We truly appreciate how helpful the hotel staff is, always patient and eager to answer our questions about our trips and entering the ZTL zone. Their quick responses on WhatsApp make everything so much easier. We also really enjoyed the lovely breakfast they offered. Although the room is a bit small, we sleep very comfortably. The neighborhood is charming and feels safe, making our stay even more pleasant.

The homestay is on the hillside, the scenery is good, the facilities are good, the layout is very tasteful, the classical style. The air conditioner is not hot, and it is solved after communication. Very good hotel, just ordering breakfast is a bit troublesome. It is necessary to order the night before, and the English menu is a bit hard.

Stayed for one night in this hotel. The experiences remained the best. The hotel is small, just a few rooms. Located in a very old house. In the historic center of Sienna. The hotel is very atmospheric, comfortable. We had a separate bathroom that was not in the room. It turned out to be not scary and quite comfortable, as the room was next to the room and no one else used it except us. The room and bathroom are very clean, bed linen, towels are wonderful. The very kind hostess of hell who met us told us everything and helped us in all the issues. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Everyone will have a dream to live in a palace or a castle at some point. If you want to experience such a dream, it's not a bad choice here. It wouldn't be a problem if you could enjoy the loneliness, despair, and stillness of being alone in a large space. If you can't imagine, imagine sleeping in the middle of the gym overnight. The facilities provide the bare minimum. The beds are not bad, either. But there are not many feelings of living that people can live. It's the biggest regret there. It's easy to go anywhere because it's in the center of major tourist attractions. However, if you don't have enough leg muscles and heart power, you may be afraid to go outside. If you experience your own physical limitations during the day and are thinking of fighting solitude at night, it's not a bad choice.

First of all, the service is very good. The front desk is super welcoming. It is the most enthusiastic hotel I have stayed at in Italy in two years. The only shortcoming is that the breakfast is not. It’s made now, it feels like it was bought in the supermarket and eaten directly, and there are fewer varieties, overall it’s not bad, after all, the house price is relatively low, it’s good value for money 😁

Very, very good! I looked at the pictures on Ctrip before and felt it was very ordinary. I was very surprised after checking in. Because I stayed for three consecutive nights, the triple room I booked was upgraded to a suite with two bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms, which was huge. The view outside the room window is very beautiful. See Figures 1 to 4 outside the living room window, Figure 5 is the view of the public area, and Figure 6 is the living room. This suite cannot be booked online, but can be booked by email or phone. It is really worth it and highly recommended! The hotel is located just outside the gate of Siena. If you drive by yourself, the ZTL in the city cannot be driven in, so it is very convenient to stay in this hotel. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the city gate and more than ten minutes to walk to Piazza del Campo. The hotel has parking spaces, which need to be paid separately.

Conveniently located hotel that is 15 minute walking distance from old Siena. There is paid private parking. The free breakfast is great, with a decent assortment. Rooms are very simple, but this is a small town and should be expected. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the old town.

The room is clean and the rooms all are located at different points I guess. The address mentioned on the app is the reception office.
