My downstairs room? Small. A little dim. Chosen for my sister’s convenience rather than my royal canine standards. But here’s the thing — when hospitality is this generous, the light comes from the people. I ate every meal at their café not out of laziness, but loyalty. Why brave the Arctic for repetitive food when home-style comfort is already waiting with a bowl and a smile? Youran lives up to its name: unforced, gentle, human. It felt less like a hotel and more like visiting relatives who keep refilling your bowl because you look “too thin.” This became the perfect launchpad for my Harbin expedition, three nights of settling in, warming up, and learning that charm travels better than luxury. Because the B&Bs in the scenic spots where I stayed at the first two stops were average, I didn’t dare to stay in Arctic Village at this stop for fear of not having a good rest, so I went to live in Mohe City. When I was filtering, I wanted to find a three-star hotel. The first one that came out was ”Young View”. The photos looked good and the price was right. I thought I would book it first and then check it out on site. If I wasn't satisfied, I canceled and rebooked. , I was very satisfied with the result when I saw it on site. The layout of the house is the same as that of a hotel. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the whole house is hygienic and clean. The boss is a young man who is very happy to communicate with us. The special dinner he recommended to us is also very delicious. "Staying at the Shenlu Aurora Hotel during my trip to Beiji Village was an absolutely fantastic experience! The hotel is conveniently located on the third floor of the Shenlu Aurora Museum, and from my room window, I could enjoy views of the futuristic Aurora Museum building and the magnificent Heilongjiang River. When I checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They processed my check-in quickly and also gave me detailed tips on local attractions, immediately making me feel the hospitality of Beiji Village residents. The room was cozy and comfortable, clean and tidy. The bed was soft, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room's decor was full of Beiji Village characteristics; the wallpaper depicted the primeval forests of the Greater Khingan Mountains, as if bringing the dreamy scenery of Beiji Village directly into the room. The room's amenities were also complete, with air conditioning, a TV, and a kettle all new and very convenient to use. I was very satisfied with my stay at the Shenlu Aurora Hotel. It added many wonderful memories to my Beiji Village trip, and I highly recommend everyone to stay here!"

It is very convenient to take a taxi. It costs 5 yuan to go anywhere. The price is the same for locals and foreigners. It is very practical. The service awareness needs to be improved. There is no flexibility or accommodation. Check out at 1 o'clock. Even if the plane leaves two hours later, they will not allow late check-out. Late check-out costs extra money. You need to pay extra for mineral water. When you ask for cleaning for the extension room, they only change the bath towels. When asked why the bed is not made and the floor is not mopped, they just make it and mop it casually. I have to refute a few words, not to mention wiping the table top, repairing slippers and pulling paper. Overall, for the above advantages, I will stay in this hotel when I go to Mohe in the future because the hardware conditions are good."

"This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my ten-day trip to Northeast China! Mohe was my last night on the trip, and I had been quite disappointed by previous hotels, so staying here really cheered me up. The owner was super nice, even helped with my luggage, and clearly pays great attention to details and creating a good atmosphere. The room had an instant hot water dispenser with adjustable temperature, a humidifier, and a truly beautiful view. Besides regular towels, disposable ones were also provided. Mohe was right outside the window. The price was also much better than other guesthouses I'd seen, even those with potentially nicer decor. And the toiletries were L'Occitane – that was a pleasant surprise I definitely didn't expect! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mohe in winter."

"Beihong Village is truly the northernmost village in China. This guesthouse is clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner are all common household brands. They provide both reusable and disposable slippers, as well as disposable bath towels. The food prices aren't cheap, but they're fair, considering how inconvenient transportation is to this area, which significantly increases the cost of ingredients brought in from outside. The dishes taste like home cooking – simple and delicious, not overly oily or salty like some restaurants. Oh, and the local beer is really good; definitely give it a try. The village itself is very neat, with straight, orderly streets, and it's very quiet. You can strike up a conversation with the villagers if you meet them! Finally, a word about the owner's family of three: their university-aged son is very handsome, the owner is a down-to-earth person who does the cooking, and the landlady is gentle, kind, and very welcoming. During dinner, they even brought us cucumbers from their own garden – a bit crooked, but green-hearted and very sweet! For breakfast, we had eggs, steamed buns, corn porridge, and pickled vegetables. After breakfast, as we were getting ready to leave, the owner and landlady stood at the door to bid farewell to each and every guest!"
