"This is a pretty good hotel, and the front desk staff were all very welcoming. It's quite close to Metro Line 12. The breakfast was also tasty, though unfortunately it was the same every day with no variety. The room facing the street was a bit noisy, but overall it was decent. The free self-service hot water, tea bags, and coffee are definitely a plus. It's about 2 kilometers from the Seine River, and walking along the river you see all sorts of bridges and sights. Paris is a very pleasant city among European cities."

"I am so incredibly happy that I booked this hotel. I had spent so long trying to find somewhere that suited my needs with location, price and amenities. The hotel looks exactly how it looks in the picture; so incredibly cute. I will say, the rooms are small and there is no elevator or air conditioning but you can make that all work. You just have to be smart about how you use the space, be able to carry your luggage up the stairs and possibly have the window open in order to get the amazing breeze in the room if you need air in order to sleep or to just move around without being overheated. The staff is incredibly nice and I loved the space where you can just sit and relax and enjoy your breakfast at. I had the best Paris experience!"

"I stayed solo at the **Hotel Bellevue Montmartre in Paris** this time, and overall, I was very satisfied. It's a great choice if you're looking to stay near Montmartre and focus on sightseeing. I personally rated cleanliness, location, service, and facilities all 4/5, which met my expectations. The front desk staff were friendly and communication was smooth; both check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and both hot water and heating were reliable. While the room wasn't huge, it had all the essential amenities, making for a reassuring stay and offering good value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Paris."

"We absolutely loved it! This hotel is centrally located, just a 10-minute walk from the main arch and about 15-20 minutes from the largest park. You could say all the museums and the Eiffel Tower are also close by. We really enjoyed the breakfast – it was delicious and substantial. The room was very clean and tidy, which we also appreciated."

"Great location, perfect for families who need the use of the oven or the fridge for babies like I needed to heat milk and wash baby bottles. The hotel can do with slight maintenance as the wardrobe door was broken, the bin was broken and some meltal thing was coming off the fridge that ripped my dress. It says parking was available but we had to pay for it."

I found the room very warm. I’m not sure the air-conditioning was working and it only went down to 17°. The bathroom was very small, but had everything you needed and was Clean My partner is 6 foot four and found the shower quite a squeeze( He’s tall, not fat) Reception were very helpful. The Restaurant staff were lovely. The Cleaner is very pleasant. There was a hairdryer ,tea and coffee making facilities You can help yourself from the downstairs bar for extra tea, coffee, milk, et cetera or ask at reception We had clean towels every day as there was nowhere to dry the towels… The towels were very small. You might want to take a microfibre one with you if you’re used to a larger towel. It is noisy as it is on a junction where the train station is, but the trains do stop at midnight.. They do provide earplugs👍 One night, some people were talking outside at 3 am we were on the third floor.. The other guests were slamming doors at God knows what time and you could hear people using the bathroom.."

"The hotel is a typical European small business hotel. The room is not big. It is very crowded for two people. It is best for one person. It is not too far from the train station, and it is also very close to the exhibition park. It is only one stop away from the airport, but it is almost a walk away. "The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the price is reasonable. Most importantly, the location is excellent. It's very close to the subway station and several supermarkets. You can reach the city center in less than half an hour by subway. There are bars and other entertainment venues nearby, yet the surroundings are relatively quiet and safe, so even solo travelers don't need to worry about safety. Although the soundproofing isn't the best, it's a minor issue."

GGuest UserThis studio loft apartment was exactly as represented in photos and descriptions. It was an acceptable size for the 2 of us. The kitchen functioned, but was just the bare minimum facility. No microwave. Only a few dishes and 2 cookware for the induction stove. A mini fridge with freezer shelf. The bathroom was larger and nicer than expected compared to the rest of the space. The sofa bed was ok - not really comfortable for us, but it worked. The listing stated there was air conditioning, but it’s actually only available during official summer season and that could’ve been made more clear on the listing. Even though the French and other Europeans may be used to not having air conditioning all the time, I feel like they forget that Americans are used to it and generally expect it. To us if a place has air conditioning, it’s a permanent thing that would be available all year long, not something that would actually be removed from the property part of the year. The weather was unusually warm for that time of year and with the Sun beating in the large windows it got quite hot in the room during the day. It really would’ve been nice to have a fan at least. We were unable to figure out how to connect to the WiFi with the instructions given, but it really wasn’t necessary enough to bother with asking about it and spending time trying to figure it out. One other frustration in the space was how the cabinets beside the sofa bed open. It seemed to us that they would be more functional if they all opened in the opposite direction than they currently do. It would also be nice if you’d include a instruction manual on how to use the washer/dryer. We ended up looking it up online. European appliances are so different from the ones in America, most of your American guests will have no idea how to work it. Other than all that, we really loved the room for our stay.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel! I found it completely by chance, but it turned out to be the best choice I could have made. The value for money is perfect — everything is at a very high level. The room was clean, neat, and cozy, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. A special highlight was the beautiful balcony with a lovely view over the city. The staff were very friendly, and the room service was truly excellent — fast, polite, and efficient. The location is perfect: there are plenty of cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and shops nearby, the metro is just a couple of steps away, and you can even walk to the Eiffel Tower. I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would like to express my sincere gratitude to the team at Hôtel Montcalm Paris for their outstanding service. GGuest UserTThe hotel is exceptionally stylish and has a very nice, modern aesthetic. The design is chic and the atmosphere is welcoming. The wooden floors are a major issue for noise. We could clearly hear movement from the room above, the room next door, and even our own footsteps echoed. The sound insulation is very poor. Beautiful hotel, but would not recommend if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise.

