Great for families, everything is close by and it's very quiet – no car horns or anything. You'll need a car though. There's a supermarket and a laundry service nearby. If you order by phone, they'll deliver right to the hotel, which is convenient. The only thing missing is a small rug or carpet in the room, as it's all tiled.

The location is great and easy to go anywhere, nearby to lots of asian cafes and restaurant. The host also is very friendly and ready to help anytime also suggest me some good chinese restaurant. For the room that i booked also is quite spacious for one person and they provided basic amenities like the toiletries, kettle, drinking water etc. For sure i will come again in the future! Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Hi everyone! I stayed at this hotel from March 19-23, 2026. My room was 411. The location is great. The Zamalek area is a super beautiful place! The Nile is wonderful. I really enjoyed it. The hotel's overall condition is good, even though it's only a 3-star. The hotel staff and personnel are very pleasant people. The room and bathroom were both fine, but the view from the window was bad 🤦‍♀️. The food in the restaurant was good quality. I have no complaints. I recommend this hotel. I used the laundry service, and it was fine, no complaints. Thank you very much! 🙌🏻🙏🏻

very close to khan el khalili market. there are interesting alleyways nearby to explore. short taxi ride to and from airport/giza pyramids/ramses and upper egypt stations etc. (provided you are not travelling in mid-afternoon haha). for mobility reduced person, there is a lift/elevator in the building, but you still have to walk around 20 steps (depends on which street entrance you use) before reaching your room. overall it was a very good experience for us!

If you mean what does a 4/5 review mean, it generally means very good / great, with some limitations or room for improvement. One review methodology, for example, describes 4/5 as “dependable,” while another maps it to “great.” If you mean what does a 4/5 review mean, it generally means very good / great, with some limitations or room for improvement. 1. The location is good, within walking distance to the Egyptian Museum, subway, and kazaz, which is a 1.3km walk from gobus tahir station, which is very downtown. 2. The hotel has an elevator, which is very rare. I have stayed in a nearby hotel which is also located in an old house. There is no elevator and I need to carry my luggage. The elevator is not big enough to accommodate about 4 people (without luggage), but it is much better than climbing stairs by yourself. 3. There is one triple room and one double room. The triple room is quite spacious and the standard room is not large enough. 4. There is no hot water kettle or hair dryer in the room, you can ask for it at the front desk, but the number of these two items in the entire hotel is limited, so I waited for a long time... 5. It’s more cost-effective to pay in US dollars than in Egyptian pounds. The exchange rate for paying Egyptian pounds is not so good. 6. Breakfast starts at 8:00. If you want to go to the Black and White Desert, the driver usually picks up at 7:30. If you don’t have time to eat breakfast, you can go to the rooftop restaurant to pack some (the restaurant is still preparing breakfast at 7:30, and the things that can be packed are limited. Eggs, bread, flatbread, jam, that’s all)

I stayed at this hotel again after returning from Hurghada, mainly because of its convenience. The receptionist was as welcoming as ever, and his ”welcome back” was just right. A very handsome young man at the front desk also showed me to my room. I booked a single room, which was a bit small and cramped, but it had a private bathroom for easy showering. I tried the Lebanese and Egyptian restaurants near the hotel, both of which were quite good.

An exclusively serine environment in proximity to nearly everything you need. It was fantastic

Great hotel for price
