this place if you're planning a trip!

The room might not be huge, but the staggered layout of the two beds makes it feel more spacious than if they were side-by-side. **Facilities**: Smart and easy to use. **Cleanliness**: Spotless. **Environment**: The interior design is simple and elegant, and there are plenty of dining options downstairs. **Service**: Warm and attentive. **Transportation**: You can walk about 2 kilometers along Bian Street to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance. Great value for money! Plus, there are all sorts of restaurants downstairs, and this season, loquats and cherries are just 10 yuan for 3 jin.

Flowers Hotel was awesome. The room was spacious and beautiful and we enjoyed using the tub. The bed was especially comfortable - we had the best night's sleep. It was difficult getting out in the morning 😂. The location was also quiet. The owner of the hotel was a standout - she was incredibly helpful with information and even helped us to book bus tickets out of the place, paying with her own money first (and we paid her back of course!). She was very sweet and looked after us really well. The hotel is a 15-min leisurely walk from the park entrance and has lots of restaurants and shops around. If I ever came back to Jiuzhaigou I will 100% be back in this hotel.

The Drolanda Hotel is in a great location with excellent room amenities and helpful front desk service. It's super convenient for getting to Jiuzhaigou National Park – just a 10 to 15-minute walk, or a 10-yuan taxi ride (though you'll still have a short walk after getting out). The breakfast has a wide variety, and the bedding is very comfortable. Plus, the hot pot restaurant next door is delicious and has a nice atmosphere.

Stayed here during the Chinese New Year, which is the off-season for Jiuzhaigou, but the rooms were still quite popular. The room itself was very unique. The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk to the National Grand Hotel parking lot and about 15 minutes to the scenic area's main entrance, which is super convenient. Breakfast was good, and they even provided complimentary welcome fruit. We booked a twin room for our family of three, and the front desk staff thoughtfully gave us an extra breakfast, which we really appreciated.

This time, I was traveling with my elderly parents and children. The original plan was to head straight back to Chengdu after visiting Jiuzhaigou, but I was worried about my parents getting tired and I really enjoyed the weather in Jiuzhaigou, so we decided to stay another night and chose this hotel. It's about a fifteen-minute walk from the main entrance of the scenic area, and directly across the road is Zangwang Plaza, which is also a stop for the direct shuttle bus from the scenic area to the high-speed rail station – super convenient! As for the room, it was very spacious, with a small slide and a tent, which the kids absolutely loved.

The first glimpse I stepped in at this hotel impressed me, the location is very close to Jiuzhaigou entrance, and there are many restaurants and groceries nearby, absolutely convenient. Also, the room when i saw at first was relatively clean. However, things started to get worse, the bathroom, if looked closer, there were no towels provided for feet nor hands, which means after you finished taking a shower, the floor is gonna get wet all over the places, the amenities were so-so, the flush and the shower were loose, they needed to be fixed properly. Moreover, they hanged the hair dryer bag without any hair dryer in it, what for? The room was okay, not fantastic but not terrible. In the morning, i have to get up so early because of the cars and buses pushing horns to each other, i don’t understand why many people here doing this. To me this is rude and harms others while they are sleeping. The internet here is amazing at the first night, very quick and effective, but on the second day it was a dead lack. Overalls, a budget hotel that surrounded by many convenience stores and restaurants, close to Jiuzhaigou, but also comes with noise-pollution. The interiors were not as good as in the pictures, will find another hotel instead.

We booked this hotel after leaving Jiuzhaigou, as many closer hotels were already fully booked. We had to keep searching further away from Zangwang Square and the scenic area until we found this one. We checked out the room before booking. It was a lovely family room with two beds; one was a bunk bed. The top bunk was designed like a small wooden playhouse, and the bottom was for sleeping. Our child was so excited they didn't want to leave. There are a couple of drawbacks, depending on what you're looking for. Since the rooms are built close together, some don't have windows. Our particular room did have a window with some plants outside, but it mainly looked out onto a wall and greenery. We visited during New Year's Day, and it was quite cold. This room didn't seem to have central heating. It took a long time to warm up the room using the air conditioner. This wouldn't be an issue in other seasons, but I hope there's a quicker way to heat the room when it's cold.