RRasheedMBStayed here for one night. The room was small and felt congested, and the bathroom space was extremely tight. The shower cubicle, in particular, was very small—almost impractical to move comfortably. The hotel feels a bit outdated, and the room design isn’t very functional. The body wash had a strong, unpleasant smell. Access is inconvenient. The lift isn’t on the ground floor—you have to carry luggage up a flight of stairs first, with additional stairs for mezzanine. This should be clearly mentioned in the hotel description. The large room keys also have to be left at reception each time you go out, which is a nuisance. That said, the entrance area felt welcoming, hotel staff was friendly and the location is excellent, with cafés and restaurants nearby. The Eiffel Tower is just a short walk away.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. My family and I loved it; we booked two rooms for two nights. However, the reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. We discovered that the rooms were on the top floor and were always cold because the air conditioning was inadequate. There was also a persistent unpleasant odor in the hallways. What bothered me most was the lack of water in the rooms, except for the minibar, which contained two bottles. After using them, the attendant asked us to pay for them. When checking out, they asked me how many bottles of water I had used. I said two because I realized I had to pay 5 euros for a small bottle, which is exorbitant. After paying and checking out, the receptionist announced that they had discovered I had used three bottles, not two, as if I had stolen a bottle of water. I booked two rooms with three beds each; we were a family, and one of my children might have used the hotel water without me noticing. I paid a considerable sum for the hotel, and the bottle of water was a small price to pay.

AAnonymous UserBreakfast: Standard continental, with a spacious dining area. However, the French chain burger joint right outside is absolutely delicious, with a Caribbean flair. Room: The double room felt cramped, which is understandable given it's only 13 square meters, similar to some student accommodations in the UK. I wouldn't recommend it. Cleanliness: The lobby is large and quite good. However, there were small bloodstains on the sheets, which looked like they had been washed many times. The bathroom is tiny, as the bathtub takes up a lot of space. It feels like an old building that's been converted, similar to the 'laopoxiao' (old, dilapidated, and small) apartments you find in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. You could probably find a better option for the same price. But then again, it is a chain hotel. Location: It's fairly convenient, within 30 minutes of major attractions. However, the entrance isn't very conspicuous, and you have to climb a steep hill to get there. There's a nice park near a subway station behind the hotel.

RraulmozosuarezI had a wonderful experience at Hôtel Lebron. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from major metro lines, shops, and charming cafés in the 9th arrondissement. It's an ideal base for exploring Paris. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and stylishly Parisian. My room was well-appointed with everything I needed, including a cozy bed, modern bathroom, and strong Wi-Fi. The daily housekeeping kept everything spotless. The staff were truly the highlight of my stay. Friendly, professional, and always willing to help with directions or recommendations — they made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, with a variety of options to start the day right. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night, which allowed for a great night’s sleep. I would definitely recommend Hôtel Lebron to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay in Paris.

DDee SparksSafe area and located near metro. On arrival you are asked for your passport details and it is recorded on a system. Staff are friendly and willing to help However I was not made aware that there was a major event on my departure. This meant I could have missed my connection back to London. Just a note for the staff to let visitors know if an event is happening.

GGuest UserOverall, everything was good: the location, lots of places to grab a bite nearby, from Starbucks to a delicious Japanese restaurant on the corner, several supermarkets, the opera is a 10-minute walk away, and three metro stations are within walking distance. Room: the room isn't large, but it has everything you need. The hairdryer is very dated. The view from the room was of the neighboring hotel, but overall, it was pleasant. It could be a bit noisy in the evenings because there were bars right outside the window. I got a free room upgrade after I decided to stay a few more days. Cleaning was done daily, and towels were always changed, but the bed linens weren't changed even once during the week, even though I asked. Overall, if you don't have any high expectations, it's fine. Everything is simple, fairly clean, and considering the good location, it's perfectly acceptable for the price.
