Βρείτε ξενοδοχεία 3-Star στην πόλη Τζακάρτα

This was the first hotel I stayed at when I first came to Jakarta. The breakfast was delicious, the cocktails were great, and most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly. There was a noise complaint, but they immediately changed my room. Thank you.

Overall, it was a clean hotel. However, I was disappointed that the bedding wasn't changed during my 3-night stay. Other than that, I was satisfied. It was great to have a simple breakfast available, and all the staff, including the doorman, reception staff, and breakfast staff, were kind, which I appreciated. There's also a Starbucks and Agora Mall near the hotel, which was convenient.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff greeted us warmly upon arrival. Throughout our stay, every member of the team was professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any request. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, providing a great night’s sleep after long days of exploring the city. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly each day, and we appreciated the attention to detail. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including local dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, and hot meals. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured everything was constantly replenished. The hotel’s location was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near restaurants, shops, and popular attractions, making it easy to get around without spending too much time on transportation. Despite being in a convenient area, the hotel remained quiet and peaceful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center. Both were clean, well-maintained, and never felt overcrowded. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable throughout the property, which was especially helpful for staying connected with family and handling a few work-related tasks. What impressed us most was the level of hospitality. The staff genuinely seemed to care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Small gestures, such as offering local recommendations and checking whether we needed anything during our stay, made a significant difference. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, convenient location, and outstanding facilities made our trip even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The rooms are ok but the wall is very thin, i could hear the next room TV sound coming to my room the whole night. Not good..... Room condition is average and the tap etc is shaky and most things are just very basic.

The location was convenient not too far from central Jakarta, which made getting around easy. The atmosphere of the hotel felt calm despite being in a busy area, and I appreciated that balance. The rooms were clean, with modest space but comfortable. I especially liked the modern design touches that gave it a fresh feel. The pool area was a highlight and a nice spot to relax after exploring the city. The restaurant offered a decent variety of local and international dishes, and breakfast had enough options to keep things interesting. The staff were friendly and attentive. Check-in was smooth, and they were quick to respond whenever I needed something. I felt genuinely welcomed, which made the stay more enjoyable. It’s not the most luxurious hotel in Jakarta, but for the price point, I found it to be a solid choice.

Location is perfect. Staff is super friendly and helpful (both frontdesk and also the housekeeping). Room is an average size but doable for a short stay. Wifi can be improved. And insulation too. Can hear noises from 6th floor.

Not a perfectly clean hotel, but budget-friendly. For two friends, it was perfectly fine; we stayed here right after a long flight before heading to our main hotel. There are toiletries in the bathroom, but it was a bit chilly at night – we couldn't quite figure out the air conditioner controls. The pros: there's a McDonald's nearby, so you won't go hungry. The breakfast buffet was hearty if you're not picky, though I found it a bit hard to find options I'm more accustomed to.

Close to Tanah Abang shopping center. The breakfast was delicious with many options.

I've stayed here twice now, and overall it's good, but this time the room was smaller even though it was the same deluxe type. Also, the shower room door was a bit stiff, causing a noisy sound when opening and closing it.
